Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour maintenir et retenir des articles (1) à présenter, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :
    - un panneau avant (10) qui est prévu avec au moins une fente (11) et qui possède, solidaire de lui, au moins un support (12) destiné à l'article (1) ;
    - un panneau de fermeture arrière (40), lequel présente, formée en lui, au moins une fente (41) alignée avec la fente (11) du panneau avant (10) ;
    - un bâti (30) agencé entre les deux panneaux, avant et arrière, et doté d'une crémaillère (31),
    - une pièce coulissante (20) qui peut être déplacée à l'intérieur dudit bâti et qui est pourvue sur sa surface d'une première embase (21) présentant une ouverture (21 a) située en face de la crémaillère (31), une seconde embase (24) alignée dans la direction longitudinale avec la première embase (21) et un oeillet (26) ouvert dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'ouverture (21 a) de la première embase (21) ;
    - un rochet (22) logé dans la première embase (21) de la pièce coulissante (20) et pourvu d'une dent (22a) passant à travers l'ouverture latérale (21 a) et comportant un premier aimant (23) d'une polarité donnée, les dimensions longitudinales du rochet étant telles qu'elles permettent un déplacement de celui-ci à l'intérieur de l'embase (21) à partir d'une position dans laquelle la dent (22a) est rétractée vers une position dans laquelle la dent fait saillie à partir de l'ouverture latérale (21 a) en vue d'un engagement avec la crémaillère (31),
    - un second aimant fixe (25) qui est logé dans la seconde embase (24) et qui présente la même polarité que celle du premier aimant (23), la distance interaxiale entre le premier aimant (23) et le second aimant (25) étant telle qu'elle entraîne l'interaction des deux champs magnétiques respectifs ;
    - un aimant (50) présentant une polarité opposée à celle des deux autres aimants et doté d'une intensité de champ magnétique plus grande que celle du second aimant fixe (25).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit panneau avant présente au moins deux fentes qui sont espacées l'une de l'autre de façon appropriée dans la direction longitudinale (X-X).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit support (12) est constitué d'une partie s'étendant vers l'extérieur dans la direction (Y-Y) perpendiculairement au panneau avant (10).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite crémaillère s'étend dans la direction (Z-Z) perpendiculairement à la direction (X-X) de la dent (21 a) du rochet (22).
  5. Unité de présentation caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins un dispositif pour maintenir et retenir des articles (1) afin de les présenter selon la revendication 1.
  6. Unité de présentation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est une unité de présentation destinée à des lunettes (1) comportant une pièce en arcade (1 a) et des branches latérales (1 b).
  7. Unité de présentation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture agit sur les branches (1 b) des lunettes.
