Description

Hängemappe Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hängemappe zur Aufnahme von Schriftgut gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Bekannte Hängemappen dieser Art weisen eine Bahn aus Karton oder Kunststoff, insbesondere Polypropylen (PP) oder Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) auf, die dazu bestimmt ist, mittels der an ihr befestigten, durch Schienen paar- weise miteinander verbundenen Haken in ein Regal, einen Aktenschrank oder dergleichen eingehängt zu werden. Dabei greifen die seitlich überstehenden Haken in Aufnahmeschienen des Aktenschranks ein und tragen das Gewicht der Hängemappe sowie des in ihr aufgenommenen Schriftguts. Das Schriftgut liegt auf dem Mappenboden auf. Dieser wird bei kleineren Hän- gemappen durch den Falz gebildet. Bei größeren Hängemappen, die für die Aufnahme größerer Mengen von Schriftgut bestimmt sind, weist die Bahn zwei Falze auf, zwischen denen sich eine Partie der Bahn als Mappenboden erstreckt. In der Regel sind die Hängemappen an den Seitenkanten offen, so dass der Aufnahmeraum für das Schriftgut auch von den Seitenkanten zu- gänglich ist. Ein Einlegen bzw. eine Entnahme von Schriftgut erfolgt jedoch meist von oben, also zwischen den Oberkanten hindurch. Dabei wirken, insbesondere wenn gleichzeitig größere Mengen Schriftgut in die Hängemappe fallen, erhebliche Kräfte auf den Mappenboden, die dessen Verschleiß begünstigen. Um dem zu begegnen, wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, den Map- penboden stärker auszuführen als die Seitenwände. Allerdings werden die Kräfte über die Seitenwände auf die Schienen und deren Haken übertragen, so dass die Seitenwände nahe der Oberkanten oftmals bereits nach kurzem Gebrauch einreißen.
Aus der US 2 528 485 A ist eine Hängemappe aus einer Bahn aus Papier, Karton oder ähnlichem Material bekannt, wobei die Bahn an den Oberkanten und an den Seitenkanten umgefaltet ist. Der umgefaltete Abschnitt an den Oberkanten nimmt einen Draht mit Haken auf, um die Hängemappe aufhängen zu können. Die umgefalteten Abschnitte an den Seitenkanten verstärken die Hängemappe an diesen Stellen. Aufgrund der umständlichen Faltung ist diese Hängemappe jedoch aufwendig zu fertigen.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Hängemappe der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, dass sie einfacher zu fertigen ist.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Hängemappe mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, dass Kräfte, die in der Mappe auftreten, durch das Verstärkungselement bzw. durch die Verstärkungselemente in der Nähe der Haken konzentriert werden und dadurch zusätzliche Momente, die in der Mitte der Oberkanten in den Seitenwänden auftreten, reduziert werden. Insbesondere werden Quer- und Diagonalkräfte, die Undefiniert auf die Seitenwände im Bereich der Oberkanten wirken, reduziert. Die beim Einlegen von Schriftgut auftretenden Kräfte werden daher in erhöhtem Maße im Bereich des Verstärkungselements bzw. der Verstärkungselemente auf die Schiene übertragen. In diesem Bereich sind die Seitenwände jedoch durch das Verstärkungselement bzw. die Verstärkungselemente verstärkt und daher belastbarer. Jedes der Verstärkungselemente ist im Abstand zur jeweiligen Seitenkante angeordnet. Dies bewirkt eine ausreichende Erhöhung der Stabilität der Hängemappe bei gleichzeitig geringem Fertigungsaufwand.
Es ist möglich, dass die Hängemappe lediglich ein Verstärkungselement ent- lang einer der beiden Seitenkanten aufweist. Es wird jedoch bevorzugt, dass sich entlang jeder der beiden Seitenkanten ein Verstärkungselement von einer Oberkante zur anderen erstreckt. Dadurch wird die Belastbarkeit der Hängemappe gegenüber der Ausführungsform mit lediglich einem Verstärkungselement noch weiter verbessert.
Das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement kann an einer dem Aufnahmeraum für das Schriftgut abgewandten Außenseite oder der dem Aufnahmeraum zugewandten Innenseite der Bahn befestigt sein. Die Wirkung ist, unabhängig vom Anbringungsort, im wesentlichen dieselbe. Das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement wird daher dort angebracht, wo es fertigungs- technisch am einfachsten möglich ist.
Vorzugsweise ist das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement auf die Bahn aufgeklebt. Dabei kann es besonders einfach als handelsübliches Klebeband ausgebildet sein. Wenn die Bahn aus Karton besteht, ist es auch vor- teilhaft, wenn das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement ein Kartonstreifen ist.
Das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement erstreckt sich vorteilhaft über mindestens eine der Oberkanten hinaus und verläuft dann zumindest ein Stück weit entlang der anderen Seite der Bahn. Es verstärkt die Bahn dann zumindest abschnittsweise sowohl an deren Innenseite als auch an deren Außenseite, wobei es sich an einer dieser Seiten von einer Oberkante zur anderen erstreckt..
Eine alternative Ausführungsform sieht vor, dass das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement in die Bahn integriert ist. Insbesondere kann es mindestens einen innerhalb der Bahn verlaufenden Faden aufweisen, der vorteilhaft aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Nylon, aus Metall oder aus Naturfaser, insbesondere aus Wolle, besteht. Zweckmäßig weist die Hängemappe an jeder Oberkante eine über die Seitenkanten überstehende, die Haken tragende Schiene auf, die die Oberkante umgreift und formschlüssig mit dem mindestens einen Verstärkungselement verbunden ist. Die formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Verstärkungs- element verleiht der Hängemappe eine höhere Stabilität im Vergleich zu einer Hängemappe, bei der die Schiene nur mit der Bahn verbunden ist.
Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der in der Zeichnung in schemati- scher Weise dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen
Fig. 1 eine Hängemappe gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel in aufgeklapptem Zustand;
Fig. 2 eine Hängemappe gemäß einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel in gefaltetem Zustand in perspektivischer Ansicht und
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch den oberen Bereich einer der Seitenwände der Hängemappe von Fig. 2.
Eine Hängemappe 10 für Schriftgut weist eine Bahn 12 aus faltbarem Material, im vorliegenden Fall Karton, auf. Die Bahn 12 weist zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Oberkanten 14 sowie die Oberkanten 14 miteinander verbindende Seitenkanten 16 auf. Etwa in der Mitte der Bahn 12 verlaufen im Abstand zueinander zwei Falze 18 zwischen den Seitenkanten 16. Die Falze 18 bilden die Trennlinie zwischen einem Mappenboden 20 und zwei Seitenwänden 22, welche an den Oberkanten 14 enden. An den Oberkanten 14 ist jeweils eine Schiene 24 mit endseitig angeordneten Haken 26 befestigt, welche über die Seitenkanten 16 überstehen. An den Haken 26 wird die Hängemappe 10 in die Aufnahmeschienen eines Aktenschranks eingehängt. Ein durch die in Fig. 1 gezeigten Innenseiten 28 der Seitenwände 22 und des Mappenbodens 20 begrenzter Aufnahmeraum für das Schrift- gut ist von oben her zugänglich, wenn die Hängemappe 10 im Aktenschrank hängt. Gleichzeitig ist die Hängemappe 10 auch an den Seitenkanten 16 offen, so dass auch seitlich Schriftgut eingelegt werden kann. An der rechten Seite in Fig. 1 weist die Bahn 12 einen Seitenstreifen 30 auf, der, wie strich- punktiert angedeutet, entlang der rechten Seitenkante 16 gefaltet wird, bis eine rechte Partie 31 auf der der Innenseite 28 abgewandten Außenseite 32 aufliegt. Die beiden Partien des Seitenstreifens 30 sind miteinander verklebt, so dass die Hängemappe 10 an der rechten Seitenkante 16 verstärkt ist. Von dieser Seite kann somit Schriftgut in den Aufnahmeraum eingelegt wer- den, wobei der Seitenstreifen 30 als Einführhilfe dient. Im Bereich der Haken 26 verringert sich die Breite des Seitenstreifens 30 zu den Oberkanten 14 hin, so dass die Haken 26 auch an der rechten Seite über die Seitenkante 16 überstehen. Auch an den Oberkanten 14 ist die Bahn 12 gefaltet, wobei obere Streifen 34 auf die Innenseite 28 aufgeklebt sind. Zwischen den obe- ren Streifen 34 und den Seitenwänden 22 ist die Schiene 24 eingesetzt.
Entlang der Seitenkanten 16 sind auf die Außenseite 32 flexible Verstärkungselemente in Form zweier Klebebänder 36 aus Kunststoff aufgeklebt. Diese verlaufen im Abstand zu den Seitenkanten 16 von einer Oberkante 14 zur anderen. Der Abstand des linken Klebebands zur linken Seitenkante 16 ist dabei geringer als der des rechten Klebebands zur rechten Seitenkante 16, an der dieses unter der umgeklappten Partie des Seitenstreifens 30 angeordnet und dadurch nicht sichtbar ist. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass an der rechten Seite das Klebeband 36 noch weiter von der Seitenkante 16 entfernt aufgeklebt wird, so dass es für den Betrachter sichtbar ist. Die Klebebänder 36 verstärken die Seitenwände 22 und sorgen dafür, dass die auf den Mappenboden 20 wirkenden Gewichtskräfte des eingelegten Schriftguts in der Nähe der Haken 26 auf die Schienen 24 übertragen werden. Der Mappenboden 20 ist ebenfalls verstärkt und aus doppellagigem Karton ausgeführt. Die Hängemappe 110 gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 2) ist in vielen Details identisch ausgeführt, so dass die gleichen Bezugszeichen verwendet werden. Sie unterscheidet sich vom ersten Ausführungsbeispiel im wesentlichen in zwei Punkten: zum einen weist sie keinen Seitenstreifen 30 auf. Zum anderen ist die die Haken 26 tragende Schiene 24 im Querschnitt V-förmig ausgebildet und auf die Seitenwände 22 an den Oberkanten 14 aufgesetzt. Die Befestigung der Schienen 24 an den Seitenwänden 22 erfolgt durch Verformen der Schiene 24 und Einklemmen der Seitenwände 22 an mehreren Prägepunkten 40. Diese sind formschlüssig in die Bahn 12 eingepreßt. Ihnen gegenüber weisen die Schienen 24 jeweils ein Fenster 42 auf, durch das der jeweilige Prägepunkt 40 die Bahn 12 ein Stück weit durchdrückt. Anstelle des Fensters 42 kann beispielsweise auch eine Wölbung nach außen vorgesehen sein, die in etwa komplementär zum Prägepunkt 40 ausgeführt ist, so dass die Bahn 12 in die Wölbung gedrückt ist. Auch im zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Bahn 12 aus Karton gefertigt. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, eine Bahn aus Polypropylen oder aus Polyvinylchlorid zu verwenden, an der die Schienen angeschweißt werden. Auch eine Anbringung von einzelnen Haken, die nicht durch eine Schiene miteinander verbunden sind, ist möglich. Auch die Hängemappe 110 gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel weist an der Außenseite 32 der Bahn im Abstand zu den Seitenkanten 16 von einer Oberkante 14 zur anderen verlaufende, auf die Seitenwände 22 aufgeklebte Klebebänder 36 als Verstärkungselemente auf. Jeweils einer der Prägepunkte 40 ist, wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt, formschlüssig in eines der Klebebänder 36 eingepreßt.
Zusammenfassend ist folgendes festzuhalten:
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hängemappe 10, 110 zur Aufnahme von Schriftgut, welche eine Bahn 12 aus faltbarem Material mit zwei Oberkanten 14 und zwei die Oberkanten 14 miteinander verbindenden Seitenkanten 16 aufweist, die an einem Mappenboden 20 unter Bildung mindestens eines Falzes 18 gefaltet ist, und die zwei sich vom Mappenboden 20 zu den Oberkanten 14 erstreckende Seitenwände 22 aufweist, wobei an den Oberkanten 14 jeweils über die Seitenkanten 16 überstehende Haken 26 befestigt sind. Die Hängemappe 10, 110 weist mindestens ein mit der Bahn 12 verbunde- nes Verstärkungselement 36 auf, das sich entlang einer der Seitenkanten 16 von einer Oberkante 14 zur anderen erstreckt. Erfindungsgemäß ist das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement 36 im Abstand zur jeweiligen Seitenkante 16 angeordnet.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Hängemappe zur Aufnahme von Schriftgut, welche eine Bahn (12) aus faltbarem Material mit zwei Oberkanten (14) und zwei die Oberkanten (14) miteinander verbindenden Seitenkanten (16) aufweist, die an einem Mappenboden (20) unter Bildung mindestens eines Falzes (18) gefaltet ist, und die zwei sich vom Mappenboden (20) zu den Oberkanten (14) erstreckende Seitenwände (22) aufweist, wobei an den Oberkanten (14) jeweils über die Seitenkanten (16) überstehende Haken (26) befestigt sind, wobei sich mindestens ein mit der Bahn (12) verbundenes Verstärkungselement (36) entlang einer der Seitenkanten (16) von einer Oberkante (14) zur anderen erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement (36) im Abstand zur jeweiligen Seitenkante (16) angeordnet ist.
2. Hängemappe nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich entlang jeder der beiden Seitenkanten (16) ein Verstärkungselement (36) von einer Oberkante (14) zur anderen erstreckt.
3. Hängemappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement (36) an einer einem Aufnahmeraum für das Schriftgut abgewandten Außenseite (32) der Bahn (12) befestigt ist.
4. Hängemappe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement (36) an der dem Aufnahmeraum für das Schriftgut zugewandten Innenseite (28) der Bahn (12) befestigt ist.
5. Hängemappe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement (36) auf die Bahn (12) aufgeklebt ist.
6. Hängemappe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement (36) ein Klebeband ist.
7. Hängemappe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahn (12) aus Karton besteht und das mindestens eine Verstärkungs- element (36) ein Kartonstreifen ist.
8. Hängemappe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement (36) über mindestens eine der Oberkanten (14) hinaus zumindest ein Stück weit entlang der anderen Seite der Bahn (12) erstreckt.
9. Hängemappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement (36) in die Bahn (12) integriert ist.
10. Hängemappe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Verstärkungselement (36) einen oder mehrere Fäden, insbesondere aus Kunststoff, Metall oder Naturfaser, aufweist.
11. Hängemappe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Oberkante (14) eine über die Seitenkanten (16) überstehende, die Haken (26) tragende Schiene (24) befestigt ist, die die Oberkante (14) umgreift und formschlüssig mit dem mindestens einen Verstärkungselement (36) verbunden ist.
