Claims (5)

  1. Ein Rollstuhl, umfassend:
    einem Rollstuhlaufbau (10) mit einem Handgriff (11), einem Sitz (12) und mit einem Radlager (13);
    einer Steuerungseinheit (20), die aus einem Startschalter (21) und einem Beschleunigungshebel (22) aufgebaut ist; einem Stromverbindungskabel (23), das seitlich an der Steuerungseinheit (20) befestigt ist; die integrierte Steuerungseinheit (20) mit einem Montageende (24) für das Befestigen auf dem Handgriff (11) des Rollstuhlaufbaus (10) gebildet und das Montageende (24) dieser integrierten Steuerungseinheit (20) mit einer verstellbaren Klammer (25) aufgebaut ist, die aus einer Klammeröffnung gebildet ist,
    wobei mit dieser Klammeröffnung die Klammerungshöhe verstellt wird; das Montageende (24) der integrierten Steuerungseinheit (20) ebenfalls aus einem Schwenkteil (27) aufgebaut ist, mit dem der Schwenkwinkel mit Hilfe dieser integrierten Steuerungseinheit (20) dynamisch verstellt wird, wobei mit einem Justierknauf (28) die verstellbare Position oder der Ausrückzustand des Schwenkteils (27) verstellt wird;
    einem Hilfsantriebsaggregat (30), das aus einem Radlager (31), einem Antriebselement (32) und aus einem Stromversorgungsgerät (33) aufgebaut ist;
    einem Befestigungsrahmen (40), der quer auf das Radlager (30) befestigt wird (30), wobei dieser Befestigungsrahmen (40) mit zwei Befestigungsenden (41) gebildet ist;
    einem kombinierten Positionierelement (50), das auf der linken und rechten Seite des Radlagers (13) des Rollstuhlaufbaus (10) montiert ist; dieses kombinierte Positionierelement (50) aus einem Verbindungsschlitz (51) gebildet ist, das mit einem seitlichen Führungsschlitz (52) und einer inneren Sicherungswand (53) geformt ist; oben auf dem Verbindungsschlitz (51) ein Aufnahmesitz (54) montiert ist, wobei ein Stift (56) und ein elastisches Element (57) in eine Schlitzöffnung (55) eingesteckt werden; der Stift (56) unten aus einem Halterungsteil (58) mit einer schrägen Führungsfläche (581) auf einer Seite gebildet ist; mit diesem elastischen Element (57) der Stift (56) nach unten gestützt wird, damit das Halterungsteil (58) zum Positionieren in den Verbindungsschlitz (51) hervorsteht, oder um die schräge Führungsfläche (581) auf einer Seite nach dem seitlichen Führungsschlitz (52) des Verbindungsschlitzes (51) auszurichten; oben auf dem Stift (56) vom Aufnahmesitz (54) eine Zugelement (59) hervorsteht, mit dem der Stift (56) in einen Ausrückzustand hochgezogen wird.
  2. Der Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verstellbare Klammer (25) mit einem Bolzen (60) am mittleren Teil durch das symmetrische innere und äußere Sperrholzteil (251)(252) und festgeschraubt wird, während eine Torsionsfeder (61) auf diesen Bolzen (60) aufgesetzt wird; auf der inneren Seite der Außenseite dieses inneren und äußeren Sperrholzteils (251)(252) je ein gebogener Flansch gebildet ist, mit dem eine Klammeröffnung geformt wird, deren Innenseite des inneren Sperrholzteils (251) mit einer Schraube (62) an der Steuerungseinheit (20) befestigt ist; die verstellbare Klammer (25) besteht ebenfalls aus einem Dichtungsknauf (63), wobei dieser Dichtungsknauf (63) aus einer Schraube ohne Mutter (632) mit einem Drehknauf (631) gebildet ist, um ein Rotierzylinder (65) mit einem Gewindeloch (64) ins Innere der äußeren Sperrholzteile (251)(252) einzuschrauben und ein durchgehendes Loch (66) an der Innenwand des inneren Sperrholzteils (251) geöffnet wird, damit eine Schraube ohne Mutter (632) durch das durchgehende Loch (66) hindurch geschoben werden kann und das Gewindeloch (64) des Rotierzylinders (65) an die Mulde des Bolzenkopfs (621) am inneren Ende des inneren Sperrholzteils (251) anstößt.
  3. Der Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bevorzugte Ausführungsform mit dem Schwenkteil (27) des Befestigungsendes (41) der integrierten Steuerungseinheit (20) aufgebaut ist; am Montageende (24) der integrierten Steuerungseinheit (20) ein hervorstehender Sitz (241) gebildet ist; mit diesem hervorstehenden Sitz (241) Innen- und Außenwände (242)(243) gebildet werden, wobei dieser hervorstehende Sitz (241) quer mit einem durchgehenden Loch (244) geformt ist, so dass eine Seite dieser oben genannten verstellbaren Klammer (25) an die Innenwand (242) des hervorstehenden Sitzes (241) anliegt; der Justierknauf (28) aus einem Drehknauf (282) mit einem Gewindeloch (281) gebildet ist, wobei die Schraube (62) durch die verstellbare Klammer (25), das durchgehende Loch (244) des hervorstehenden Sitzes (241) und durch das Gewindeloch (281) des Drehknaufes (282) geschraubt wird, um den Schraubenkopf der Schraube an ein Ende der verstellbaren Klammer (25) anzustoßen, und der Gewindebolzen der Schraube (62) in das Gewindeloch (281) des Drehknaufes (282) einzuschrauben.
  4. Der Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsende (41) des Befestigungsrahmens (40) in den seitlichen Führungsschlitz (52) des Verbindungsschlitzes (51) aufgenommen und danach an der schrägen Führungsfläche (581) auf einer Seite unter Kraftaufwendung vorwärts geschoben wird, um das Befestigungsende (41) zum Positionieren in den Verbindungsschlitz (51) einzurücken; am Zugelement (59) ein Ring (70) befestigt ist, wonach die Ringe auf der linken und rechten Seite des Stifts (56) des Radlagers (13) des Rollstuhlaufbaus (10) für eine gleichzeitige Betätigung an einer Verbindungsschnur (71) befestigt werden.
  5. Der Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verbindungsschnur (71) ein Band, eine Schnur, eine Kette oder eine Stange verwendet werden kann.
