Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines rissfesten Gießharztransformators, wobei ein Gießharz zur elektrischen Isolation eines Wicklungskörpers des Gießharztransformators verwendet wird. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung einen Gießharztransformator mit einer aus Gießharz bestehenden elektrischen Isolation eines Wicklungskörpers des Gießharztransformators. Durch Zugabe eines Zähigkeitsmodifikators von bis zu 20 phr ("parts per hundred resin") zum flüssigen Gießharz in Verbindung mit der Zugabe eines Beschleunigers, wird im Falle eines abgestimmten Härtungsprozesses durch linear oder treppenförmig aufsteigende Temperaturprofile die Rissfestigkeit des Gießharzes und damit die Lebensdauer des Gießharztransormators nachhaltig erhöht.
