Claims (10)

  1. Siebvorrichtung (1), umfassend: ein feststehendes oder ein Herauf- und Herabrollsieb (2), seitliche Führungen (3), in die Siebführungen (4) eingepasst sind, wobei diese Siebführungen für das Festhalten des Siebs oder die Führung des Herauf- und Herabrollsiebs (2) während der Herauf- und Herabrollbewegung desselben vorgesehen sind, und mindestens eine Feder (5) für das in Seitwärtsrichtung elastische Spannen dieses Siebs (2) in den seitlichen Führungen (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (5)
    • einen Befestigungsabschnitt (6a, 6b, 6c) umfasst, der mindestens zwei Befestigungselemente (6b, 6c) umfasst, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie die Siebführung (4) zumindest teilweise umschließen, um die Feder (5) an dieser Siebführung (4) zu befestigen, wobei die Befestigungselemente (6b, 6c) derart an diesem Befestigungsabschnitt (6a, 6b, 6c) angeordnet sind, dass sie bezogen aufeinander und auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten in der Längsrichtung der Siebführung (4) verschoben werden, wobei zwischen diesen Befestigungselementen (6b, 6c) in der Längsrichtung ein Zwischenraum vorhanden ist, der zumindest so groß ist wie die Breite der Siebführung (4), die sich in einer Richtung quer zum Sieb (2) erstreckt, wenn das Letztgenannte gespannt ist;
    • und mindestens eine elastische Lippe (7) umfasst, die mithilfe eines Befestigungselements (6b, 6c) am Befestigungsabschnitt (6a, 6b, 6c) vorgesehen ist, wobei die elastische Lippe (7) so angeordnet ist, dass sie sich zwischen der Siebführung (4) und der seitlichen Führung (3) erstreckt, um das Sieb (2) auf eine in Seitwärtsrichtung elastische Weise zu spannen.
  2. Siebvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder mindestens zwei elastische Lippen (7) umfasst, die mithilfe eines Befestigungselements (6b, 6c) jeweils am Befestigungsabschnitt (6a, 6b, 6c) vorgesehen sind, so dass sie derart an diesem Befestigungsabschnitt (6a, 6b, 6c) angeordnet sind, dass sie bezogen aufeinander und auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten in der Längsrichtung der Siebführung (4) verschoben werden, wobei zwischen diesen elastischen Lippen (7) in der Längsrichtung ein Zwischenraum vorhanden ist, der zumindest so groß ist wie die Breite der Siebführung (4), die sich in einer Richtung quer zum Sieb (2) erstreckt, wenn das Letztgenannte gespannt ist, wobei die elastischen Lippen (7) so angeordnet sind, dass sie sich zwischen der Siebführung (4) und der seitlichen Führung (3) erstrecken, um das Sieb (2) auf eine in Seitwärtsrichtung elastische Weise zu spannen.
  3. Siebvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (6a, 6b, 6c) der Feder (5) umfasst:
    • eine Tragefläche (6a), die so angeordnet ist, dass sie an der vom Sieb (2) weg weisenden Seite der Siebführung (4) anliegt;
    • mindestens zwei erhabene Verbindungsteile (6b) als Teil der Verbindungselemente (6b, 6c), die quer zur Tragefläche (6a) gelegen und so angeordnet sind, dass sie sich entlang derjenigen Seiten der Siebführung (4) erstrecken, die mit der vom Sieb (2) entfernten Seite verbunden sind und sich in einer Richtung quer zu dieser Seite erstrecken;
    • mindestens zwei Trageabschnitte (6c) als Teil der Verbindungselemente (6b, 6c), mit deren Hilfe die elastischen Lippen (7) an den erhabenen Verbindungsteilen (6b) vorgesehen sind, wobei jeder dieser Trageabschnitte (6c) so angeordnet ist, dass er an einer in Richtung des Siebs (2) weisenden Seite der Siebführung (4) anliegt.
  4. Siebvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebführung (4) umfasst: ein Führungsteil (4a), das so angeordnet ist, dass es das Sieb (2) führend festhält, und einen Flanschabschnitt (4b), der so angeordnet ist, dass damit die Siebführung (4) in die seitliche Führung (3) eingepasst wird, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt (6a, 6b, 6c) der Feder (5) so angeordnet ist, das er den Flanschabschnitt (4b) der Siebführung (4) zumindest teilweise umschließt, um die Feder (5) an dieser Siebführung (4) zu befestigen.
  5. Siebvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die elastischen Lippen (7) im zusammengebauten Zustand voneinander weg in der Längsrichtung der Siebführung (4) erstrecken.
  6. Siebvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Lippen (7) an ihrem freien Ende einen umgebogenen Teil (7a) umfassen, der so angeordnet ist, dass er an der seitlichen Führung (3) anliegt, wenn sich die Feder (5) zwischen der Siebführung (4) und der seitlichen Führung (3) erstreckt.
  7. Siebvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (6a, 6b, 6c) der Feder (5) mit mindestens einem Klemmhaken (8) versehen ist, der vorgesehen ist, um diese Feder (5) im befestigten Zustand bezogen auf die Siebführung (4) festzuklemmen.
  8. Siebvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (5) aus einem einzigen Stück Blech hergestellt ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Platzieren einer Feder (5) in einer Siebvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Schritt 1: Einpassen der Feder (5) gegen diejenige Seite der Siebführung (4), die so angeordnet ist, dass sie in der Siebvorrichtung (1) vom Sieb (2) weg weist, wobei sich die Befestigungselemente (6b, 6c) entlang der Siebführung (4) erstrecken und auf derjenigen Seite erstrecken, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie in der Siebvorrichtung (1) in Richtung des Siebs (2) weist;
    - Schritt 2: die Drehung der Feder (5) gegen die Siebführung (4), bis sich die elastische Lippe (7) in der Längsrichtung der Siebführung (4) entlang derjenigen Seite der Siebführung (4) erstreckt, die im zusammengebauten Zustand in der Siebvorrichtung (1) in Richtung des Siebs (2) weist;
    - Schritt 3: das Einpassen der Siebführung (4) mit der daran angebrachten Feder (5) in die seitliche Führung (3), so dass sich die elastische Lippe (7) zwischen der Siebführung (4) und der seitlichen Führung (3) erstreckt.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 zur Platzierung einer Feder (5) in einer Siebvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - Schritt 1: Einpassen der Feder (5) gegen diejenige Seite der Siebführung (4), die so angeordnet ist, dass sie in der Siebvorrichtung (1) vom Sieb (2) weg weist, wobei sich die elastischen Lippen (7) entlang der Siebführung (4) erstrecken und auf derjenigen Seite erstrecken, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie in der Siebvorrichtung (1) in Richtung des Siebs (2) weist;
    - Schritt 2: die Drehung der Feder (5) gegen die Siebführung (4), bis sich die elastischen Lippen (7) in der Längsrichtung der Siebführung (4) entlang derjenigen Seite der Siebführung (4) erstrecken, die im zusammengebauten Zustand in der Siebvorrichtung (1) in Richtung des Siebs (2) weist;
    - Schritt 3: das Einpassen der Siebführung (4) mit der daran angebrachten Feder (5) in die seitliche Führung (3), so dass sich die elastischen Lippen (7) zwischen der Siebführung (4) und der seitlichen Führung (3) erstrecken.
