- Palette navette pour un stock sur rayonnages surélevés, qui présente des emplacements de stockage aménagés pour le stockage de marchandises se trouvant sur des palettes, comprenant trois longerons (19) disposés parallèlement entre eux et présentant au moins deux ponts de réception de charge (3) agencés perpendiculairement aux longerons (19), les longerons (19) et les ponts de réception de charge (3) étant reliés les uns aux autres de façon articulée, les longerons (19) étant fabriqués à base d'un demi-produit résistant à l'usure et rigide en flexion, et les longerons (19) étant reliés par complémentarité de formes et de façon amovible aux ponts de réception de charge (3), caractérisée en ce que les longerons (19) présentent en section au moins par endroits une section en forme de bague circulaire, en ce que les ponts de réception de charge (3) présentent des pieds (13) et en ce que des liaisons par clipsage ou par encliquetage (17) avec une section en forme de segment de cercle sont conçues dans les pieds (13), et en ce que les longerons (19) avec leur section en forme de bague circulaire sont montés de façon amovible dans la liaison par encliquetage (17).
- Palette navette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les liaisons par encliquetage ou clipsage (17) s'étendent sur toute la longueur de la palette navette (1) et sont conçues également dans des écarteurs (15) entre les ponts de réception de charge (3).
- Palette navette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les longerons (19) sont à base d'un tube avec une section en forme de bague circulaire avec ou sans partie aplatie (31) et éventuellement avec une zone de section en T.
- Palette navette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des pieds (13) sont conçus sur chaque pont de réception de charge (3) et en ce que les longerons (19) sont reliés aux ponts de réception de charge (3) dans la zone des pieds (13).
- Palette navette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les longerons (19) sont reliés par une liaison amovible aux ponts de réception de charge (3).
- Palette navette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les ponts de réception de charge (3) sont conçus rigides en flexion perpendiculairement aux longerons (19).
- Palette navette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des écarteurs (15) s'étendant en direction des longerons (19) sont prévus entre deux ponts de réception de charge (3).
- Palette navette selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les écarteurs (15) et les ponts de réception de charge (3) sont conçus d'une seule pièce.
- Palette navette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les ponts de réception de charge (3) sont à base de matière synthétique, de préférence à base de PEHD (polyéthylène haute densité) et/ ou de matière synthétique recyclée.
- Palette navette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux évidements (18) agencés dans le sens de la longueur ((axe x)) sont présents sur un côté inférieur de la palette navette (1).
- Palette navette selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'espacement des axes médians des évidements (18) est compris entre 340 mm et 400 mm, en particulier est de 370 mm.
- Palette navette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que la hauteur des évidements (18) est supérieure à 85 mm et en ce que la largeur des évidements est supérieure à 160 mm.
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions des évidements (18) correspondent aux cotes normalisées de palettes de transport.
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des points de réception de charge (7) sont prévus sur un côté supérieur de la palette navette (1) et en ce que les espacements des points de réception de charge (7) correspondent aux espacements des pieds (13) d'une palette normalisée, en particulier d'une europalette.
- Support de charge selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le côté supérieur de la palette navette (1) est renforcé dans la zone des points de réception de charge (7), en particulier par des coques (25) à base d'un matériau résistant à l'usure, par exemple de la tôle d'acier.
