Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Bewegen von Weichen, insbesondere von Hochgeschwindigkeitsweichen, bestehend aus:
    - mindestens zwei hydraulischen Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3');
    - einer Einheit (4, 4'), um ein Druckflurid für die genannten hydraulischen Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3') zur Verfügung zu stellen;
    - wobei die genannten hydraulischen Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3') durch Kontrollmittel bewegbar sind, durch die die genannte Versorgungseinheit (4, 4') aktivierbar/deaktivierbar ist;
    - Antriebseinrichtungen, insbesondere mindestens zwei hydraulischen Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3'), die in operativer Wirkverbindung an verschiedenen Positionen mit je einem der Weichen (A1, A2) stehen, und möglicherweise auch mit dem Schaltglied (C) verbunden sind;
    - derart, dass wenn die Versorgungseinheit (4, 4') aktiviert ist, das Druckfluid zu den genannten Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3') geleitet ist, wodurch die Weichen (A1, A2) und/oder das Glied (C) freigegeben ist, um von einer vorgegebenen ersten Ausgangsstellung zu einer zweiten Endstellung bewegt zu werden;
    - Mitteln (10, 10', 10"), durch die die Verstellgeschwindigkeit mindestens zweier der Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3') synchronisiert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Synchronisationsmittel (10, 10', 10") Bestandteil einer Einheit (110) sind, durch die die Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit für jede Antriebseinrichtung (1, 2, 3, 3') einstellbar ist;
    und dass die Einstellung dadurch erfolgt, dass ein vorgegebenes Fluidvolumen pro Zeiteinheit durch jede der Versorgungseinheiten (110) für jede Antriebseinrichtung (1, 2, 3, 3') zur Verfügung gestellt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jede Versorgungseinheit (110) aus einer positiven Verschiebungspumpe aufgebaut ist, wobei alle positiven Verschiebungspumpen mit derselben Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit bewegt sind, während diese einen vorgegebenen Verschiebeweg haben, und dass die Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit auf der Grundlage der vorgegebenen Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit definiert ist, um die synchronisierte Bewegung der jeweiligen Antriebseinrichtung (1, 2, 3, 3') zu erreichen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ein einzelner Motor (210) zur Verfügung gestellt ist, durch den sämtliche Versorgungseinheiten (110) angetrieben sind, wobei jede der Versorgungseinheiten (110) eine positive Verschiebungspumpe aufweist und wobei der Bewegungsmotor (210) durch einen gemeinsamen Übertragungskörper (310) in Wirkverbindung zu dem Eingangszugang jedes der positiven Verschiebungspumpen steht.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der gemeinsame Übertragungskörper (310) aus einer vereinzelten Verbindungsstange besteht, die für jede positive Verschiebungspumpe (110) mit dem Eingangszugang verbunden ist oder die der Eingangszugang ist, und dass die Übertragungskörper (310) durch den einzigen Bewegungsmotor (210) rotierbar sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    - mindestens zwei oder mehrere lineare Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3'), durch die die Weichen (A1, A2) und/oder das Glied (C) bewegbar sind, wobei das Ende jedes der Glieder mit den Weichen (A1, A2) verbunden ist und/oder wobei das Glied (C) an einer unterschiedlichen, vorgegebenen Position mit Bezug auf die Längsrichtung des Gliedes (C) vorgesehen ist;
    - eine Überwachungseinheit (4, 4') für die Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3'), die vorhanden ist, um ein Druckfluid zu jedem der genannten Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3') zur Verfügung zu stellen, und eine Einheit (110), durch die die Fluidmenge angepasst ist, die pro Zeiteinheit zur Verfügung gestellt ist und die zwischen der Auslieferungsseite der genannten Überwachungseinheit (4, 4') und dem Zugang jeder Antriebseinrichtung (1, 2, 3, 3') vorhanden ist;
    - wobei die genannte Versorgungseinheit (110) Bestandteil von Mitteln (10, 10', 10") sind, durch die die Verschiebungsbewegung der Antriebseinrichtungen (1, 2, 3, 3') synchronisiert ist;
    - wobei darüberhinaus jede der genannten Versorgungseinheiten (110) als weiterer Bestandteil einer positiven Verschiebungspumpe ist;
    - wobei jede der genannten positiven Verschiebungspumpe mittels eines gemeinsamen Bewegungsmotors (210) und über einen gemeinsamen Übertragungskörper (310) angetrieben ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zu einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Synchronisationsmittel (10, 10', 10") gebildet sind durch einen getrennten und unabhängigen Konstruktionskörper, der umfasst:
    - eine vorgegebene Anzahl von Mitteln (110), um die Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit einzustellen, z.B. positive Verschiebungspumpen, die an einem gemeinsamen Rahmen oder Träger oder innerhalb eines gemeinsamen Gehäusekastens (410) befestigt sind;
    - einen Bewegungsmotor (210), der an dem genannten Träger, Rahmen oder genannten Kasten (410) befestigt ist;
    - einen Übertragungskörper (310) zwischen dem genannten Motor (210) und Mitteln (110), durch die die Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit einstellbar ist, z.B. Zugangsstangen von positiven Verschiebungspumpen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass diese einen gemeinsamen Kasten (410) aufweist, der umfasst:
    - eine Anzahl von Einlässen, die mit den individuellen Einlässen und den Mitteln (110) korrespondieren, durch die die Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit eingestellt ist, z.B. für individuelle positive Verschiebungspumpen;
    - eine Anzahl von Auslässen, die mit individuellen Auslässen der Mittel (110) korrespondieren, durch die die Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit einstellbar ist, z. B. der positiven Verschiebungspumpen;
    - wobei die Einlässe und Auslässe aus einer oder mehrerer Außenwände des Kastens (410) mitels Kupplungselementen (510) überstehen;
    - einen Versorgungseinlass des elektrischen Motors (210).
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Synchronisationsmittel (10, 10', 10") mit einer modularen Struktur, einer Trägerstruktur oder einem Rahmen oder einem Kasten (410) versehen sind, wobei diese für mindestens zwei Mittel (110) vorhanden sind, durch die die Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit einstellbar ist, z.B. für mindestens zwei positive Verschiebungspumpen, wobei die Struktur oder wobei der Rahmen oder wobei der Kasten (410) jeweils in Kombination mit der Struktur oder dem Rahmen oder der Kastenausdehnungen (10', 10") zur Verfügung gestellt sind, wobei diese lösbar befestigbar sind und wobei die Ausdehnungen (10', 10") vorgesehen sind, um mindestens ein weiteres Mittel (110) unterzubringen, durch das die Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit einstellbar ist, z.B. mindestens eine weitere positive Verschiebungspumpe.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die genannte Ausdehnung (10', 10") auf einer Seite des Trägers, des Rahmens oder des Kastens (410) vorgesehen ist, derart, dass diese am Ende des Übertragungskörpers (310) vorgesehen ist, die gegenüberliegend zu dem Ende des Bewegungsmotors (210) verläuft.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 8 oder 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass Mittel (310, 710) vorgesehen sind, um weitere Mittel (110', 110 ") zu verbinden, durch die die Fluidmenge pro Zeiteinheit einstellbar ist, z.B. die weitere positive Verschiebungspumpe, die innerhalb der genannten Ausdehnung (10', 10") angeordnet ist, zu Mitteln (310), durch die der Bewegungsmotor, z.B. die Verbindungsstange des Motors (210), verbunden ist zu den positiven Verschiebungspumpen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Ausdehnungen (10', 10") an einem Ende (710) eines Übertragungskörpers (310', 310") zur Verbindung mit einem Ende eines der Verbindungsstangen (310) vorgesehen sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Synchronisationsmittel (10, 10', 10") aus mindestens einer Basis oder einem Hauptmodul (410) aufgebaut sind, umfassend eine vorgegebene Mindestanzahl von positiven Verschiebungspumpen oder anderen Synchronisationseinheiten (110), wobei der Motor (210) und die Stange (310) die Bewegung zu der positiven Verschiebungspumpen übertragen und mindestens ein weiterer Integrator oder Überstandsmodul (10') bestehend aus mindestens einer positiven Verschiebungspumpe (110') und einem Überstand zur Übertragung der Bewegung (310) des Motors (210) vorgesehen sind, der in Wirkverbindung mit der positiven Verschiebungspumpe (110') steht, wobei jedes Überstandsmodul (10') lösbare Mittel (610) aufweist, die an der Basis oder dem Hauptmodul (10) befestigbar sind und die mit korrespondierenden Befestigungsmitteln an der genannten Basis oder dem Hauptmodul (10) zusammenwirken, wobei jedes Überstandsmodul auch mit Mitteln versehen ist, die an einem weiteren Überstandsmodul (10") befestigbar sind und wobei die Basis oder das Hauptmodul (10) und jedes Überstandsmodul (10') an den Verbindungsseiten gegenüberliegend zueinander verlaufen, aufweisend ein Auslassende der Übertragungsstange (310), die mit einer Kupplungseinrichtung (710) versehen ist, um in Wirkverbindung zu einem Ende des Überstandes der genannten Bewegungsstange (310') verbunden zu werden, die zwischen dem Überstandsmodul respektive und an der Seite befestigbar ist, derart, dass ein weiteres Überstandsmodul (10") anbringbar ist, wobei es ein Auslassende des genannten Überstandes des Übertragungsschaftes (310) hat, ausgestattet mit einer Kupplungseinheit (710'), um in Wirkverbindung zu einem Ende des Überstandes der genannten Übertragungsstange (310") verbunden zu sein, die in dem genannten weiteren Überstandsmodul (10") befestigt ist, wobei die Überstandsmodule (10', 10") alle dieselbe Konstruktion aufweisen, und die vorzugsweise miteinander kaskadenförmig und zu dem Haupt- oder Basismodul (10) verbindbar sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Überstandsmodule (10', 10") zwei oder mehrere positive Verschiebungspumpen (110) aufweisen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Antriebszylinder (1, 2, 3, 3') doppelt aktivierbare Typen sind, ausgestattet mit zwei Versorgungseinlässen und jeder der genannten Versorgungseinlässe wahlweise verbindbar sind zur Versorgung der Überwachungseinheit (4, 4') und den Synchronisationsmitteln (10, 10', 10"), die zwischen der Versorgung der Überwachungseinheit (4, 4') und jedem der zwei Einlässe der jeweiligen Doppelaktivierungsantriebszylinder (1, 2, 3, 3') vorgesehen ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Synchronisationsmittel (10, 10', 10") hergestellt sind gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
  16. Verfahren zum Bewegen von Weichen durch Mittel von hydraulischen Antriebseinrichtungen, wobei die Weichen durch mindestens zwei hydraulische Antriebseinrichtungen bewegbar sind, die mit einer bestimmten Menge eines Versorgungsfluids durch eine gemeinsame Versorgungseinheit versorgbar sind, jede Antriebseinrichtung ist derart einstellbar, dass diese korrespondiert mit der synchronisierten Bewegung von zwei oder mehreren Antriebseinrichtungen in Abhängigkeit der Zeit,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Einstellung dadurch erreicht ist, dass positive Verschiebungspumpen verwendet sind, die mit derselben Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit betätigt sind und für eine gleiche und abgestimmte Bewegungsperiode, während das Versorgungsvolumen jeder Pumpe in Abhängigkeit von der Proportion zu der Druckfluidmenge abgestimmt ist, die von der jeweilig korrespondierenden Antriebseinrichtung benötigt ist, die zu verstellen ist in einer synchronisierten Art mit anderen Antriebseinrichtungen von einer Ausgangsposition zu einer Endstellung.
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Antriebszylinder nach der Doppelbetätigungsart ausgestaltet sind, wobei diese mit zwei Einlässen ausgestattet sind, und wobei diese getrennte und unabhängige Synchronisationsmittel für jeden der genannten Einlässe aufweisen.
