Claims (10)
- Procédé de régulation d'un groupe d'alimentation d'une rotative d'impression, à savoir pour réguler la traction d'une bande de matière d'impression tirée dans une unité d'impression par le groupe d'alimentation,
selon lequel
* on compare une valeur réelle à une valeur de consigne, et
* en fonction de l'écart entre la valeur réelle et la valeur de consigne, une installation de régulation de la traction de bande ou de la ten-sion de bande génère une grandeur de réglage pour le groupe d'alimentation,
procédé caractérisé en ce que
on détermine la valeur réelle de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande par le calcul en se fondant sur un modèle. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
comme grandeur d'entrée du modèle, on utilise le couple moteur de l'entraînement du groupe d'alimentation ou le courant électrique cor-respondant au couple moteur, le couple de friction du groupe d'alimentation et la valeur de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande fournie par un changeur de bobines en amont du groupe d'alimentation ou encore une grandeur constituant une valeur de trac-tion de bande ou une valeur de tension de bande. - Procédé selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
comme couple de friction du groupe d'alimentation, on utilise un couple de friction constant. - Procédé selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le modèle détermine la valeur réelle de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande en appliquant la formule XIST = XRW + a*[G1(MMOT) + c], dans laquelle XIST est la valeur réelle calculée de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande,
XRW est la valeur de la traction de bande ou de la valeur de la tension de bande fournie par le changeur de bobines,
MMOT est le couple moteur de l'entraînement,
G1 est une fonction de lissage, et
a et c sont des constantes. - Procédé selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le couple de frottement du groupe d'alimentation est un couple de frottement dépendant de la vitesse de rotation, notamment linéarisée,
* et comme autre grandeur d'entrée du modèle, on utilise la vitesse de rotation de l'entraînement du groupe d'alimentation. - Procédé selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le modèle détermine la valeur réelle de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande comme suit :XIST =G2(XRW) + a*[G1(MMOT) + m*NIST + c],dans laquelleXIST est la valeur réelle calculée de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bandeXRW est la valeur de traction de bande ou de la valeur de la tension de bande fournie par le changeur de bobines,MMOT est le couple moteur de l'entraînement,G1 et G2 sont des fonctions de lissage,NIST est la vitesse de rotation de l'entraînement, eta, m et c sont des constantes. - Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que
la régulation de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande est combinée à une régulation de la vitesse de rotation de l'entraînement du groupe d'alimentation,
* l'installation de régulation de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande émet comme grandeur de réglage le décalage de la valeur de consigne de la vitesse de rotation de l'entraînement du groupe d'alimentation. - Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que
la régulation de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande est com-binée à une régulation de position de l'entraînement du groupe d'alimentation,
* l'installation de régulation de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande fournissant comme grandeur de réglage, le décalage pour une valeur de consigne de la position de l'entraînement du groupe d'alimentation. - Dispositif de régulation d'un groupe d'alimentation d'une rotative d'impression, à savoir la régulation de la traction ou de la tension d'une bande de matière d'impression à tirer dans l'unité d'impression à l'aide d'un groupe d'alimentation comportant une installation de régulation de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande qui génère une grandeur de réglage du groupe d'alimentation en fonction de l'écart entre la va-leur réelle et la valeur de consigne de la traction ou de la tension de bande,
dispositif caractérisé par
une installation qui détermine la valeur réelle de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande par calcul en se fondant sur un modèle. - Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que
l'installation comportant le modèle et/ou l'installation de régulation de la traction de bande ou de la tension de bande est intégrée dans un régulateur d'entraînement de l'entraînement du groupe d'alimentation.
