Abstract

La présente invention concerne une poignée pour véhicules comprenant un levier (5) qui pivote pour tourner dans un cadre (1), au moins un joint statique (10, 11, 16) disposé entre le levier (5) et le cadre (1), ainsi qu'un capteur (12) pour détecter la position du levier (5) ou d'un élément solidaire de ce dernier, ledit capteur (12) étant placé au moins partiellement dans le joint statique (10, 11, 16).

Claims (19)

  1. Poignée pour véhicules, comportant un levier (5) qui pivote pour tourner dans un encadrement (1), au moins un joint (10, 11, 16) disposé entre le levier (5) et l'encadrement (1), ainsi qu'un capteur (12) servant à détecter la position du levier (5), caractérisé en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé au moins partiellement dans le joint (10, 11, 16).
  2. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est incorporé dans le joint (10, 11, 16).
  3. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est moulé avec le joint (10, 11, 16).
  4. Poignée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est un capteur de pression.
  5. Poignée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé dans l'encadrement (1).
  6. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est apte à être activé par la pression d'une dent (13) dépassant du levier (5) en direction de l'encadrement (1).
  7. Poignée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé dans le levier (5).
  8. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé dans un siège réalisé dans un bouchon (17) inséré dans le levier (5) à travers une ouverture axiale pratiquée à l'extrémité opposée au pivot (3).
  9. Poignée selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est apte à être activé par la pression d'une dent (13) dépassant de l'encadrement (1) en direction du levier (5).
  10. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que la dent (13) est réalisée d'un seul tenant avec un joint (10) de l'encadrement (1).
  11. Poignée selon la revendication 6 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que le joint (10, 11, 16) est doté d'une ouverture en correspondance avec le capteur (12), de telle façon que la dent (13) puisse traverser cette ouverture et appuyer directement sur au moins une partie du capteur (12).
  12. Poignée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé près de l'extrémité du levier (5) opposée à son pivot (3).
  13. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé à côté d'un appendice (8) qui dépasse dans l'encadrement (1) à partir de l'extrémité du levier (5) opposée au pivot (3).
  14. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé à côté de l'appendice (8) du côté orienté vers le pivot (3) du levier (5).
  15. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que la dent (13) est disposée à côté de l'appendice (8).
  16. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que la dent (13) est sensiblement parallèle à l'appendice (8).
  17. Poignée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé près de l'extrémité du levier (5) proche de son pivot (3).
  18. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé à côté d'un prolongement profilé (4) du levier (5) qui tourne autour du pivot (3).
  19. Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (12) est disposé à côté du prolongement profilé (4) du côté orienté vers l'extrémité du levier (5) opposée au pivot (3).
