Claims (13)

  1. Système de manutention de produits à emballer (30), comprenant une machine de manutention et/ou d'emballage (10) qui présente au moins un dispositif de manutention (12) sur lequel des têtes de préhension (20) sont montées ainsi que des cadres d'introduction (16) qui sont associés à celui-ci et adaptés à la taille des produits à emballer (30) à manipuler et qui sont destinés à introduire les produits à emballer (30) dans des emballages (32), et un magasin (40), dans lequel ledit dispositif de manutention (12) et le cadre d'introduction (16) associé sont échangeables en commun et sont déplaçables entre une position de travail sur la machine (10) et une position de stockage dans le magasin (40), caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif de manutention (12) et le cadre d'introduction (16) associé sont empilables l'un sur l'autre et peuvent être verrouillés automatiquement l'un avec l'autre, et des rails (44) pour un transport approximativement horizontal dudit au moins un dispositif de manutention (12) échangeable et d'un cadre d'introduction (16) associé à celui-ci, entre la position de travail et la position de stockage, sont disposés entre la machine (10) et le magasin (40).
  2. Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit un cadre d'introduction (16) présente, sur sa face inférieure, des dispositifs de glissement ou des roues pour le transport sur lesdits rails (44).
  3. Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le magasin (40) présente des dispositifs de transport horizontal et/ou vertical du dispositif de manutention (12) à partir de et vers au moins deux positions de dépôt (48) séparées.
  4. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le magasin (40) est réalisé en tant que système de rayonnage comprenant au moins deux plans de dépôt superposés pour le dispositif de manutention (12) et le cadre d'introduction (16) associé, auxquels est associé un dispositif combiné de transport horizontal et vertical.
  5. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le magasin (40) présente au moins une position de dépôt (48) pour le dispositif de manutention (12) et le cadre d'introduction (16) associé, qui est disposée latéralement par rapport à une position de transfert définie par le système de rails (42).
  6. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'échange d'une garniture (14) se composant d'au moins un dispositif de manutention (12) échangeable et d'un cadre d'introduction (16) associé au dispositif de manutention (12) peut être commandé automatiquement en transférant dans le magasin (40) une garniture (14) à désactiver et en transférant une garniture (14) à activer du magasin (40) dans la position de travail sur la machine (10).
  7. Procédé de commande d'un système se composant d'une machine de manutention et/ou d'emballage (10) destiné à manipuler des produits à emballer (30) qui présente au moins un dispositif de manutention (12) ainsi que des cadres d'introduction (16) qui sont associés à celui-ci et adaptés à la taille des produits à emballer (30) à manipuler et qui sont destinés à introduire les produits à emballer dans des emballages, et d'un magasin (40), dans lequel ledit dispositif de manutention (12) et le cadre d'introduction (16) associé sont échangeables en commun et sont déplaçables entre une position de travail sur la machine (10) et une position de stockage dans le magasin (40), caractérisé par le fait que ledit au moins un dispositif de manutention (12) échangeable et un cadre d'introduction (16) associé au dispositif de manutention (12) forment une garniture (14), ledit dispositif de manutention (12) et le cadre d'introduction (16) associé étant empilés l'un sur l'autre et verrouillés automatiquement l'un avec l'autre et étant transportés en commun entre la machine (10) et le magasin (40) sur des rails (44) s'étendant de manière approximativement horizontale, dans lequel lesdits rails (44) sont disposés entre la machine (10) et le magasin (40).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les garnitures (14) sont échangées entre leur position de travail sur la machine (10) et leur position de stockage dans le magasin (40).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel les garnitures (14) sont transportées, dans le magasin (40), horizontalement et/ou verticalement à partir de et vers au moins deux positions de dépôt (48) séparées.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel les garnitures (14) sont transportées, dans le magasin (40) réalisé en tant que système de rayonnage, au moyen d'un dispositif combiné de transport horizontal et vertical, entre au moins deux plans de dépôt superposés.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, dans lequel les garnitures (14) sont transportées, dans le magasin (40), entre une position de transfert définie par le système de rails (42) et au moins une position de dépôt (48) disposée latéralement par rapport à celle-ci.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, dans lequel les cadres d'introduction (16) présentent, sur leur face inférieure, des dispositifs de glissement ou des roues pour le transport sur lesdits rails (44).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, dans lequel un échange des garnitures (14) est commandé automatiquement en transférant dans le magasin (40) une garniture (14) à désactiver et en transférant une garniture (14) à activer du magasin (40) dans la position de travail sur la machine (10).
