Claims (16)
- Procédé d'étiquetage du type qui assure l'impression, l'agencement de fixation et l'application d'une étiquette (8), portant les données d'identification, sur un paquet, une bobine ou un faisceau (7) que l'on fait avancer par des moyens aptes à permettre le mouvement de ceux-ci, et qui sont liés au moyen d'au moins une corde/feuillard/bande (5), comprenant les étapes d'impression de l'étiquette, agencement pour la fixation de ladite étiquette par l'application d'un fil de fixation (9) au travers d'un orifice situé sur l'étiquette elle-même, les opérations suivantes étant réalisées sur ledit fil de fixation (9) :- réaliser un crochet (11) pour fixation par accrochage à une extrémité, et- réaliser un cintrage anti-désenfilage (10) à l'extrémité opposée, dont la forme sert à empêcher le désenfilage de l'étiquette (8) elle-même, préalablement insérée, ou vice-versa, et- appliquer l'ensemble étiquette et fil de fixation (9) obtenu de cette manière sur une corde/feuillard/bande (5) de bordure de tête dudit paquet, bobine ou faisceau (7), par accrochage à l'aide dudit crochet de fixation (11).
- Procédé d'étiquetage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la longueur dudit fil de fixation (9) est supérieure à la distance entre la position de la corde (5) de bordure de tête et la tête même du paquet, de la bobine ou du faisceau (7) et en ce que l'étiquette (8) est appliquée sur la corde à proximité de la tête de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet de façon que l'étiquette soit placée de manière frontale par rapport à l'extrémité avant de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet.
- Procédé d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit fil de fixation (9) est placé sensiblement orthogonalement à la tête du paquet, de la bobine ou du faisceau (7) et en ce que ladite étiquette (8) est placée orthogonalement audit fil de fixation (9).
- Procédé d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit cintrage anti-désenfilage (10) dudit fil de fixation (9) est configuré sous forme d'oeillet.
- Procédé d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit crochet (11) dudit fil de fixation (9) est réalisé sous la forme d'un anneau à demi-fermé dont le rabat d'extrémité est dirigé vers l'extérieur afin de faciliter l'accrochage au moyen de fixation transversal (5) par traction.
- Procédé d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit fil de fixation (9) est rectiligne.
- Procédé d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur dudit fil de fixation (9) de l'étiquette (8) est supérieure à la distance entre la corde de queue et la queue même de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet (7) et en ce que l'étiquette est appliquée sur la corde à proximité de la queue de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet de façon telle que l'étiquette est positionnée vers l'arrière par rapport à l'extrémité arrière de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet.
- Procédé d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fil de fixation (9) est bloqué par extension de la corde (5), après quoi cette dernière est positionnée par le manipulateur et avant serrage, de façon telle que le manipulateur tire le fil de fixation (9) vers l'extrémité pour enfilage dans le crochet (11) lorsque la corde (5) est encore lâche.
- Etiqueteuse (1) pour l'impression, l'agencement de fixation et l'application d'une étiquette, portant des données d'identification, sur une bobine, un faisceau ou un paquet (7) liés par des moyens d'attache, fonctionnant selon le procédé décrit dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
dans laquelle ladite étiqueteuse (1) comprend une imprimante ou poinçonneuse (2), une cintreuse (3) du fil de fixation et un manipulateur (4), ladite imprimante ou poinçonneuse (2) produisant une étiquette (8) portant des données d'identification, ladite cintreuse (3) du fil de fixation exécutant les opérations d'enfilage du fil de fixation (9) à travers un orifice (24) présent sur l'étiquette (8), le cintrage de l'une des deux extrémités dudit fil de fixation (9) pour lui conférer la forme d'un crochet (11) au moyen d'une bobineuse et le cintrage de l'extrémité opposée dudit fil de fixation (9) pour lui conférer la forme d'un cintrage anti-désenfilage (10) au moyen de la cisaille de cintrage de queue, ledit cintrage anti-désenfilage (10) constituant un renflement de plus grande dimension que les dimensions du trou (24) présent sur l'étiquette (8), ledit manipulateur (4) extrayant l'ensemble fil de fixation et étiquette formé de cette façon de telle sorte que celui-ci puisse être appliqué sur la bobine, le faisceau ou paquet (7). - Etiqueteuse (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que l'imprimante ou la poinçonneuse (2) comprend des moyens pour alimenter l'étiquette (8) à la cintreuse (3) du fil de fixation au moyen d'une fente (15) présente sur la cintreuse (3) elle-même et ladite cintreuse comprenant des moyens pour exécuter, grâce à l'action du mécanisme de traction (12), à la fois l'application du fil de fixation (9) à travers l'orifice (24) de l'étiquette (8), et la formation sur le fil de fixation (9) du crochet de fixation (11) au moyen de la bobineuse (16), ainsi que la formation sur le fil de fixation (9) du cintrage anti-désenfilage (10) à l'extrémité opposée et la coupe du fil de fixation au moyen de la cisaille de cintrage de queue (14).
- Etiqueteuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9, 10, caractérisée en ce que ledit manipulateur (4) comprend des moyens d'application de l'étiquette (8) sur la corde (5) à proximité de la tête de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet (7) de façon telle que ladite étiquette (8) est placée frontalement par rapport à l'extrémité avant de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet (7).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit manipulateur (4) comprend des moyens pour appliquer l'étiquette (8) sur la corde (5) à proximité de la queue de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet (7) de façon telle que ladite étiquette est placée vers l'arrière par rapport à l'extrémité arrière de la bobine, du faisceau ou du paquet (7).
- Unité d'étiquetage comprenant au moins une étiqueteuse (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, et fonctionnant selon le procédé décrit dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant :a) des moyens d'avance et de cintrage du fil de fixation (9);b) des moyens de cintrage du fil de fixation (9) de façon à former un crochet de tête (11) ;c) des moyens de coupe à longueur du fil de fixation (9);d) des moyens pour enfiler une étiquette (8) sur ledit fil de fixation (9) ;e) des moyens de cintrage dudit fil de fixation (9) au niveau de la queue pour empêcher ladite étiquette (8) de se désenfiler dudit fil de fixation (9) ;f) des moyens d'accrochage dudit fil de fixation (9) avec l'étiquette (8) sur des moyens d'attache (5) d'un paquet de fils, barres et/ou profilés, tous aussi bien en faisceaux qu'en bobines.
- Installation de laminage de fil métallique, barres ou profilés métalliques, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une unité d'étiquetage en aval de celle-ci selon la revendication précédente.
- Paquet de barres liées au moyen de cordes (5) agencées transversalement par rapport au développement longitudinal des barres et qui encerclent et attachent l'ensemble du paquet de barres étiqueté au moyen d'une étiquette (8) pour étiquetage de tête, frontal ou arrière exécuté conformément au procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 avec un ensemble fil de fixation et étiquette.
- Bobine ou bobine de fil ou barres, liées au moyen de cordes, étiquetées au moyen d'une étiquette (8) pour étiquetage exécuté conformément au procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 au moyen d'un ensemble fil de fixation et étiquette.
