Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Öffnen einer Toilettenspülung, die einen Wasserbehälter (12) umfasst, der über einen Hahn gespeist wird, welcher mit einem Wasserversorgungsnetz verbunden und geeignet ist, geöffnet zu werden, um das Füllen des Behälters (12) zu bewirken, wenn der Wasserstand unter eine bestimmte untere Grenze (B) fällt, wobei der Behälter eine untere Ablassöffnung (14) und eine dieser Öffnung (14) zugeordnete bewegliche vertikale Ablassklappe (15) umfasst, welche geeignet ist, eine geschlossene untere Stellung, um das Wasser in dem Behälter (12) zurückzuhalten, oder eine geöffnete obere Stellung, um das Wasser zu einer Toilettenschüssel abzuführen, einzunehmen, und wobei die Vorrichtung ein mit der Klappe (15) fest verbundenes und einen Schwimmer (18) umfassendes Element (16) umfasst, das geeignet ist, die Klappe (15) unter der Wirkung der Auftriebskraft in ihre geöffnete Stellung zu belasten, sobald wenigstens ein bestimmter Anteil des Schwimmers (18) eingetaucht ist,
wobei eine obere Anlagefläche (26) des Elements (16) geeignet ist, durch ein freies unteres Ende (20) einer zu dem Element (16) im Wesentlichen koaxialen, vertikalen Blockierstange (22) selektiv blockiert oder freigegeben zu werden, von welcher ein freies oberes Ende (24) eine Metallplatte (34) umfasst und die vertikal beweglich ist zwischen:- einer Blockierstellung, in der ein mit dem Behälter (12) fest verbundener Permanentmagnet (28), der gegenüber der Metallplatte (34) der Stange (22) angeordnet ist, die Metallplatte (34) unter dem Einfluss seines Permanentmagnetfeldes festhält, um die Stange (22) in Kontakt mit der oberen Anlagefläche (26) des Elements (16) blockiert zu halten, um das Element (16) festzulegen,- einer Freigabestellung, in der ein erstes Solenoid (38), das in der Nähe des Permanentmagneten (28) angeordnet ist, elektrisch betätigt wird, um dem durch den Permanentmagneten (28) erzeugten Magnetfeld ein temporäres Feld entgegenzusetzen und um so die Metallplatte (34) der Stange (22) freizugeben, um das Element (16) freizugeben,damit das Element (16) beweglich ist zwischen:- einer dem Blockieren des Elements (16) durch die Stange (22) entgegen der Wirkung der auf den Schwimmer (18) wirkenden Auftriebskraft zugeordneten unteren Stellung zum Verschließen des vollen Behälters (12), in der das Element (16) die Klappe (15) verschließt,- einer der Stellung zur Freigabe des Elements (16) durch die Stange (22) zugeordneten oberen Stellung zum Öffnen des Behälters (12), in der der maximal auftauchende Schwimmer (18) das Element (16) belastet, um die Klappe (15) zu öffnen, wobei die Stange (22) das Element entlang eines bestimmten maximalen Weges begleitet,- einer unteren Stellung zum Verschließen des leeren Behälters (12), vor einem erneuten Blockieren des Elements (16) durch die Stange (22), in der das Element (16) die Klappe (15) schließt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen einziehbaren Queranschlagfinger (62) umfasst, der geeignet ist, sich senkrecht zu der Stange (22) selektiv zwischenzuschalten, um den Hub der Stange (22) auf einen bestimmten Teil ihres maximalen Hubs zu begrenzen, um die Aufwärtsbewegung des Elements (16) bis auf eine Zwischenposition zum Öffnen des Behälters (12) zu begrenzen, in welcher der Schwimmer (18) unter Belasten des Elements (16) zum Öffnen der Klappe (15) nur teilweise auftaucht und von welcher ausgehend das Element (16) in eine untere Position zum Wiederverschließen des wenigstens teilweise entleerten Behälters (12) zurückkehrt, in der die vereinten Kräfte des Gewichts des Elements (16) und der Stange (22), die durch den Permanentmagneten (28) in ihre Blockierstellung belastet wird, die Wirkung der auf den Schwimmer (18) wirkenden Auftriebskraft überwinden, damit das Element (16) die Klappe (15) schließt,
um nur einen Teil des Wassers des Behälters (12) zu der Toilettenschüssel abzuführen. - Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einziehbare Finger (62) durch ein zweites Solenoid (64) zwischen einer von dem Weg der Metallplatte (34) zurückliegend angeordneten Position und einer Anschlagposition, in der er sich senkrecht zu dem Weg der Metallplatte (34) erstreckt, um eine Oberseite (66) der Metallplatte (34) zu blockieren, bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Halter (27), der mit dem Behälter (12) fest verbunden ist und im Wesentlichen eine "U"-Form aufweist, umfasst, in einer Vertiefung (31) dessen der Permanentmagnet (28) und das erste Solenoid (38), mit im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Formen, aufgenommen sind, wobei die Stange (22) den Permanentmagneten (28), das erste Solenoid (38) und einen horizontalen Schenkel (41) des Halters durchgreift.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (16) im Wesentlichen rohrförmig, zu der Klappe (15) koaxial ist, dass ein unteres Ende (55) des Elements (16) die Klappe (15) umfasst und dass die Blockierstange (22) zu dem Element (16) koaxial ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (12) einen Käfig (40) umfasst, welcher umfasst:- einen rohrförmigen unteren Teil (42), von dem eine unterendseitige Gewindeauflagefläche (43) eine Bohrung (45) des Behälters (12) durchgreift, um die Befestigung des unteren Teils (42) sicherzustellen, der innen die Ablassöffnung (14) umfasst und in dem das Element (16) verschieblich angebracht ist,- einen oberen Teil (46) mit der Form eines umgekehrten "U", von welchem Arme (48) an dem rohrförmigen unteren Teil (42) befestigt sind und zwischen dessen Armen (48) der Halter (27) befestigt ist,und dass der obere Teil (52) des rohrförmigen Elements (16), der außerhalb des rohrförmigen unteren Teils (42) des Käfigs (40) zwischen den Armen (48) des oberen Teils (46) des Käfigs (40) vorspringt, den Schwimmer (18) aufnimmt.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Solenoid (64) durch einen Arm (27) des oberen Teils (46) des Käfigs (40) getragen ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwimmer (18) im Wesentlichen die Form eines umgekehrten "U" aufweist, dessen horizontaler Schenkel (17) die Arme (48) des oberen Teils des Käfigs (40) durchgreift, dessen Seitenarme den unteren Teil (42) des Käfigs (40) umgeben, und dass der Schwimmer (18) an dem oberen Teil (52) des Elements (16), insbesondere durch Stecken, befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwimmer (18) aus expandiertem Polystyrol gefertigt ist und dass der obere Teil (52) des Elements (16) an seinem Außenumfang Zähne (50) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Steckbefestigung des Schwimmers (18) auf dem Element (16) zu begünstigen.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (16) umfasst:- den rohrförmigen oberen Teil (52), in dem wenigstens das untere Ende (20) der Stange (22) aufgenommen ist,- einen rohrförmigen unteren Teil (54), von dem ein unteres Ende (55) die Klappe (15) aufnimmt, die der Ablassöffnung (14) zugeordnet ist und die insbesondere aus Elastomermaterial gefertigt ist,- eine Innenquerwand (58), die den rohrförmigen oberen Teil und den rohrförmigen unteren Teil begrenzt, von wenigstens einer einen Überlauf bildenden Öffnung (60) durchbohrt ist,und dass die Klappe (15) wenigstens eine endseitige Bohrung (56) mit einem kleineren Durchmesser als die Ablassöffnung (14) umfasst, um das Abführen des Wassers aus der einen Überlauf bildenden Öffnung (60) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenquerwand (58) die obere Anlagefläche (26) des Elements umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Betätigung einer Vorrichtung (10) nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt zum Abführen des gesamten Wassers aus dem Behälter (12) umfasst, im Laufe dessen ein kurzer elektrischer Impuls in das erste Solenoid (38) gesendet wird.
- Verfahren zur Betätigung einer Vorrichtung (10) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt zum Abführen eines Teils des Wassers aus dem Behälter umfasst, im Laufe dessen das zweite Solenoid (64) gespeist wird, anschließend ein kurzer elektrischer Impuls in das erste Solenoid (38) gesendet wird.
