Claims (12)

  1. Druckluft-Schlagvorrichtung (1) mit variabler Regelung, aufweisend ein Zylinder- und Kolben-Ensemble (5) zur Betätigung eines Schlagelements (7), und ein Verteilungsteil (9) mit variabler Regelung (23, 25) der Druckluft für das Zylinder- und Kolben-Ensemble (5), wobei das Verteilungsteil (9) einen oberen Körper (15), einen unteren Ring (17) und einen beweglichen Schieber (19) zur Verteilung von Fluid, der verschiebbar zwischen dem Körper (15) und dem Ring (17) befestigt ist, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verteilungsteil (9) in dem Zylinder (13) des Zylinder- und Kolben-Ensembles (5), in seinem oberen Bereich (33) und koaxial damit, untergebracht ist, die variable Regelung (23, 25) des Fluids in dem Kopf (11) des Zylinders untergebracht ist, der den oberen Bereich (33) des Zylinders schließt, wobei sie mit einem Zuführabschnitt (29) des Fluids verbunden ist, und wobei der obere Bereich (33) des Zylinders zwei Kanäle (37, 39) zur Beförderung von Druckluft aufweist, die durch radiale Kanäle des Verteilungsteils (9) in dichter Verbindung mit dem Verteilungsteil (9) sind, wobei die Beförderungskanäle (37, 39) außerhalb des Verteilungsteils (9) und benachbart dazu sind, wobei der eine der Beförderungskanäle (39) insbesondere bestimmt ist zur Versorgung des Zylinder- und Kolben-Ensembles (5) in Verbindung mit dem Zuführabschnitt (29) und dem Bereich zur variablen Regelung (23, 25) des Fluids, und zur Regelung der Bewegung des Schiebers (19) des Verteilungsteils (9), und wobei der andere Beförderungskanal (37) dazu bestimmt ist, alternativ das Hochziehen (62, 63, 41) des Kolbens (3) und das Entlassen des Fluids (41, 45) auf dem unteren Niveau des Zylinder- und Kolben-Ensembles (5) zuzulassen, wobei die Kanäle (37, 39) einen Querschnitt in Form einer Rinne, die in Richtung der radialen Kanäle des Verteilungsteils offen ist, haben.
  2. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beförderungskanäle (37, 39) außerhalb des Verteilungsteils (9) ausgebildet sind und mit geringem Spiel und in dichter Weise mit den radialen Kanälen, die in dem Körper (15) und dem Ring (17) des Verteilungsteils (9) ausgebildet sind, kommunizieren.
  3. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Beförderungskanäle (37, 39) koaxial und benachbart zu dem Verteilungsteil (9) über dessen Länge erstrecken und die Form einer Rinne haben, die mit ihrer Öffnung zu den radialen Kanälen des Verteilungsteils (9) weist.
  4. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Rinne, bevorzugt halbzylindrisch, relativ groß sein kann, wodurch er dazu geeignet ist, einen relativ großen Durchsatz an Fluid passieren zu lassen.
  5. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die variable Regelung (23, 25) des Fluids in dem Kopf (11) des Zylinders untergebracht ist, wobei sie den oberen Bereich (33) des Zylinders schließt, der mittels mindestens eines flexiblen Zuführschlauchs (31) unmittelbar unterhalb eines Bedienungshebels (21) der Schlagvorrichtung, der an dem Kopf (11) des Zylinders befestigt ist, mit einem Zuführabschnitt (29) des Fluids verbunden ist.
  6. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (17) des Verteilungsteils (9) mindestens einen radialen Auslasskanal (51) aufweist, der verbunden ist mit einem radialen Kanal, der von dem oberen Bereich (33) des Zylinders abgeht, der dazu geeignet ist, von dem beweglichen Schieber (19) geöffnet oder geschlossen zu werden, und das Eröffnen des Entlassens des Fluids beim Wiederhochkommen des Kolbens (3) erlaubt.
  7. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (17) außerdem mindestens einen Kanal (59) zur Regelung des Hochschiebens des Schiebers (19) aufweist, der in der unteren Position des Kolbens (3) offen ist und mit einem Kanal (60) zur Zylinderregelung verbunden ist, der über dem Kolben (3) in der unteren Position in ihn einmündet.
  8. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (15) des Verteilungsteils (9) mindestens einen radialen Auslasskanal (45) auf ihm in einer geeigneten Position aufweist, dass er von dem beweglichen Schieber (19) geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann und das Öffnen der Verbindung zu einem Kanal (41) zum Hochheben des Kolbens bei der Abwärtsbewegung des Letzteren erlaubt, ohne das Fluid in dem unteren Bereich (55) des Zylinders (13) zu komprimieren.
  9. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen kleinen radialen Kanal (67) aufweist, der ausgebildet ist in dem oberen Bereich des Körpers (15), zum Einleiten der Regelung des Schiebers (19), der es ab dem Ende der Aufwärtsbewegung der Schlagvorrichtung (1) erlaubt, den beweglichen Schieber (19) zu dem Schlagelement (7) zurückzustoßen und, bei seiner Inbetriebsetzung, den Druck in dem Zylinder (13) aufzubauen, um die Bewegung des Kolbens (3) in Gang zu setzen.
  10. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie dazu geeignet ist, bei hohem Luftdruck (beispielsweise 7 bar) oder bei niedrigem Druck (unterhalb von 2 bar) oder zwischen den Beiden zu arbeiten.
  11. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Kanal (37) mit einem oberen Längskanal (41) verbunden ist, der sich in der Dicke des Körpers des Zylinders (13) und über seine Länge bis zum Boden des Letzteren erstreckt, wobei es der Kanal (41), sogenannter Hochhebekanal des Kolbens (3) diesem erlaubt, zu dem oberen Bereich (33) des Zylinders zurückzukehren, wenn er am Boden (43) des Zylinders angekommen ist, und gleichermaßen das Entlassen der Luft unter dem Kolben (3) auf dem Weg des Kolbens zum Boden (43) des Zylinders mittels zweier radialer, einmündender Auslasskanäle oder Auslasslöcher (45), die in dem Körper (15) vorgesehen sind und von dem beweglichen Schieber (19) in geeigneter Weise geöffnet werden, erlaubt.
  12. Schlagvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längskanal (39) des oberen Bereichs (33) mit einem radialen Kanal (47) des Körpers zur Versorgung des Zylinders mit Druckluft, mit einem kleinen radialen Kanal (49) des Körpers zur Regelung der Bewegung des Schiebers (19), und mit anderen radialen Hilfskanälen des Körpers (15) verbunden ist.
