Abstract

L'alignement de deux composants d'un véhicule l'un par rapport à l'autre doit être amélioré et simplifié dans le montage final du véhicule. À cet effet, il est prévu un dispositif pour l'alignement d'un premier composant de véhicule (1) par rapport à un deuxième composant de véhicule (16). Ce dispositif présente un support métallique (10), un premier élément d'ajustage (13) en matière plastique qui est surmoulé sur le support métallique (10) pour s'ajuster précisément sur ou contre le premier composant de véhicule (1) et un deuxième élément d'ajustage (12) en matière plastique qui est également surmoulé sur le support métallique (10) pour s'ajuster précisément sur ou contre le deuxième composant de véhicule (16). De préférence, le dispositif prend la forme d'une traverse d'extrémité frontale (9) et peut s'enficher par l'un des éléments d'ajustage (12, 13) en matière plastique sur un longeron (7) du véhicule. Les éléments d'ajustage (12, 13) en matière plastique de la pièce hybride en polymère présentent des tolérances très serrées, ce qui permet d'atteindre une grande qualité, par exemple pour la cote de l'écart entre le projecteur et l'aile.
