Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cleaning device for weaving machines according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the dust and fiber content depends on the type of yarn. Especially with fibrous threads more or less strong abrasion and thus fiber fly. This problem is particularly extreme in those places where the yarn undergoes a scrubbing load, such as directional deflection.
  • a scrubbing load such as directional deflection.
  • One such problem is with weaving machines the Garnvorlage- and weft insertion area. If the accumulation of air in this area is not prevented, fiber fly, together with the weft thread, enters the shed and leads to tissue contamination. But it can also be significantly impeded or even prevented by the fiber fly, in the case of a pneumatic weft insertion, the weft insertion.
  • a loom cleaning apparatus that has a suction device arranged above the weft brake assembly and the weft insertion portion of the loom.
  • Dust and fiber fly portion are mounted above and below the weft insertion area suction nozzles, via which the extracted air, which contains dust and fiber fly particles, is conveyed to a filter unit.
  • the fiber fly particles are collected in a container made of polyethylene and optionally reused. This cleaning device leads to yarn breakage and contamination of the fabric.
  • the present invention has the object to provide a cleaning device according to the preamble of claim 1 and of claim 16, which allows a precise, the production rhythm of the loom adapted fiber fly remedy with a simple construction, with a permanent trouble-free operation should be realized.
  • the cleaning device is arranged for a fiber fly suction device in the region of at least one directional deflection of the weft thread and is designed in the form of an open housing.
  • the housing has at least one suction opening, but in any case no blow opening, which generates an air flow from at least one housing opening over the weft yarn to the suction opening.
  • no blowing device is provided, the fiber fly is not stirred up so that it can not be deposited at another point of the weaving machine and there can lead to tissue contamination up to thread breakage.
  • the cleaning device is thereby arranged compact and efficient next to the weaving machine.
  • a particularly favorable embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention provides that they form movable on the floor on rollers, so that it can be used as desired.
  • the thread passes. If necessary, the fiber fly is released by the directional deflection and, if these fiber constituents detach from the thread, they are certainly sucked out by the negative pressure.
  • An alternative embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention provides to provide at least one suction device for fiber fly, having at least one suction connection box, which is at least partially disposed below and / or next to the weft thread in the direction of deflection.
  • the suction connection box is provided according to the invention with at least one suction opening for discharging sucked dust and fiber fly.
  • the air containing the fiber fly is preferably transported in a filter system and the flying particles and the dust separated.
