- Dispositif pour déterminer des données de performances routières d'un véhicule (3) et/ou des données qui en sont dérivées et pour communiquer les données à un dispositif électronique central (1) qui est disposé à l'extérieur du véhicule et qui est configuré pour être raccordé à un réseau de bord du véhicule (3), comprenant un dispositif de communication (4) et un dispositif (2) pour détecter ou déterminer les données de performances routières du véhicule (3) et/ou des données qui en sont dérivées, le dispositif de communication (4) étant configuré de telle sorte qu'une liaison de communication (6) peut être établie et/ou est établie avec le dispositif électronique central (1), le dispositif de communication (4) et/ou un dispositif de traitement en liaison avec le dispositif de communication (4) étant en outre configuré de telle sorte que les données de performances routières du véhicule (3) et/ou des données qui en sont dérivées sont transmises automatiquement au dispositif électronique central (1) par le dispositif de communication (4) après un arrêt du véhicule, caractérisé en ce que le véhicule (3) est configuré de telle sorte que dans le cas où les données de performances routières du véhicule et/ou les données qui en sont dérivées pour un véhicule (3) n'ont pas été transmises au dispositif électronique central (1) après écoulement d'un intervalle de temps donné, les données de performances routières peuvent être invoquées par le dispositif électronique central (1) par le biais de la liaison de communication (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est configuré de telle sorte que les étapes du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 23 sont exécutées par le biais de la communication avec le dispositif électronique central (1) .
