Claims (7)

  1. Einrichtung zum Befestigen von Blöcken (2) von Halbweichen oder von Schienenknoten-Herzstücken (1) auf deren Träger, welche einen solchen Block (2) von Halbweichen oder von Schienenknoten-Herzstücken (1), einen durch mindestens eine Betonschwelle (4) gebildeten Träger und einen Bolzen (7) unter Zwischenschaltung einer elastischen Grundplatte (5) zwischen dem besagten Block (2), der eine Ausnehmung (2') im besagten Block (2) zum Aufnehmen einer beweglichen Schiene (3) oder eine Radspur eines Kreuzungsherzstücks umfasst, und dem durch die mindestens eine Betonschwelle (4) gebildeten Träger umfasst, und einen Bolzen (7) eines Trägers,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Bolzen (7) in den Block (2) von Halbweichen oder von Schienenknoten-Herzstücken (1) integriert ist, der Gewindeschaft (70) des Schraubenbolzens (7) eine entsprechende Öffnung (8) des Blocks (2) von Halbweichen oder von Schienenknoten-Herzstücken (1) unter der Ausnehmung (2') zum Aufnehmen einer beweglichen Schiene (3) oder der Radspur eines Kreuzungsherzstücks durchquert und mit einer Klemmmutter (71) zusammenarbeitet, die sich am Grund einer entsprechenden Aufnahme (2'') unter der Ausnehmung (2') zum Aufnehmen einer beweglichen Schiene (3) oder der Radspur eines Kreuzungsherzstücks abstützt, und wobei der Schraubenkopf (72) des Bolzens (7) in einer entsprechenden longitudinalen Nut (91) eines Profils (9) verschiebbar geführt ist, das in dem durch die Betonschwelle(4) gebildeten Träger versenkt ist.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (71) sich am Boden der Aufnahme (2'') unter der Ausnehmung (2') zum Aufnehmen einer beweglichen Schiene (3) oder der Radspur eines Kreuzungsherzstücks mittels eines Unterlegscheibenstapels (10) abstützt, wobei die Öffnung (8) für den Durchtritt des Gewindeschafts (70) mit einer isolierenden Anschlagbuchse (11) versehen ist.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Unterlegscheibenstapel (10) aus einer Überlagerung von elastischen Unterlegscheiben des Belleville-Typs zusammensetzt, die auf dem Gewindeschaft (70) zwischen zwei ebenen, endständigen Unterlegscheiben befestigt sind.
  4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmmutter (71) eine selbsthemmende Mutter ist.
  5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (2") durch eine Schutz- und Dichtkappe (12) geschlossen ist.
  6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (9), das in dem jede Schwelle (4) des Trägers bildenden Beton versenkt ist, in Form eines metallischen Profils vorgesehen ist, das mit einer longitudinalen Nut (91) versehen ist, die sich zur oberen Seite der Betonschwelle (4) hin öffnet und in der Betonschwelle (4) eingebettet ist, wobei die longitudinale Nut (91) einen Querschnitt hat, der von einer Form ist, die mit der des Schraubenkopfes (72) des Bolzens (7) mittels Kooperation der Form der beiden diametral gegenüberliegenden Teile der internen Seite des Schraubenkopfes (72) mit den Randstegen der Nut (91) zusammenarbeitet, welche zum Grund der Nut hin vorspringen.
  7. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubenkopf (72) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, dessen Größe gleich der des Durchmessers des Gewindeschafts (70) ist, und dass die Öffnung (8) für den Durchtritt des Gewindeschafts (70) in Form eines Langlochs vorgesehen ist, dessen Länge dem Durchmesser der in dem Block (2) von Halbweichen oder von Schienenknoten-Herzstücken (1) vorgesehenen Aufnahme (2") entspricht und dessen Größe gleich dem Durchmesser der elektrischen Isolationshülse (8) des Bolzens (7) ist, wobei die longitudinale Achse des Langlochs mit derjenigen der Nut (91) des Profils (9) fluchtet.
