Claims (42)

  1. Portail comportant :
    un battant de portail (10) qui est mobile entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture et qui présente une pluralité d'éléments de battant de portail (12, 14) susceptibles de basculer les uns contre les autres par rapport à des axes de basculement (20) qui sont parallèles entre eux,

    dans lequel la largeur de l'élément de seuil, dans une direction perpendiculaire au plan du battant de portail est supérieure à l'épaisseur du battant de portail et l'élément de fixation (40) présente une section supérieure de surface de délimitation (46) dirigée obliquement vers le bas, dans la position de fermeture, en partant de la face extérieure du battant de portail en direction d'un bord extérieur de l'élément de seuil et/ou une section supérieure de surface de délimitation (48) dirigée obliquement vers le bas, dans la position de fermeture, en partant de la face intérieure du battant de portail dans la direction d'un bord intérieur de l'élément de seuil, au moins une des sections supérieures de surface de délimitation (46, 48) formant, dans la position de fermeture, un angle de 10° ou plus, de préférence de 15° ou plus, plus préférablement de 20° ou plus, par rapport au plan horizontal.
  2. Portail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de l'élément de seuil (50), dans une direction perpendiculaire au plan du battant de portail dans la position de fermeture, est supérieure à l'épaisseur du battant de portail dans cette direction, en étant, d'un point de vue pratique, de plus de 150 %, de préférence de plus de 200 %, plus préférablement de plus de 250 % supérieure à l'épaisseur du battant de portail, en étant notamment de 300 % supérieure à l'épaisseur du battant de portail, voire davantage, l'élément de seuil (50) se prolongeant de préférence sur toute l'épaisseur du battant de portail.
  3. Portail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de seuil (50) constitué de préférence au moins en partie par un matériau dont la résistance à la traction est supérieure à 120 N/mm2, notamment supérieure à 370 N/mm2, plus préférablement supérieure à 540 N/mm2, mais est inférieure, d'un point de vue pratique, à 1000 N/mm2, notamment inférieure à 900 N/mm2, de préférence inférieure à 750 N/mm2, est replié sur lui-même au niveau de sa surface de délimitation inférieure, dans la position de fermeture du battant de portail, dans la zone d'au moins un de ses bords se prolongeant de préférence de manière pratiquement parallèle aux axes de basculement (20) pour former un évidement s'étendant dans la direction des axes de basculement (20) et destiné à un élément d'étanchéité (70).

Portail selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales de délimitation du canal (60) descendent de façon inclinée dans la direction des bords latéraux de l'élément de seuil (50) en formant de préférence, dans la position de fermeture, un angle inférieur à 60° par rapport au plan horizontal.

Portail selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur totale de l'élément de seuil (50), entre le sol et le vantail de porte et dans la position de fermeture, est inférieure à 22 mm, de préférence inférieure à 12 mm, plus préférablement inférieure à 10 mm, en étant notamment de 7 mm ou moins.
  7. Portail selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de seuil (50) est constitué au moins en partie par un matériau ayant une forte résistance à la traction, tel que de l'acier, avec une épaisseur de matériau de 7 mm ou moins, notamment de 6 mm ou moins, plus préférablement de 5 mm ou moins, et d'un point de vue pratique de 3 mm ou moins et notamment de 2 mm ou moins.

  37. Portail selon l'une des revendications 33 à 36, caractérisé en ce que le levier de couplage (220) présente un boîtier (226) destiné à au moins un élément d'émission, au moins un élément de réception et/ou au moins un élément déflecteur.
  38. Portail selon la revendication 37, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (226) est prévu dans le segment de levier monté pivotant sur le segment de levier fixé au battant de portail.
  39. Portail selon la revendication 37 ou 38, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (226) présente deux ou plus de deux fenêtres (240) destinées respectivement à au moins un signal se propageant en suivant une des trajectoires de signaux.
  40. Portail selon l'une des revendications 36 à 39, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone terminale du segment de levier (226) relié de manière pivotante au segment de levier (222) fixé au battant de portail (10), c'est-à-dire la zone détournée de l'axe de pivotement, est décalée par rapport au segment de levier (222) monté sur le battant de portail en direction de l'axe de basculement (20).
  41. Portail selon l'une des revendications 31 à 40, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément du dispositif de sécurité monté sur le dispositif de couplage (200) peut pivoter automatiquement vers l'intérieur de l'espace fermé par le battant de portail une fois la position de fermeture du battant de portail atteinte.
  42. Portail selon l'une des revendications 31 à 41, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de couplage (200) est conçu pour se dérober dans une direction opposée au mouvement de fermeture en cas de heurt avec un obstacle dans la phase finale du mouvement de fermeture.
