Claims (3)
- Ofen (1), umfassend eine Garungskammer (6) mit einer Unterseitenwand (2), einer Oberseitenwand (3), zwei Seitenwänden (4) und einer Rückseitenwand (5), die durch Schneiden und Biegen der Bleche (L) vorzugsweise aus Metallmaterial gebildet sind, und die durch Verbinden der Wände (2, 3 und 4) mit der Rückseitenwand (5) gebildet ist und in die zuzubereitende Lebensmittel gegeben werden; eine Öffnung (7), durch die der Zugriff auf die Garungskammer (6) zwischen den Vorderkanten der Wände (2, 3 und 4) hindurch bereitgestellt wird, und eine Tür (8), die das Schließen der Öffnung (7) ermöglicht und die vorzugsweise durch Biegen nach vorne geöffnet wird, ferner umfassend- eine U-förmige Krümmung (101), die durch Biegen der Vorderkante der Wände (2, 3 und 4) zur Außenseite der Garungskammer (6) gebildet ist,- ein Gehäuse (9), das an der Krümmung (101) angebracht ist, derart, dass es die Vorderkante der Wände (2,3 und 4) umgibt und die Linie (H), an der sich sich mit der Krümmung (101) verbindet, außerhalb der Garungskammer (6) bleibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die U-förmige Krümmung (101) schräg ist, derart, dass ihr Mündungsabschnitt der zur Öffnung (7) entgegengesetzten Richtung zugewandt ist,- die U-förmige Krümmung (101) durch Biegen der Vorderkante der Wände (2, 3 und 4) zu sich selbst hin gebildet ist,- die U-förmige Krümmung (101) eine Basis (102) und ein Stützmittel (103) umfasst, das durch die zu sich selbst hin gebogenen Abschnitte der Wände (2, 3 und 4) gebildet ist,- ein Kammerträger (11) durch Biegen der Innenkanten des Gehäuses (9) zur Garungskammer (6) hin gebildet ist, derart, dass diese eine horizontale Fläche bilden, und der befestigt ist, indem er auf dem Stützmittel (103) sitzt,- die Verbindungslinie (H), die die Grenze bildet, an der der Kammerträger (11) und das Stützmittel (103) einander zugewandt verbunden sind, außerhalb der Garungskammer (6) bleibt,- wenigstens eine Dichtung (13) zwischen dem Gehäuse (9) und der Krümmung (101) angeordnet ist.
- Ofen (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kammerträger (11) und das Stützmittel (13) durch Punktschweißen aneinander befestigt sind, indem sie an den Punkten zusammengeschweißt sind, die in Abständen am Kammerträger (11) angeordnet sind.
- Herstellungsverfahren, das die folgende Schritte zum Bilden der Garungskammer (6) eines Ofens (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2 umfasst:- Formen der Unterseitenwand (2), Oberseitenwand (3) und der Seitenwände (4) in einer Form,- Krümmen der Vorderkanten der Wände (2, 3 und 4), um Krümmungen (101) zu bilden,- Formen der Rückseitenwand (5) und des Gehäuses (9) aus einem einzelnen Blech (L) mithilfe eines Tiefziehverfahrens,- Schneiden des Blechs (L) an einer geschlossenen rechteckigen Linie, derart, dass der im Inneren verbleibende Abschnitt die Rückseitenwand (5) bildet und der außerhalb verbleibende Abschnitt das Gehäuse (9) bildet,- Biegen der Kanten des Gehäuses (9) derart, dass eine Stufe (10) zwischen dem Gehäuse (9) und der Rückseitenwand (5) verbleibt,- Verbinden der Wände (2, 3 und 4) mit der Rückseitenwand (5) und dem Gehäuse (9).
