Claims (16)
- Dispositif pour appliquer respectivement une impression multiple sur des moyens d'emballage (2), avec un parcours de transport, sur lequel les moyens d'emballage (2) sont déplacés pour l'application de l'impression multiple dans un sens de transport (A) devant des postes ou têtes d'impression, le dispositif étant formé d'au moins dans une zone partielle de manière modulaire de plusieurs modules (4.1 - 4.n), chaque module présentant au moins un élément de transport (7) avec un entraînement afférent, les éléments de transport (7) des modules (4.1 - 4.8) formant de manière contigüe les uns aux autres au moins une partie du parcours de transport pour les moyens d'emballage (2), et au moins une partie des modules (4.2 - 4.5) étant réalisée comme modules d'impression avec des têtes ou postes d'impression prévus dans la zone de leurs éléments de transport (7), les éléments de transport des modules (4.1 - 4.8) étant respectivement des éléments de transport (7) pouvant être entraînés de manière rotative autour d'un axe de machine vertical avec des logements (8) pour respectivement un moyen d'emballage (2), par exemple des étoiles de transport ou de processus.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transport (7) des modules (4.1 - 4.8) sont directement contigus les uns aux autres sur des zones de prise en charge pour la prise en charge et/ou la transmission des moyens d'emballage (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour l'application respectivement au moins d'une impression multiple sous la forme d'une impression colorée sur les moyens d'emballage (2), au moins deux modules (4.2 - 4.5) se suivant dans le sens de transport (A) sont réalisés comme un module d'impression, c'est-à-dire par exemple respectivement au moins un module (4.2 - 4.5) pour appliquer respectivement un ensemble de couleur de l'impression colorée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un module (4.1) forme l'entrée du moyen d'emballage ou du récipient du dispositif (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un module (4.1) pour le prétraitement des moyens d'emballage (2) est prévu au moins sur la zone à imprimer, avant le au moins un module d'impression (4.2 - 4.5).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que suivant dans le sens de transport (A), au moins un module d'impression (4.2 - 4.5) suivant les modules (4.6, 4.7) est réalisé comme une unité de séchage ou un module de séchage et/ou comme un module d'inspection.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un module (4.1) forme la sortie du moyen d'emballage ou du récipient du dispositif (1), de préférence combiné comme unité de séchage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un module (4.1) forme l'entrée du moyen d'emballage ou du récipient du dispositif (1), de préférence combiné comme unité de traitement de surface.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le traitement de surface du module (4.1) est un traitement par plasma ou corona, une enduction, une application d'agent adhésif ou une charge électrostatique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transport (7) des modules (4.1 - 4.n) contigus les uns aux autres peuvent être entraînés de manière synchrone et rotative et ce de telle manière que l'élément de transport (7) de chaque module tourne en sens inverse par rapport à l'élément de transport (7) d'un module contigu (4.1 - 4.n).

- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les modules se composent chacun d'une unité de base (5) identique pour tous les modules (4.1 - 4.n) qui contient au moins le au moins un élément de transport (7) et l'unité d'entraînement et de commande afférente, et en ce que les éléments fonctionnels adaptés à la fonction respective du module (4.1 - 4.n) sont prévus sur l'unité de base (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des modules sont prévus pour le traitement de surface, le séchage et/ou l'inspection.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux modules ou plus sont prévus pour le traitement de surface, le séchage et/ou l'inspection l'un derrière l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les modules (4.1 - 4.n) comportent au moins une tête d'impression et au moins un dispositif pour le séchage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les modules (4.1 - 4.n) comportent au moins une tête d'impression et au moins un dispositif pour le séchage, le traitement de surface et/ou l'inspection.
