Claims (14)

  1. Spender von vorgeschnittenen Wischmaterialien, die in einer Pappkartonkassetten-Verpackung gespeichert sind, mit einem System aus einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (1) für die Aufnahme von zwei Verpackungsboxen (B1, B2) mit unterschiedlicher Form für eine unterschiedliche Ausgabe der gezogenen Materialbahn über den oberen oder den unteren Teil der Ausgabevorrichtung zwecks Abtrennung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spender in Kombination zwei Arten von an das besagte Gehäuse angepassten Deckeln (C1, C2) umfasst,
    und dass die besagten Deckel ihrerseits so ausgelegt sind, um sich an die Boxentypen anzupassen und an verschiedenen Stellen des Spenders die Ausgabe der abzutrennenden Materialbahn zu ermöglichen,
    und dass die Kombination der Form des Gehäuses (1), der Formen der Verpackungsboxen (B1, B2) und der Formen der Deckel (C1, C2) die einzige ist, die die Ausgabe und Trennung von Wischmaterialbahnen im gewünschten Format ermöglicht,
  2. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) eine nach vorne offene Quaderform mit einer Rückseite (1a), zwei Seitenflächen (1b-1c) und einer horizontalen Bodenfläche (1d) für die Aufnahme einer der gewählten Boxen (B1, B2) aufweist,
    und dass er ebenfalls zwei unten vorstehende Ansatzstücke (1e) mit einer Öffnung (1f) für die gelenkige Lagerung eines der gewählten Deckel (C1, C2) aufweist,
    und dass die Rückseite ihrerseits mit zwei Zungen (1g) versehen ist, die an drei Seiten ausgestanzt und flexibel sind, um im Kontakt mit der gespeicherten Box (B1, B2) eine Schubwirkung auszuüben.
  3. Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckel (C1, C2) eine gemeinsame Form haben mit einer stirnseitigen Wandung (2a) entsprechend der vorderen Öffnung des Gehäuses und einer horizontalen oberen Wandung (2b), die mit einer schlüsselartigen Einrichtung zum Schließen und Verriegeln (3) versehen ist, und mit zwei Seitenflügeln (2c), deren laschenförmiges unteres Ende mit einer Öffnung (2d) für die Durchführung einer am Gehäuse angelenkten Achse (4) versehen ist.
  4. Spender nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (C1) an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen der Vorderwandung (2a) und der oberen horizontalen Wandung (2b) einen Fenster bildenden Ausschnitt (2e) für die Durchführung der gezogenen Materialbahn aus der Box (B1) aufweist,
    und dass dieser Ausschnitt ziemlich genau rechteckig ist und sich im mittleren Teil des Deckels befindet,
    und dass der Deckel (C1) an der Unter- und Innenseite seiner oberen Wandung eine elastisch verformbare profilierte Auflageplatte (2f) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, an der oberen Klappe der Box (B1) in Auflage zu kommen.
  5. Spender nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageplatte (2f) ein U-förmiges Profil aufweist, wobei das Ende der Schenkel an der oberen Wandung (2b) befestigt ist.
  6. Spender nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (C2) am unteren Ende (2g) der Vorderwandung mit einem zentralen Ausschnitt bzw. Fenster (2h) für die Durchführung der gezogenen Materialbahn ausgeformt ist,
    und dass beiderseits dieses Fensters senkrecht dazu zwei Anschläge (2m) ausgebildet sind und einen Rücksprung (2m1) für die Führung der gezogenen Bahn aus dem Gerät und die leichtere Trennung eines Bahnformats ab der angrenzenden Vorschnittlinie aufweist.
  7. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die quaderförmige Box (B1) einen einstückigen Körper (5) umfasst, der mehrere Seitenteile und Falzzonen für das Falzen der besagten Seitenteile zum Auffalten der Box in ihre Gebrauchsform aufweist,
    und dass der Körper eine durch eine horizontale Bodenfläche (5a) beschriebene stabile Basis, auf der der Stapel aus vorgeschnittenem Wischmaterial (M) aufliegt, eine vertikale Vorderseite (5b), zwei Seitenflächen (5c) und eine horizontale obere Fläche (5d) umfasst,
    und dass die letztere Flügelstücke (5d1) aufweist, die geeignet sind, sich innen einzupassen und dabei in einem Raum, der mit einer Umleglasche (5c1) an jedem Seitenteil gebildet wird, an den Seitenflächen anzuliegen,
    und dass die horizontale obere Fläche fest auf den Seitenflächen aufliegt.
  8. Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche gegenüber der entsprechenden Seitenfläche und in der Nähe der Falzzone der oberen Fläche (5d) und der Vorderseite (5b) einen Rücksprung (5d2) aufweist, um die Einführung einer an einer rückseitigen Klappe (5e) ausgebildeten Zunge (5e1) zu ermöglichen.
  9. Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderseite (5b) im unteren Teil des Körpers auch ein Sichtfenster (5b1) für die Mengenkontrolle des Materialstapels aufweist.
  10. Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er entlang der Falzlinie und im mittleren Teil zwischen der Vorderseite (5b) und der oberen waagerechten Fläche (5d) einerseits und der Vorderseite (5b) und der Bodenfläche (5a) andererseits rechteckige, am Ende abgeschrägte Fenster (5f- 5g) im Vorfeld der Formattrennung umfasst.
  11. Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper eine rückseitige Klappe (5e) aufweist, die entlang der Falzlinie mit der Bodenfläche (5a) verbunden ist,
    und dass diese Klappe aufeinander folgende, durch eine Falzlinie miteinander verbundene Teile umfasst, mit einem der Vorderseite (5b) entsprechenden vertikalen Teil (5e2) und einem oberen Klappenteil (5e3), der mit Zungen (5e1) versehen ist, um sich oberhalb der oberen Fläche (5d) in die Einkerbungen bzw. Aussparungen einzupassen, die zu diesem Zweck an den Seitenteilen und ihrer Umleglasche ausgebildet sind.
  12. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die quaderförmige Box (B2) einen einstückigen Körper (6) umfasst, der mehrere Seitenteile und Falzzonen für das Falzen der besagten Seitenteile zum Auffalten der Box in ihre Gebrauchsform aufweist,
    und dass der Körper eine durch eine horizontale Bodenfläche (6a) beschriebene stabile Basis, auf der der Stapel aus vorgeschnittenem Wischmaterial (M) aufliegt, eine vertikale Vorderseite (6b), zwei Seitenflächen (6c) und eine rückseitige Fläche (6d) umfasst,
    und dass die Seitenteile innenseitige Umleglaschen (6c1) aufweisen, die ein Intervall für die Einführung von am Klappenteil (6d2) der Rückseite (6d) ausgebildeten Laschen (6d1) aufweisen,
    und dass die Klappe (6d2) sich in Verlängerung des vertikalen Teils (6d3) der besagten Rückseite (6d) befindet,
    und dass die Klappe (6d2) sich bei geschlossener Box in einer horizontalen Lage befindet,
    und dass die Vorderseite (6b) weniger hoch ist als die Seitenteile, um ein breites Fenster für die Durchführung der gezogenen vorgeschnittenen Materialbahn frei zu lassen,
    und dass der obere Rand (6b1) der Vorderseite kurvenförmig ist, um die Führung der Materialbahn zu ermöglichen.
  13. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 7-11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn beim oberen Austritt in einer horizontalen Ebene zwischen der Fläche (5d) und der Klappe (5e), die flach und ohne Relief ausgebildet sind, verläuft.
  14. Spender nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialbahn beim unteren Austritt in einer vertikalen Ebene zwischen der Fläche (6b) aus Pappkarton und dem Deckel (C2) aus Kunststoff verläuft.
