Claims (22)

  1. Machine à couper, avec au moins une tête de coupe (8), qui est mobile dans au moins deux axes (X, Y), avec au moins une lame (21) susceptible de pivoter par rapport à la tête de coupe (8), en rapport à un angle de coupe (B - B, C - C), dans au moins une position pivotée, ladite lame (21) étant orientée dans un angle de coupe (C - C) incliné par rapport à un support (7) recevant l'objet à couper, avec le but de pouvoir réaliser une coupe oblique, caractérisée par au moins une butée (17), sur laquelle la tête de coupe (8) peut être amenée en appui, de telle sorte que la position pivotée de la lame (21) soit mobile par ladite butée (17) d'un premier angle de coupe (B - B) dans un deuxième angle de coupe (C - C) ou inversement, la lame (21) ou un insert pour lame (21 a) portant cette dernière étant disposé(e) sur un élément (20) pivotant logé sur la tête de coupe (8), lequel élément (20) pivotant comportant au moins deux butées de guidage (27, 28) placées à l'opposée l'une par rapport à l'autre et orientées vers l'extérieur, qui peuvent être amenées en appui sur la butée (17).
  2. Machine à couper selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les butées de guidage (27, 28) de l'élément (20) pivotant sont recourbées vers l'extérieur ou bombées vers l'extérieur.
  3. Machine à couper selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la butée (17) comporte une surface inclinée (29) qui dans la bas saillit plus loin en direction de la tête de coupe (8) que dans le haut.
  4. Machine à couper selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément (20) pivotant est placé sur au moins un système de guidage en forme de portion de cercle et en ce que le point primordial ou le point d'intersection des angles de coupe (B - B, C - C) se trouve soit sur le bas de la tête de coupe (8) ou en-dessous de celle-ci.
  5. Machine à couper selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le système de guidage de l'élément (20) pivotant comporte au moins une coulisse (23) et au moins un tenon (25) guidé dans celle-ci.
  6. Machine à couper selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que, sur ses extrémités, la coulisse (23) comporte au moins un blocage du tenon (25) dans un moulage servant de position finale.
  7. Machine à couper selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, sur ses extrémités, la coulisse (23) est conçue en étant coudée vers le haut, suite à quoi, l'élément (20) pivotant est accroché en étant sécurisé dans ladite position finale.
  8. Machine à couper selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée par au moins une deuxième coulisse (24) en forme de V dans laquelle est guidé un tenon (26).
  9. Machine à couper selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par au moins un élément de rotation (22) logé en étant rotatif par rapport à la tête de coupe (8), servant à ajuster en hauteur la lame (21).
  10. Machine à couper selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de rotation (22) est placé sur l'extrémité inférieure de la tête de coupe (8).
  11. Machine à couper selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de rotation (22) présente une hauteur différente.
  12. Machine à couper selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rotation (22) forme une glissière de guidage (30) croissante pour un composant (8, 20, 31) reposant sur cette dernière, qui est en liaison active avec la lame (21), la position en rotation de l'élément de rotation (22) se répercutant sur la position en hauteur dudit composant (8, 20, 31) et donc de la lame (21).
  13. Machine à couper selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le composant reposant sur la glissière de guidage (30) est soit premièrement la tête de coupe (8) même ou deuxièmement l'élément (20) pivotant ou troisièmement, un chariot (31) portant celui-ci ou placé sur celui-ci.
  14. Machine à couper selon la revendication 13, caractérisée par au moins un élément de guidage (35) placé ou conçu sur le composant (8, 20, 31) concerné, qui repose sur la glissière de guidage (30).
  15. Machine à couper selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de rotation (22) comporte un filetage.
  16. Machine à couper selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 15, caractérisée par au moins un dispositif de verrouillage (32), susceptible d'empêcher une rotation de l'élément de rotation (22) rotatif, par rapport à la tête de coupe (8).
  17. Machine à couper selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (32) comporte au moins un cran d'arrêt (33) et au moins une butée d'encliquetage (34) qui est conçue par exemple en tant que rainure.
  18. Machine à couper selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que chaque fois, l'un des deux composants cran d'arrêt (33) et butée d'encliquetage (34) est placé(e) soit sur l'élément de rotation (22) ou sur un point à l'extérieur de la tête de coupe (8).
  19. Machine à couper selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que soit le cran d'arrêt (33) ou la butée d'encliquetage (34) est placé(e) dans la région de la butée (17).
  20. Machine à couper selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que soit le cran d'arrêt (33) ou la butée d'encliquetage (34) est placé(e) en-dessous de la butée (17).
  21. Procédé destiné à faire fonctionner une machine de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans le but d'ajuster une position de pivotement d'une lame (21) d'un premier angle de coupe (B - B) dans un deuxième angle de coupe (C - C) et/ou inversement, on déplace une tête de coupe (8) portant la lame (21), mobile dans au moins deux axes (X, Y) vers une butée (17) placée sur la machine de coupe et on l'y met en appui de telle sorte que la lame (21) ou un élément (20) pivotant portant celle-ci soit pivotée d'un angle de coupe (B -B, C -C) dans l'autre.
  22.
