Claims (14)

  1. Machine (1) de production d'une bande de matériau, en particulier d'une bande de papier, de carton ou de tissu, ladite machine comprenant un rouleau (3) pourvu d'une surface latérale (4) et d'une bande sans fin, en particulier d'une bande de transfert (9), qui s'enroule autour de la surface latérale (4) du rouleau (3) et qui a une face inférieure (12) qui est amenée en contact avec la surface latérale (4) dans la zone d'enroulement,
    la bande sans fin produisant un volume de stockage qui est approprié pour recevoir au moins partiellement un fluide qui pénètre dans la zone d'enroulement entre la face inférieure (12) et la surface latérale (4),
    la face inférieure (12) ayant une structure de surface permettant de former le volume de stockage et la surface latérale (4) est lisse, ou la face inférieure (12) et la surface latérale (4) comportent chacune une structure de surface permettant de former le volume de stockage, caractérisée en ce que la structure de surface comprend un rainurage, une rugosité de la surface latérale (4) ou une structure en relief.
  2. Machine (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la surface latérale (4) est formée, seule ou en combinaison, par du métal, de la matière synthétique, du caoutchouc.
  3. Machine (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le rainurage s'étend sensiblement dans la direction circonférentielle de la surface latérale (4).
  4. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le volume de stockage de la surface latérale (4) peut atteindre 2000 millilitres par m2 de la surface latérale (4), de préférence entre 500 et 1500 millilitres par m2 de la face inférieure (12).
  5. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le rapport entre la largeur de nervure et la largeur de rainure est compris entre 0,5 et 10.
  6. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les rainures ont une largeur comprise entre 0,2 et 10 mm, de préférence entre 1 et 5 mm.
  7. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le rapport profondeur de rainure/largeur de rainure est compris entre 10 et 0,2.
  8. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le rouleau (3) forme avec un rouleau antagoniste une emprise par laquelle la bande sans fin et une bande de matière fibreuse (10) sont guidées, la bande sans fin étant en contact avec le rouleau (3).
  9. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le rouleau (3) est associé à au moins deux rouleaux antagonistes qui forment à chaque fois avec le rouleau (3) une emprise à travers laquelle la bande sans fin et une bande de matière fibreuse (10) sont guidées, la bande sans fin étant en contact avec le rouleau (3).
  10. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la face inférieure (12) de la bande sans fin à l'extérieur de la zone d'enroulement est associée à au moins un racleur (13) destiné à essuyer le fluide et/ou au moins un tube de pulvérisation destiné à le nettoyer.
  11. Machine (1) selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins un racleur (13) associé à la face inférieure (12) est un racleur en matière synthétique non renforcé par des fibres, en particulier non renforcé par des fibre de verre et/ou de carbone.
  12. Machine (1) selon la revendication 10 ou 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins un racleur (13) associé à la face inférieure (12) est un racleur de soufflage.
  13. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12,
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins un racleur (13) associé à la face inférieure (12) présente par rapport à la face inférieure (12) un angle d'attaque inférieur à 25°, notamment compris entre 5° et 15°.
  14. Machine (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13,
    caractérisée en ce que la surface latérale (4) du rouleau (3) à l'extérieur de la zone d'enroulement est associée à au moins un racleur (17, 18) destiné à essuyer le fluide et/ou au moins un tube de pulvérisation destiné à le nettoyer.
