- the blades 1 are connected to each other by means of a link 6 in the form of, for example, an angle bar. On each blade 1 an angle bar 18 having an opening is mounted.
- the link 6 has openings spaced by 100 mm (same as the spacing between the blade axles). These two elements are connected with each other by pins and clips. The pins are freely rotable in the openings of the link 6, so as to enable the drive transmission between individual blades 1. The movement (rotation) of any blade 1 causes identical movement of the remaining blades 1.
- the self-acting damper shown in fig. 1 is opened by manually turning the blade 1 by a 90° angle. Once opened, the blade 1 is blocked in the open position by a fuse trigger 7, which is mounted between the blade 1 and the support 8 of the fuse trigger 7.
- the support 8 is fixed to the body 4 of the damper (by means of screws).
- the fuse trigger 7 is mounted on the support 8 by its one end and connected to the blade 1 by its other end. While opening the damper, at least one drive spring 3 becomes stretched. There may be more springs 3, depending on the damper type.
- Each spring 3 is fixed by its one end to the blade 1 and by its other end to the body 4, preferably by means of the support 9.

- the damper is opened by powering of the actuator 15, the rotation of which causes simultaneous rotation of the blades 1 and stretching of the spring inside the actuator 15.
- a blade 1 movement stop In order to ensure the correct position of the closed blades 1, a blade 1 movement stop has been used. It consists of a support 12 in the shape of an angle bar fixed to the body 4 of the damper. It ensures that the force generated while closing the blades 1 will not turn them over to the other side - i.e., if the their initial position (closed) is a 0 degree angle and their final position (open) is a 90 degrees angle, the stop makes the blade 1 return to the position of exactly 0 degrees instead of e.g. -5 degrees during closing.
- the damper may comprise one ( fig. 9 ) or two protection grates 17 ( fig. 10 ).
- Fig. 11 shows a detail of the sealing 10 consisting of the first seal and the second seal 2, the sealing 10 being placed on the blade.

Claims (16)
- Brandschutzklappe mit einem Gehäuse (4), bestehend aus einem Stahlrahmen, in welchem mindestens zwei drehbare aus feuerfestem Stoff gefertigte Klappenblätter (1) angeordnet sind, wobei Klappenblätter (1) mit Abdichtungen (10) ausgestattet sind, welche Dichtungen umfassen, wo jedes Klappenblatt (1) mit zwei drehbaren Achsen (14) versehen ist, welche in zwei entsprechenden Lagern (5) gelagert sind, wobei die Lager auf zwei gegenüberliegenden senkrechten Seiten des Klappengehäuses (4) angeordnet sind, wobei Klappenblätter(1) über Winkelprofile (18) und einen Verbindungsteil (6) miteinander verbunden sind, wodurch die Antriebskraft zwischen einzelnen Klappenblättern (1) übertragen werden kann, und bei der mindestens eine Feder (3) jeweils mit einem Ende an dem Klappengehäuse (4) befestigt ist, während das zweite Federende (3) mit einem Klappenblatt (1) verbunden ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1, wo das Klappengehäuse (4) und Klappenblätter (1) mit Abdichtungen (10) ausgestattet sind, welche Dichtungen umfassen.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Feder (3) an dem Klappengehäuse mittels einer Stütze (9) befestigt ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Abdichtungen (10) an beiden Kurzseiten und an einer Längsseite des Klappenblatts (1) angeordnet sind
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Abdichtungen (10) an einer Längsseite eines jeden Klappenblatts (1) an senkrechten Seiten des Klappengehäuses (4) angeordnet sind.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Abdichtungen (10) auch mindestens eine erste Dichtung umfassen, die aus einem elastischen Stoff gefertigt ist und einen hohlen Querschnitt aufweist, um das Erreichen der Dichtheit zwischen den einzelnen Klappenblättern (1) sowie zwischen den Klappenblättern (1) und dem Klappengehäuse (4) sicherzustellen.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den ersten Dichtungen um Silikondichtungen handelt.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den ersten Dichtungen um O-Ring-Dichtungen handelt.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Abdichtungen (10) mindestens eine zweite Dichtung (2) umfassen, welche an einer der Längsseiten eines jeden Klappenblatts (1) angeordnet ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Dichtung (11) auf der inneren Oberfläche der senkrechten Seite des Klappengehäuses (4) angeordnet ist, wo sich der Verbindungsteil (6) befindet.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Dichtung (13) auf der inneren Oberfläche der Ober- und der Unterseite des Klappengehäuses (4) sowie an dessen senkrechten Seite angeordnet ist, wobei sich diese Seite gegenüber der Anordnungsstelle des Verbindungsteils (6) befindet.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 9 oder 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der zweiten Dichtung (2, 11, 13) um eine aufquellende Dichtung handelt.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Klappenblatt (1) mit dem Sicherungsauslöser (7) verbunden ist, dessen andere Seite auf der Stütze (8) angeordnet ist, welche an dem Klappengehäuse (4) befestigt ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Klappenblatt (1) mit dem Antriebsmotor (15) verbunden ist.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze (12) als Winkelprofil ausgebildet ist und an dem Klappengehäuse (4) befestigt ist, wodurch die Bewegung der Klappenblätter beschränkt wird.
- Brandschutzklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Schutzgitter (17) umfasst.
