Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité de commande électromagnétique pour un distributeur hydraulique et un procédé de montage de ladite unité. L'unité de commande comprend une bobine (01) destinée à produire un champ magnétique, un ensemble culasse constitué d'une culasse (04) et d'une plaque de culasse (06, 31), un ensemble noyau polaire constitué d'un noyau polaire (07) et d'un boîtier (08) pour le guidage d'un flux magnétique, ainsi qu'un ensemble armature placé dans le champ magnétique de la bobine (01) et constitué d'une armature (09) et d'une tige de pression (11) faisant office d'actionneur. L'ensemble armature est monté dans un premier point d'appui (16) situé dans l'ensemble culasse et dans un second point d'appui (17) situé dans l'ensemble noyau polaire de façon à pouvoir coulisser dans le sens de son axe longitudinal. Selon l'invention, au moins un des points d'appui (16, 17) peut être déplacé dans le sens radial pendant le montage de l'unité de commande et peut être fixé après un alignement coaxial des deux points d'appui.
