Claims (7)
- Elément de sécurité présentant une structure pour caractériser et/ou identifier des objets, dans lequel la structure est lisible ou reconnaissable grâce à l'utilisation d'un rayonnement d'une longueur d'onde définie, caractérisé en ce que la structure est formée par au moins deux isomères (4, 5) d'une substance, dans lequel les caractéristiques spectrales des au moins deux isomères- diffèrent en terme de région de fréquences THz et peuvent être détectées pour reconnaître la structure ; et- ne peuvent pas être différentiées dans la région visible, dans lequel :les isomères sont chacun incorporés ou noyés à l'intérieur d'un matériau hôte avec celui, sont agencés de façon bidimensionnelle ou de façon tridimensionnelle l'un par rapport à l'autre ou les uns par rapport aux autres sur un support, pour former la structure.
- Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les isomères sont choisis de telle sorte qu'ils ne puissent pas être différentiés dans la région des infrarouges proches.
- Elément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les isomères sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre ou les uns par rapport aux autres avec matériau hôte de telle sorte qu'ils forment un code barres ou un code à motifs en tant que structure.

- Utilisation d'un élément de sécurité pour caractériser et identifier un objet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle l'objet est conçu en tant que document de sécurité ou document monétaire ou en tant que produit.
