Claims (7)

  1. Eine Vereinzelungsvorrichtung für flache, rechteckige Postobjekte, die aufweist:
    - eine Auflagefläche (12, 13) für die Packen von Postobjekten,
    - eine Zurückziehvorrichtung (19) mit motorgetriebenem Riemen und
    - ein Ziehsystem (15), das die Packen zu einem Ebenengreifabschnitt der Zurückziehvorrichtung (19) mit motorgetriebenem Riemen verschiebt, der gestaltet ist, um ein Postobjekt, das eine vordere Endfläche des Packens bildet, einzeln zurückziehen, dieses in eine Richtung quer zur Ziehrichtung verschiebt und dieses von dem Packen lockert,
    wobei die Zurückziehvorrichtung (19) mit motorgetriebenem Riemen mit einer Trennvorrichtung (40) gekoppelt ist, die sich zwischen zumindest zwei Positionen bewegt mit
    - einer Ruheposition, in der sich die Trennvorrichtung (40) mit der Riemenzurückziehvorrichtung (19) und mit dem Postobjekt während des Zurückziehens von dem Packen durch die Zurückziehvorrichtung (19) nicht beeinflusst, und
    - einer Aktivierungsposition, in der sich ein mobiler Abschnitt der Zurückziehvorrichtung über den Ebenengreifabschnitt hinaus zu dem Packen von Objekten hin erstreckt, um mit einem hinteren Abschnitt des Postobjektes während des Zurückziehens in Kontakt zu gelangen, eine Bewegung davon von der Riemenzurückziehvorrichtung (19) erfolgt und ein Gleiten des hinteren Abschnitts an dem Riemen oder ein Herabgleiten von einem Band zum Schließen des Postobjektes, insbesondere einer Zeitung, verhindert wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Zurückziehvorrichtung (19) mit motorgetriebenem Riemen zumindest ein Paar von benachbarten Riemen aufweist, die durch Endriemenscheiben (30) getragen sind und axial in Bezug zueinander durch einen voreingestellten Axialabstand (P) zum Definieren eines länglichen Fensters, das sich zwischen den zwei benachbarten Riemen öffnet, getrennt sind,
    wobei der mobile Abschnitt der Trennvorrichtung ein längliches Element (42) aufweist, das in der Ruheposition in den Raum untergebracht ist, der zwischen benachbarten Riemen (19a/19b, 19b/19c und 19c/19d) abgegrenzt ist, und das nicht über die Fläche des Ebenengreifabschnitts hinaus vorsteht,
    wobei das längliche Element (42) gestaltet ist, um sich in der Aktivierungsposition selbst in eine Ebene parallel zu der des Ebenengreifabschnitts einzustellen, wobei ein Vorstehen zur Außenseite der Riemen (19a, 19b, 19c und 19d) hin vorliegt, nachdem das jeweilige Fenster (32) passiert wurde.
  2. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das längliche Element ein Stab ist, der einen im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt hat.
  3. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das längliche Element aus Metallmaterial, vorzugsweise Stahl, gefertigt ist und einen Koeffizienten der dynamischen und statischen Reibung hat, der deutlich niedriger als der Reibungskoeffizient von Gummi der Riemen (19a, 19b, 19c und 19d) ist.
  4. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das längliche Element einen Reibungskoeffizienten im Bereich von 0,05-0,25 hat.
  5. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zurückziehvorrichtung (19) mit motorgetriebenem Riemen vier Riemen (19a, 19b, 19c und 19d) aufweist, die voneinander getrennt sind, die durch Endriemenscheiben (30) getragen sind und von denen jeder in einem Abstand von dem/den benachbarten mit einem voreingestellten axialen Abstand (P) eingestellt ist, wobei Paare von benachbarten Riemen (19a/19b, 19b/19c und 19c/19d) Hauptseiten der drei rechteckigen Fenster (32) parallel zueinander abgrenzen und in unterschiedlichen Höhen angeordnet sind,
    wobei der mobile Abschnitt der Trennvorrichtung drei längliche Stäbe (42) aufweist, von denen jeder in der Ruheposition in dem Raum untergebracht ist, der zwischen benachbarten Riemen (19a/19b, 19b/19c und 19c/19d) abgegrenzt ist, und nicht über die Greiffläche hinaus vorsteht,
    wobei die Stäbe (42) gestaltet sind, um sich in der Aktivierungsposition in einer Ebene parallel zu der des Ebenengreifabschnitts einzustellen, wobei ein Vorstehen zur Außenseite der Riemen (19a, 19b, 19c und 19d) hin vorliegt, nachdem das jeweilige Fenster (32) passiert wurde,
    wobei die Trennvorrichtung eine elektromagnetische Betätigungsvorrichtung (45) mit einem Ausgabeelement aufweist, das mit reversibler Bewegung linear beweglich ist und die Stäbe (42) stützt.
  6. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, um gestaltet zu sein, damit die Anordnung (125) der Riemenzurückziehvorrichtung zwischen der Ruheposition und der Aktivierungsposition bestimmt wird, wenn eine vordere Kante des zurücklaufendes Postobjektes eine voreingestellte Position in Bezug auf die Zurückziehvorrichtung (19) mit motorgetriebenem Riemen erreicht.
  7. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, um gestaltet zu sein, damit die Anordnung der Riemenzurückziehvorrichtung von der Ruheposition in die Aktivierungsposition bestimmt wird, wenn eine vordere Kante des Postobjektes zwischen ein Paar von Klemmwalzen eingeführt wird, die gestaltet sind, das Postobjekt zu einem Fördersystem hin zu schicken.
