avant de réaliser le corps de boîtier, on applique un revêtement sur les pièces séparées (1,2) par un procédé de chimie par voie humide, un procédé physique ou un procédé d'application de peinture ou une combinaison de couches selon ce procédé. - Procédé de fabrication d'un robinet d'eau sanitaire selon la revendication 10 ou 11,
caractérisé en ce qu'
avant de réaliser le corps de boîtier, on prépare les arêtes d'assemblage (11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23) des différentes pièces (1,2) en les rendant rugueuses de manière mécanique ou chimique ou en activant un plasma atmosphérique dans le plan atomique. - Procédé de fabrication d'un robinet d'eau sanitaire selon la revendication 10 à 12,
caractérisé en ce qu'
après assemblage des pièces séparées (1,2) par collage ou soudage, on travaille la jonction collée ou le cordon de soudure en ponçant, brossant ou polissant. - Procédé de fabrication d'un robinet d'eau sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13,
caractérisé en ce qu'
on revêt le corps de boîtier pour couvrir les joints d'assemblage entre les pièces séparées (1,2) pour obtenir un corps de boîtier uniforme.
