Claims (6)

  1. Schutzhelm mit einer von außen einstellbaren Kopfweitenverstelleinrichtung, wobei ein Verstellrad mit einem Zahnrad verbunden ist, wobei das Zahnrad (2) in einer Führungsaufnahme (1) derart in Wirkverbindung mit dem Kopftragering (3) angeordnet ist, dass die mit komplementären Zähnen ausgestatteten offenen Enden des Kopftrageringes (3) des Schutzhelms je nach Drehrichtung zur Kopfweitenverstellung zueinander oder voneinander bewegbar sind, wobei das Verstellrad (5) drehbar an der Helmschale (6) angeordnet ist und mit dem Zahnrad (2) über ein mechanisch verbundenes flexibles Element (4) zur Drehmomentübertragung verbunden ist.
  2. Schutzhelm nach Anspruch 1, wobei das flexible Element (4) in Form einer Z-förmigen Feder aus einem Stahlblech ausgebildet ist.
  3. Schutzhelm nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Feder eine Breite von 10 bis 40 mm, eine Höhe von 20 bis 90 mm, eine Materialdicke von 0,10 bis 0,40 mm aufweist und aus einem nichtrostenden Stahl besteht.
  4. Schutzhelm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verstellrad (5) mit einem festen Bolzen an der Helmschale (6) befestigt und mit dem flexiblen Element (4) verbunden ist.
  5. Schutzhelm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das flexible Element (4) mit dem Zahnrad (2) in Baueinheit ausgeführt ist.
  6. Schutzhelm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Führungsaufnahme (1) mit dem Zahnrad (2) derart verbunden ist, dass durch die offenen Enden des Kopftrageringes (3) eine lösbare Verbindung ohne weitere Befestigungsmittel zwischen Führungsaufnahme (1) und Zahnrad (2) entsteht.
