Claims (8)

  1. Ensemble blanchet (1) pour un cylindre de blanchet d'une presse rotative comprenant un blanchet (4) avec deux bords latéraux parallèles opposés l'un à l'autre, s'étendant dans une direction axiale du blanchet (4), dont l'un forme un bord latéral avant (8) et l'un forme un bord latéral arrière (10) par rapport à une rotation du cylindre de blanchet, la surface périphérique extérieure (12) du blanchet (4) présentant au moins une première rainure (6) qui s'étend dans une direction périphérique du blanchet (4) perpendiculaire à la direction axiale,
    caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble blanchet comprend une plaque support de forme stable (2) sur laquelle est disposé le blanchet (4) avec une surface périphérique intérieure opposée à une surface périphérique extérieure (12).
  2. Ensemble blanchet (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une première rainure (6) est disposée dans une région centrale du blanchet (4).
  3. Ensemble blanchet (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une première rainure (6) s'étend depuis le bord latéral avant (8) jusqu'au bord latéral arrière (10).
  4. Ensemble blanchet (1) selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface périphérique extérieure (12) du blanchet (4) présente au moins une deuxième rainure (14) qui s'étend dans la direction axiale du blanchet (4).
  5. Ensemble blanchet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une première rainure (6) mesure au moins 6 mm, de préférence au moins 8 mm, en particulier de préférence au moins 10 mm et au plus 15 mm, de préférence au plus 13 mm, en particulier de préférence au plus 12 mm de large.
  6. Ensemble blanchet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une première rainure (6) mesure au moins 0,1 mm, de préférence au moins 0,2 mm, en particulier de préférence au moins 0,4 mm et au plus 1,0 mm, de préférence au plus 0,7 mm, en particulier de préférence au plus 0,5 mm de profondeur.
  7. Ensemble blanchet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords supérieurs (16) de l'au moins une première rainure (6) sont arrondis ou biseautés au niveau d'une transition de la rainure (6) à la surface périphérique extérieure (12) du blanchet (4).
  8. Ensemble blanchet (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords inférieurs (18) de l'au moins une première rainure (6) sont arrondis au niveau d'une transition de la rainure (6) à une base de rainure (20).
