  • the opening on For this purpose, the mounting piece can have an internal thread.
  • the connection can be a screw connection or a fixed bolt or plug connection.
  • the asymmetrical design of the fixing device results in a non-rotatable connection of the connecting body to the mounting piece. Overall, this allows the connector body to be fastened to the mounting piece quickly and easily, even without a fitter having to know the exact position of the fixing device and its elements.
  • the fixing device is designed with two mutually adjacent recesses in the connection body. Bolts can be inserted into the recesses, which are either present as a movable and separable element or, in an alternative embodiment, are fastened to the assembly piece.
  • connection body In one embodiment of the invention, several cutouts are provided as fixing elements in the connection body and two fixing bolts. Due to the different positioning of the fixing bolts in the connector body, a different position of the connector body with respect to the mounting piece can be achieved.
  • a first fixing element in the form of a recess with a first diameter and a second fixing element in the form of a recess with a second diameter are provided.
  • the different diameters enable a more precise positioning or a clear assignment of possible fixing bolts on the assembly piece.
  • the recesses can also be of different depths. In this way, a Installers can quickly find the correct position of the connector body in relation to the assembly piece during assembly and bring the body into the desired position by turning it.
  • the fixing device comprises two securing or fixing bolts of different lengths.
  • This enables a fitter to couple the connecting piece to the mounting piece by means of the longer fixing bolt and then to secure it against rotation in the desired position by coupling it to the second bolt.
  • several recesses can be provided in the connector body for the second fixing bolt or several recesses in the mounting piece for the second fixing bolt.
  • the fixing bolts or the securing elements can be made of a material that is softer than the material of the mounting piece or the material of the connecting body.
  • the fixation and complete fastening of the connector body to the assembly piece via a connection through one of the openings of the connector body is reversible. Due to the different positioning of the connection body on the assembly piece, several openings are necessary either on the connection body or on the assembly piece, at least one of which is opposite one another when the connection body is positioned against rotation on the assembly piece.
  • the fixing bolts or securing elements can be equipped with barbs or retaining clips or retaining elements, so that after the connection body has been positioned against rotation on the assembly piece, a first, albeit rudimentary, attachment and mounting is achieved. In this way, the assembly is simplified, since an unintentional "falling off of the connecting piece is avoided.
  • fixing or securing pins can also be used.
  • FIG. 1 shows a flexible fastener according to the proposed principle.
  • the flexible fastener is suitable itself for fastening directly to the wall as well as on an additionally provided mounting piece.
  • the fastening element comprises a flat connecting body 4, the back of which faces the viewer.
  • a battery connection bracket comprising the two connections 2 and 3 is attached to the flat connection body on the opposite front side.
  • a pipe is flanged at connection 2, which runs, for example, in parallel along the wall.
  • the connection 3 in turn serves to fasten a pipe, a line or some other element which can now lead away essentially perpendicular to the wall and which can carry a fluid medium.
  • the flat connection body 4 has three spaced-apart openings 40, 41 and 44, the connecting line of which essentially forms an isosceles triangle.
  • the openings are designed as fastening through holes 40, 41 and 44 and are easily accessible from the front of the connecting body 4.
  • screws can be inserted through the fastening through holes and screwed into dowels in the wall.
  • a three-point fixation of the connection body and thus of the fastening element with the battery connection bracket is possible through the openings.
  • a fixing device is additionally provided for fixing to a mounting rail.
  • this comprises two cutouts 42 and 43, which are arranged essentially perpendicularly below the opening 41.
  • one of the cutouts also lies on the connecting line between the two fastening holes 40 and 44.
  • the diameter of the two cutouts 42 and 43 is smaller than that of the fastening holes 40, 41 and 44.
  • the cutouts are relatively flat and in particular only represent depressions, but not through holes in the flat connecting body 4. They can be round, angular or else have other cross sections. Likewise, the cutouts can have different shapes, so that assembly can only take place in predetermined positions.
  • FIG. 2 shows the further processing of the flexible fastener. While the cutouts 42 and 43 remain essentially free for attachment to the wall, securing pins 46 and 47 are now inserted into the cutouts for attachment to a mounting body.
  • the locking pins themselves can be purchased separately. In the present case, they are countersunk in the cutouts in the connector body, but they can also be attached to a mounting rail, so that the connector body can be simply plugged on.

  • the mounting rail suitable for fastening two elements or battery connection angles in the illustrated embodiment, comprises a plurality of holes 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57 at the two different positions 51. These are on the left in the yoke between the two legs of the mounting piece and arranged to the right of the center of the yoke of the mounting rail. Their distance from the shortened legs or to the other region is selected such that after the individual fastening elements are flanged on, on the one hand they do not interfere with one another, but on the other hand do not protrude beyond the U-shaped region.
  • Any other shape of rail can also be used.
  • Figure 4 shows an enlarged representation of the region 51 to clarify the function of the individual holes 53 to 57.
  • the openings 53 and 54 correspond to the fastening holes 41, 40 and 44 of the flat connecting body 4.
  • the fixing holes 55, 56 and 57 have a smaller diameter, which is essentially the diameter of the locking pins 46 and 47 of FIG Figure 2 equivalent.
  • the distances between the holes 55 and 56 to one another or the holes 55 and 57 to one another are also selected such that they essentially correspond to the distance between the securing pins 46 and 47.
  • the large hole 53 also lies on a line that passes through the small fixing holes 55 and 57
  • the hole 54 lies on a line that is defined by the small fixing holes 55 and 56.
  • the flat connecting body can be flanged to the mounting piece in a first step by means of the two securing pins, in which the securing pins are countersunk in the small holes corresponding to the desired position.
  • a screw or another fastening element for example a pin or a bolt, can be inserted and fixed through the fastening hole 41 and the opposite hole 53 or 54.
  • the large holes 53 and 54 may have an appropriately designed internal thread.
  • Figure 5 shows a representation of the flexible fastener in the flanged state on a mounting piece.
  • the position of the connection body and thus also the position of the battery connection angle 2 and 3 was chosen such that it extends essentially 45 ° to an axis spanned by the longitudinal leg of the assembly piece.
  • the two securing pins 46 and 47 are inserted into the fixing holes 55 and 57, so that the opening 53 lies directly above the fixing hole 41.
  • the opening 56 and the opening 54 are free and covered on the back by the surface of the connector body 4.
  • FIG Figure 6 Another mounting position of the battery connection bracket with the flat connection body 4 is shown in FIG Figure 6 ,
  • the locking pins 46 and 47 are flanged into the fixing holes 55 and 57 in the right position of the mounting piece.
  • the holes 56 and 54 in the assembly piece are covered by the connection body 4, while a fastening element is introduced into the hole 53, for example a screw is screwed with its internal thread, for fixing and finally fastening the connection body and the battery connection angle.
  • the connector 4 Due to the position of the fixing holes 55, 56 and 57 in the mounting piece 50 and the mounting holes 53 and 54, the connector 4 in the two Figure 5 and 6 positions shown as well as rotated by 90 °.
  • the fastening elements for example screws or pins, are inserted into the fastening holes 40 and 44 for final assembly and, if necessary, with the internal thread in the mounting holes 53 and 54.
  • the different positioning of the connecting piece is achieved by means of the fixing device with corresponding securing pins and cutouts in the connecting piece and on the mono-piece.
  • the positions of the locking pins 46 and 47 with respect to the connecting piece 4 are already predetermined by the cutouts.
  • the different positioning results from the additionally arranged fixing and fastening holes on the mounting rail 50.
  • connection body In an alternative embodiment, however, it is also possible to effect a different positioning of the connection body and thus the battery connection angle by means of an embodiment and a corresponding positioning of the cutouts in the connection body itself.
  • Figure 12 shows a related design.
  • connection body is a T-shaped or cross-shaped element in contrast to the conchoidal shape of the Figures 1 and 2 executed for the purpose of additional material savings.
  • a first recess 42b of a fixing element 42a is provided along the connecting line of the fastening holes 40 and 44. This has a diameter that is larger than that of the fastening holes 40, 41 and 44 and serves to receive a corresponding fixing or securing pin.
  • the recesses 42c, 42d and 42e with a significantly smaller diameter are arranged above the recess 42b in a rotationally symmetrical manner by 45 °.
  • the cutouts 42c to 42e run along an imaginary circular line around the center of the recess 42b. You the fixing element are used to fix the position of the connector body 4 on a mounting rail.
  • the mounting rail also includes the locking pins for connecting the connector body.
  • a first securing pin of the fastening element is designed on the mounting rail with a diameter which essentially corresponds to the diameter of the recess 42b.
  • This pin is also designed to be slightly longer than the positioning securing pin, in order to easily achieve initial positioning by the installer during assembly.
  • the locking pin on the mounting rail which engages in one of the recesses 42c, 42d and 42e of the fixing element, is arranged in one direction at the corresponding distance.
  • three additional mounting holes are made on the mounting rail, which have the same angle with respect to a center of the main locking pin with the large diameter of 45 ° to each other. They essentially correspond to the alignment of the cutouts 42c, 42d and 42e on the connection body.
  • connection piece can be positioned differently with respect to the assembly piece by designing the various cutouts in the fixing device on the rear side of the connection body. If the locking pin for the recesses 42b protrudes somewhat longer than the positioning bolt for one of the recesses 42c, 42d and 42e, particularly simple assembly is possible. In this way, a fitter can position the connecting body in a particularly simple manner via the locking pin with the large diameter and then adjust the final position of the connector body by rotating around the center of the recess 42b.
  • FIG Figure 7 A further embodiment of the flexible fastening element according to the invention is shown in FIG Figure 7 ,
  • the fixing element is realized by an asymmetrical cutout, for example in the form of an inverted mushroom, boat or anchor.
  • the recess 48 is shaped to receive a correspondingly separately available counterpart 60 or integrated on the mounting piece.
  • the counterpart 60 forms the locking pin of the fixing element for connection to an assembly piece.
  • a correspondingly suitable mounting piece from the front shows the Figure 8 , Here, too, two different positions of the connection piece and thus of the battery connection angle are realized.
  • the mounting piece 50 contains on its U-shaped leg two groups of holes with the elements 46a, 53 and 54.
  • the distance between the legs and the respective regions 51 along the yoke is selected so that when the battery connection angle and the connection body are flanged, these are aligned not hinder each other. Depending on the length of the yoke, additional regions can also be provided.
  • Figure 9 shows an enlarged view of a region 51.
  • the holes 53 and 54 are equipped and form the fastening holes for a later final fixing of the connection body by means of a bolt, screw or other fastening element.
  • the recess 46a is formed from two individual recesses 46b and 46c, which each represent the negative shape of the counterpart and the locking pin 60.
  • the elements 46b and 46c are shifted from one another by 45 °, the "mushroom stem" in each case lies on a connecting line with one of the mounting holes 43 and 54.
  • connection body in which the connection 2 of the battery connection angle runs essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the yoke, the opening 41 of the connection body 4 lies directly above the fastening hole 53.
  • a bolt or pin is inserted into the hole 41 and firmly connected to the mounting piece for final fixation and positioning of the connector and the battery connector bracket.
  • the two holes 43 and 40 are covered by the material of the mounting piece.
  • the right connection flange is inclined by 45 °, so that the fastening opening 41 lies above the fastening hole 43.
  • Figure 11 finally shows the back of the design of the Figure 10 , in which the counterpart or the locking pin 60 is mounted in the two different positions in the recess 46a against rotation. This protection against rotation is achieved by the asymmetrical additional recess 46b or 46c, the mushroom stem.
  • a single flat connection body with a battery connection bracket attached to it can be used both as a direct wall attachment and for mounting on an additional mounting piece.
  • Different positioning is achieved by selecting the corresponding locking pin, recesses or other elements for fixation accomplished.
  • the invention has the advantage of additionally saving material by suitable implementation of the fixing element and at the same time simply positioning a battery connection angle with its connecting piece in different orientations. It is particularly advantageous if the fixing element is asymmetrical in itself, for example has different large cutouts.
  • the locking pins in the exemplary embodiments may be available as individual parts, but may also already be firmly connected to an assembly piece.
  • connection body So that shear forces that occur during the later final fixation do not damage the individual fastening holes and the cutouts, it can be expedient to implement possible counterparts and locking pins used made of a softer material than the mounting piece or the connecting piece of the fastening element.
  • any other form of line angles, pipe runs, connections, distributors or other elements are also conceivable if they are attached to the connection body.
