Definitions
- the invention relates to a continuous double belt press for producing pressed product slabs from pressed material mats, in particular for producing insulating boards or plastic or rubber sheets or mats, with at least one press upper part and an upper heatable press plate,
- Pressgutplatten means in the invention z. B. insulation boards, z. B. insulation boards of wood materials, which are also referred to as lightweight panels. It can be z. B. act to wood wool insulation boards.
- pressed material mats made of wood wool and a binder, eg. As a mineral binder, in particular magnesite or cement used. From the wood wool and the mineral binder (and possibly water) the pressed material mats are produced and pressed in the double belt press to pressed slabs.
- Such insulation boards have a density of z. B. 80 kg / m 3 to 800 kg / m 3 , preferably 80 kg / m 3 to 600 kg / m 3 .
- the steel press belts are guided around inlet drums and outlet drums.
- the heated press plates are also called heating plates.
- the rolling element assemblies may be rolling rods or rolling rods. These Wälz stressesaggregate be performed in the press upper part and in the lower press part respectively on link chains, which rotate in an upper and in a lower chain circulation over several Umlenkaggregate. If slider or Gleit analysesaggregate be used, it may be in a known manner to fixed or stationary and therefore non-rotating slider from z.
- the adjusting units, with which the press nip formed between the upper press plate and lower press plate is adjusted, are usually designed as hydraulic cylinder piston assemblies.
- Continuously working double belt press of the type described above are particularly preferred in practice for the production of wood-based panels, namely fiberboard or chipboard, z.
- MDF boards or OSB boards used. They work with relatively high pressing pressures.
- These are the press racks z.
- Example constructed of a plurality in the longitudinal direction of the press-lined press frame, wherein the press plates are arranged inside this press frame and the cylinder piston assemblies are supported on the one hand to the press frame, ie the respective cross member of the press frame, and the respective press plate.
- the press plates are thus applied directly from above or below with a plurality of cylinder piston assemblies, which are supported on the press frame.
- Such presses have proven themselves many times in practice.
- the invention has for its object to provide a continuous double belt press for the production of pressed slabs and in particular for the production of insulating boards or lightweight panels or plastic plates or rubber plates or mats, which is characterized by a simple and inexpensive construction and in particular a simple and inexpensive installation distinguished.
- the invention teaches in a continuous double belt press of the type described above, that the press upper part and / or the press base are each composed of a plurality of press longitudinally successively arranged upper and lower press boxes, each consisting of at least two extending in the press longitudinal direction side plates and a plurality of the side plates connecting and extending transversely to the press longitudinal direction web plates are composed, wherein the composite of the upper press boxes press upper part and composed of the lower press boxes press base connected to each other via the adjusting units and with these relative to each other for adjusting the press nip are movable.
- press boxes are preferably designed as welded constructions, ie, extending in the press longitudinal direction side plates and the web plates arranged transversely thereto are welded together to form a welded construction.
- the press is thus essentially composed of a plurality of such welded structures, wherein the individual press boxes or welded constructions are then screwed together to form the press upper part or of the press lower part.
- the press is therefore characterized by a very simple structure, as can be dispensed with in the present case to a complex frame construction, which is usually required for the transmission of high compression forces.
- the invention has recognized that the construction of a press for the Production of lightweight panels or plastic sheets or rubber sheets or mats, which can be worked with low pressing pressures, can be easily constructed, namely from the described press boxes, which are each designed as a welded construction. These press boxes can be prefabricated and then transported. On site, it is then only necessary to screw the individual press boxes together to form the press upper part or the lower press part.
- the press boxes preferably have a length which is less than 10 m, preferably less than 8 m.
- the press boxes may for example have a length of 7 m to 8 m, preferably 7.5 m.
- the width of the press boxes can be less than 3 m. Through these measures, the press boxes can be very easily transported, z. B. also in conventional containers.
- Each individual press box can from the two lateral side plates and a plurality of transverse web plates arranged transverse plates, z. B. three to seven cross plates, preferably four to six, more preferably five web plates may be formed.
- the side plates and the web plates preferably have approximately the same height.
- the press upper part and the press base are then each z. B. five to ten, preferably four to six, z. B. composed seven press boxes.
- the system can be extended as it were modular, because the individual press boxes are designed essentially identical.
- Side plate and web plate are preferably made of steel and thus formed as steel sheets.
- the adjusting units are preferably designed as hydraulic cylinder piston arrangements, particularly preferably as double-acting differential cylinders. They allow an exact path adjustment and thus an exact adjustment of the press nip. You can work with directional control and with fixed be equipped to define a minimum press nip.
- the applied pressure pressures are in the context of the invention usually very low, they are preferably below 10 bar and therefore below 100 N / cm 2 . Because in the manufacture of particular lightweight panels, z. B. Wood wool insulation panels can be worked with very low pressing pressures. A significant pressure does not have to be applied to the product, but the cylinder piston assemblies are primarily used to set the press nip and consequently to create a defined pressing space. The same applies to (light) plastic sheets or rubber sheets or mats.
- the press can be constructed very easily overall.
- the upper press plate is usually fixedly connected to the press upper part and consequently the upper press boxes, preferably screwed and the lower press plate is usually connected to the press base and thus the lower press boxes, preferably screwed.
- the actuators preferably the cylinder piston assemblies, are now not between one hand, the press plate and the other press top or press frame arranged, but according to a further proposal of the invention, it is provided that the actuators connected on the one hand to the upper press boxes and on the other hand to the lower press boxes and laterally offset from the press boxes and the press plate are arranged. By means of the actuators consequently the press upper part and the press lower part are moved as a whole relative to each other.
- the press lower part is arranged stationary on the foundation, so that the press upper part, namely the interconnected press boxes altogether be raised and lowered by means of the actuators, so that the press nip is set defined in this way.
- the actuators can be connected directly or indirectly to the press boxes, particularly preferably to the side plates of the press boxes. It is particularly advantageous if boxes on the upper and / or lower presses, z. B. at the side plates fastening straps are connected, which transverse to Pressenl horrsraum are oriented outwards and to which the cylinder piston assemblies are connected on the upper side and / or underside and preferably pivotally articulated.
- Such an embodiment with laterally projecting fastening tabs for the cylinder piston arrangements is particularly recommended when the heatable press plates have a width which is greater than the width of the press boxes.
- the press plates and consequently hotplates wider than the support structures, namely press upper part and press lower part.
- this has the particular advantage that the leads and outlets for the heating medium of the heating plates can be connected on the top and bottom of the heating plates, so that a lateral feed is not required.
- the heated press plates are provided with heating channels through which a heating medium is passed.
- heating channels preferably extend in the transverse direction of the press plates and thus transversely to the press longitudinal direction.
- the heating plates themselves must not be made of hardened special steel in such a press for particular lightweight panels, but they can be made of relatively inexpensive steel, eg. B. be made of simple structural steel. They preferably have a thickness of 30 mm to 50 mm, z. B. about 40 mm.
- the press boxes are equipped with lateral fastening straps or fastening claws for the articulation of the cylinder piston arrangements. There is the possibility that the fastening tabs are welded to the press boxes.
- the fastening straps by means of screw connections on the press boxes, which themselves as welded constructions may be formed to fasten.
- the lower press boxes are preferably supported by means of laterally connected to the press boxes supports on the press foundation or the foundation supports. It can be provided separate supports, which are connected to the press boxes. However, the supports can also be be integrally formed with the mounting tabs of the cylinder piston assemblies of the lower press boxes. Consequently, the fastening tabs for the cylinder piston arrangements can at the same time form the supports for the lower press boxes.
- the press plates or heating plates are usually bolted to the press boxes.
- the screw can be realized in a conventional manner so that a thermal expansion of the press plates is allowed. It is generally expedient if the press plates are fastened to the press boxes with the interposition of insulating elements. Since the bearing surfaces of the press boxes for the heating plates are usually formed by the "edges" or narrow surfaces of the side plates and the web plates, it is expedient if the side plates and / or the web plates occupied on their the press plates facing narrow sides with insulating are.
- the invention proposes that an upper heat tunnel and in the lower press part a lower heat tunnel is provided for the Rollstangenumlauf or for the roll bar return in the press upper part.
- These heat tunnel for the roll bar return are preferably attached to the press boxes, z. B. placed on top of the upper press box and attached to the lower press boxes on the underside.
- These heat tunnels or insulated tunnels should prevent the rolling bars heated by the heating plates during the pressing process from transferring heat to the steel belts.
- the steel strips to have an opportunity for cooling in the return line and consequently to enter the press nip "cold" in the area of the inlet drums.
- the invention comprises as described a double belt press, in which the steel press belts with the interposition of WälzArchitectaggregaten, z. B. Roll bars, are supported against the press plates.
- the invention also includes embodiments in which the steel press belts are supported against the press plates with the interposition of (stationary) sliding bodies or sliding body units.
- the invention also includes combinations of these embodiments. So it may be z.
- the double belt press according to the invention can be z. B. insulation boards made of wood materials.
- plastic plates or rubber plates or mats can be produced. It may be z. B. rubber sheets, rubber mats o. The like. From rubber granules, preferably from scrap tire rubber granulate act, such a rubber granules is usually glued with at least one binder.
