Abstract

L'invention concerne une tuile faîtière (1) pourvue d'un passage, comprenant au moins une partie inférieure (4), qui présente une ouverture d'entrée (14) et une surface d'étanchéité (31). Au-dessous de la partie inférieure (4), est disposé un raccord (7) qui présente également une surface d'étanchéité (22) qui est disposée au-dessous de la surface d'étanchéité (31) de la partie inférieure (4), les deux surfaces d'étanchéité (22; 31) étant disposées l'une en face de l'autre. La partie inférieure (4) et le raccord (7) sont reliés entre eux via des moyens de fixation (19, 20). Entre les deux surfaces d'étanchéité (22; 31), il est prévu, au moins partiellement, une bande de revêtement inférieure (44).
