- the comfortabletician (5) consists of a one-piece with the hollow body (21) fixed lid (51) , which in turn is integrally connected to the anvil (60) and between this and the bottom cover the pivot bearing (55) receives, which by a receptacle ( 53), a fastening means (54) and a centering (57) is fixed.
- Pivot bearing and counter bearing have the contact surfaces (58), (61) in common.
- the guide tube (31) of the main linkage (3) is integrally connected to the pivot bearing; since all tubes and sections of the main boom are connected by torsion-resistant tubes, the locking pins of the fixed abutment hold the support element over the radial slot (332) , the support member acts on the tube section (33) on all tubes and sections and the pull handle (41) against rotation and on the guide tubes ( (32), (33) ) also on the pivot bearing (55).
- the pull handle To open the screen, the pull handle must first be pulled axially until the locking pins of the abutment release the radial slots of the support member; then the covered screen can be removed by gently turning / pulling the handle cover.
- the support element (331) follows in its spatial configuration with the dome (335 the frustoconical structure of the pivot bearing (55) and thrust bearing (60) and thus receives in addition to the necessary compliance the required rigidity.
- Fig. 3 shows the compact folding umbrella (1) in the extended state as a partial view in Fig. 3 a) as a side view and in Fig. 3 b) as a sectional view.
- the support element (331) closes the roof crown (43) closest to the opening of the hollow cylinder (21) of the handle cover second
- the pipe sections ( (33), (34) ) are non-rotatably connected to the guide tubes ( (31) , (32) ) and the guide tube 1 via the pin (59) has a fixed connection to the pivot bearing (55) , which in screen-open state freely rotatable in the anvil (60) can move, so that external influences on roof rack (not shown) and umbrella covering (not shown) - such as tearing the screen or strong gusts - have no damaging or destructive effect on this.
- Fig. 4 shows the overall view of the folding umbrella (1) in the extended state, in Fig. 4 a) as a side view and in Fig. 4b) Sectional view, and makes the complete structure of the main rod (3) with guide tubes ( (31) , (32) ) and pipe sections ( (33) , (34) , (35) ).
- Fig. 5 specifies the structure of the base point bearing (5) with the support element (331) in an exploded view in FIG Fig. 5 a) in perspective view and in Fig. 5b) as an item-sectional representation.
- the repetticianlager consists essentially of the plastic lid (51) with molded attachment (52) and a receptacle (53) .
- the cover attachment is dimensioned in diameter so that it is firmly bonded in tight fit in the lower opening of the handle cover (2) with the same.
- the plastic lid may be provided for the ventilation of the handle cover with slots or holes (63) or with a lamellar ring formed from single ribs (not shown), as already performed at the top lid opening; In this case, the tabs of the illustrated lid attachment are pronounced in ribs, but lifted from the design of the pull handle (41) . Significant for the tightness of the lid is that it can absorb all the forces acting on the screen.
- the pivot bearing (55) is in close contact with the lid mount.
- This plastic part has several functions; it rotatably supports the guide tube (31) via the notched pin (59), rotatably supports the main rod (3) on the bottom lid with the support (56) and forms the connection with the cylindrical surface of the bearing shell (58)
- Plastic counter bearing (60) .
- the anvil is integrally ultrasonically welded or bonded to the bottom cover, wherein the bearing shell (61) previously receives the pivot bearing (55) .
- the counter bearing can be connected via a press fit with the bottom cover and the handle cover.
- the counter bearing also has molded locking pins (62) which receive the support element (331) in the inserted state of the pocket umbrella.
- These locking pins can also be designed as a latching hook with appropriate expression of recordings in the support element, so that for the purpose of opening the screen first via a tensile unlocking of an abutment and support element via the pull handle (41) takes place before the umbrella parts linkage and covering perhaps by light Rotational or rolling movement of the handle cover are removed. Also at this point are constructive alternatives attached.
- the support element bundles over the receptacle (337) the roof rod tips with folded and inserted screen (1) .
- Fig. 6 shows the support member (331) as a single part, in Fig. 6 a) in plan view, in Fig. 6b) in perspective, in Fig. 6c) in side view and in Fig. 6d) as a sectional view.
- the support element is at the lower end of the pipe section (33) of the main linkage (3) integrally mounted on the pipe receiving (336) , moves inside the hollow cylinder (21) of the handle cover (2) between convenientlyticianlager (5) with inserted screen and upper handle cover edge extended shield and forms - in this state - next to the base camp the second support for the main linkage.
- the body of the support member is substantially frusto-conical shaped as a dome (335) , conforms to the shape of the bearing shell (61) of the thrust bearing (60) , has towards the edge of a likewise frusto-conical sump (337) , the folded and inserted screen ( 1) receives the roof pole tips.
- the extended in the radial direction edge of the support element is designed multifunctional; the edge is divided into zones with a 120 ° pitch - as shown - alternately in a support zone ( 334) , a Gleitfeder- (333) and a ventilation zone (332) .
- the support zones are followed by a sliding spring and ventilation zone. Due to the undercut of the support element edge, this area acts as a spring element with respect to the inner wall of the hollow cylinder (21) . With slight radial oversize relative to corresponding dimensions of the support zone, the Gleitfederzonen are always on the hollow cylinder inner wall, give the application of radial forces slightly after until the support zone contacts the inner wall. When extending and inserting the main boom, the springs slide over the hollow cylinder inner wall (21) .
- the undercut of the support element edge is projected as a parallel radial slot; An elliptical, hyperbolic, parabolic or non-parallel undercut can additionally support the spring effect, also depending on the choice of material.
- the two-time truncated cone sequence - dom (335) and recording (337) - of the tube receiving (336) to the outer diameter of the support element give the support zone in addition the properties of a spring.
- the expression of the resilient sliding bearing (333) within the handle cover (2) does not allow full cross-sectional design of the support member (331) , on the other hand creates this expression of the support element as a tripod clearance for air ducts (332) for the circulation of the ventilated interior handle shell and ensures pressure equalization when moving the support element ..
