Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung (16) zur Handhabung eines gummihaltigen Produktstreifens (20), der zur Herstellung eines Reifens bestimmt ist, des Typs, welcher aufweist:- ein endloses Band (24) zum Transport des Streifens (20), das von einem Satz von Walzen (R1 bis R8) geführt und angetrieben wird, die um zu einer sogenannten Querrichtung (Y) parallele Achsen drehbar gelagert sind, wobei wenigstens einige dieser Walzen (R1 bis R8) ein tragendes Trum (24P) des Bandes, das dazu bestimmt ist, den Streifen (20) zu tragen, von einem rücklaufenden Trum (24R) des Bandes trennt, und- eine Rolle (28) zum Aufwickeln des Streifens (20), die oberhalb des tragenden Trums (24P) angeordnet ist und um eine zu der Querrichtung (Y) im Wesentlichen parallele Achse drehbar gelagert ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem Mittel (46) zur zeitweiligen Ablenkung des Weges des tragenden Trums (24P) zwischen einem normalen Weg des tragenden Trums (24P), der im Wesentlichen tangential zu der Rolle (28) verläuft, und einem zeitweiligen Weg des Wickelns des tragenden Trums (24P) um einen Sektor von mehr als 90° der Rolle (28) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich das tragende Trum (24P) in seinem zeitweiligen Weg um einen Sektor der Rolle (28) wickelt, der zwischen 120 und 160° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei sich das tragende Trum (24P) zwischen seinem normalen Weg und seinem zeitweiligen Weg verlängert, wobei das Band (24) ein Ausgleichstrum (24C) aufweist, dessen Länge sich umgekehrt zu derjenigen des tragenden Trums (24P) ändert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Mittel zur Ablenkung (46) eine Ablenkwalze (48), die um eine zu der Querrichtung (Y) parallele Achse drehbar gelagert ist, und Mittel (50) zur translatorischen Verschiebung dieser Ablenkwalze (48) orthogonal zu der Querrichtung (Y) zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer aktiven Position der Ablenkung des Weges des tragenden Trums (24P) aufweisen, wobei diese Mittel (50) zur Verschiebung der Ablenkwalze (48) vorzugsweise einen Arbeitszylinder (50) aufweisen, wobei der Satz von Führungs- und Antriebswalzen eine Ausgleichswalze (R5) enthält, die das Ausgleichstrum (24C) führt und mit Mitteln (52) zur translatorischen Verschiebung dieser Ausgleichswalze (R5) orthogonal zu der Querrichtung (Y) verbunden ist, wobei diese Mittel zur Verschiebung der Ausgleichswalze (R5) vorzugsweise einen Arbeitszylinder (52) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche Mittel (42) zum Zerschneiden des Streifens (20) in Querrichtung aufweist, die der Rolle (28) vorgeschaltet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5 zusammengenommen, welche Mittel (44) zur Ansteuerung der Mittel (50) zur Verschiebung der Ablenkwalze (48) und der Mittel (52) zur Verschiebung der Ausgleichswalze (R5) in Abhängigkeit von wenigstens einem Parameter aufweist, der aus einem Messwert der Laufgeschwindigkeit des Bandes (24) und einem Zustandsparameter der Mittel (42) zum Zerschneiden des Streifens (20) in Querrichtung ausgewählt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche Mittel (32) zur Verschiebung der Rolle (28) parallel zu einer zu der Querrichtung (Y) senkrechten Ebene aufweist, die insbesondere einen Arbeitszylinder (32) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 bis 7 zusammengenommen, welche Mittel (44) zur Ansteuerung der Mittel (32) zur Verschiebung der Rolle (28) in Abhängigkeit von wenigstens einem Parameter aufweist, der aus einem Messwert des von der Rolle (28) auf das Band (24) ausgeübten Drucks und einem Zustandsparameter der Mittel (42) zum Zerschneiden des Streifens (20) in Querrichtung ausgewählt ist.
- Anlage zur Herstellung von gummihaltigen Produktstreifen (20), die zur Herstellung eines Reifens bestimmt sind, des Typs, welcher aufweist:- Mittel (12) zum Zerschneiden eines gummihaltigen Produktstreifenrohlings (14) in Längsrichtung in benachbarte Produktstreifen (20),- eine oder mehrere Vorrichtungen (26, 26A) zur Handhabung eines Produktstreifens, und- Mittel (22) zur Führung der Streifen zu der oder den jeweiligen Vorrichtungen zur Handhabung (16),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Vorrichtung zur Handhabung (16) eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 9, wobei in dem Falle, wenn sie mehrere Vorrichtungen zur Handhabung (26, 26A) aufweist, diese in der Höhe zueinander versetzt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rolle (28), auf welche ein gummihaltiger Produktstreifen (20) aufgewickelt ist, der zur Herstellung eines Reifens bestimmt ist, des Typs, welcher einen Schritt des Anhängens eines freien Endes des Streifens (20) auf der leeren Rolle (28) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Anhängens mithilfe von Mitteln (46) zur zeitweiligen Ablenkung des Weges des tragenden Trums (24P) einer Vorrichtung zur Handhabung (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 durchgeführt wird.
