Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de cuisson ayant au moins un châssis (10) et au moins une plaque de cuisson (36, 38, 40), dans lequel :
    - le châssis (10) comprend deux parois latérales (12), une paroi avant ou cadre avant (14) et une paroi arrière ou cadre arrière (16),
    - chaque paroi latérale (12) comprend un bord supérieur (18),
    - un support (20) est fixé sur chaque bord supérieur (18),
    - un boîtier de protection (36) constitue la partie inférieure de la plaque de cuisson et est ou peut être disposée amovible sur le châssis (10),
    - le boîtier de protection (36) est ou peut être serré entre les supports (20) et la paroi arrière ou cadre arrière (16),
    - au moins deux éléments de fixation avant (32) sont ou peuvent être fixés sur les supports (20),
    - au moins deux éléments de fixation arrière (34) sont ou peuvent être fixés amovibles, et
    - un cadre (40) de plaque est ou peut être disposé amovible sur les éléments de fixation avant (32) et sur les éléments de fixation arrière (34),
    caractérisé en ce que :
    le bord supérieur (18) de chaque paroi latérale (12) est constituée comme un rebord, le support (20) est ou peut être fixé amovible sur la partie avant de chaque bord supérieur (18), lesdits éléments de fixation arrière (34) sont ou peuvent être fixés amovibles sur la partie arrière des bords supérieurs (18), un tableau de commande (30) est ou peut être fixé amovible au niveau des supports (20), la fixation desdits éléments de fixation avant (32) sur les supports (20) est démontable,
    le support (20) comprend au moins un taraud avant (28) vertical pour soutenir le côté avant du cadre (40) de plaque, les tarauds avant (28) verticaux des supports (20) sont disposés pour tenir le cadre (40) de plaque suivant la direction longitudinale, c.-à-d. la direction allant du côté avant au côté arrière, alors que les éléments de fixation avant (32) sur les supports (20) sont disposés pour centrer le cadre (40) de plaque suivant la direction transversale, et les éléments de fixation arrière (34) sont disposés pour fixer le cadre (40) de plaque suivant la direction longitudinale.
  2. Dispositif de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de chauffage (38) est ou peut être agencé amovible ou à demeure dans le boîtier de protection (36).
  3. Dispositif de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (20) comprend au moins un taraud inférieur (22) inséré ou pouvant être inséré dans une fente dans le bord supérieur (18).
  4. Dispositif de cuisson selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (20) comprend au moins un taraud supérieur (24) pour recevoir ou soutenir l'élément de fixation avant (32).
  5. Dispositif de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (20) comprend au moins un taraud avant (26) horizontal pour recevoir ou soutenir le tableau de commande (30).
  6. Dispositif de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation arrière (34) comprend au moins deux ergots insérés ou pouvant être insérés dans un trou dans le bord supérieur (18).
