Claims (5)

  1. Cuisinière avec un cadre de conception (12) et au moins un élément de fixation (20), dans laquelle
    - l'élément de fixation (20) est attaché ou attachable de façon détachable ou de façon permanente au niveau d'une partie extérieure de la cuisinière,
    - l'élément de fixation (20) est prévu pour attacher la cuisinière au niveau d'une paroi latérale intérieure d'une découpe (16) dans un plan de travail (18) encerclant circonférentiellement ladite cuisinière,
    - le cadre de conception (12) encercle une feuille supérieure (10) de la cuisinière afin de couvrir un espace entre la paroi latérale intérieure de la découpe (16) et la feuille supérieure (10) de la cuisinière, caractérisée en ce que
    - le cadre de conception (12) est fait d'un matériau flexible, pour que la feuille supérieure (10) et le plan de travail (18) puissent être agencés à des niveaux différents,
    et
    l'élément de fixation (20) comprend un élément à ressort (22) afin de serrer la cuisinière à l'intérieur de la découpe (16) du plan de travail (18), dans laquelle l'élément à ressort (22) a une forme d'U et/ou l'élément à ressort (22) est un ressort à lame, et dans laquelle
    les côtés supérieurs du cadre de conception (12), de la feuille supérieure (10) et du plan de travail (18) forment une surface sensiblement continue.
  2. Cuisinière selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le cadre de conception (12) est attaché de façon détachable ou de façon permanente au niveau de la feuille supérieure (10) de la cuisinière et/ou
    le cadre de conception (12) est attaché au niveau de la feuille supérieure (10) par une liaison adhésive, et/ou
    le cadre de conception (12) est attaché au niveau de la feuille supérieure (10) par un raccordement à encliquetage, et/ou
    que le cadre de conception (12) est attaché au niveau de la feuille supérieure (10) par un joint à vis.
  3. Cuisinière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le cadre de conception (12) comprend des éléments de cadre, dans laquelle en particulier au moins un élément de cadre encercle au moins un élément de cadre supplémentaire et/ou les éléments de cadre sont faits de matériaux différents.
  4. Cuisinière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le cadre de conception (12) comprend au moins une bande d'étanchéité (14) agencée sur un côté inférieur du cadre de conception (12),
    dans laquelle en particulier la bande d'étanchéité (14) est prévue pour être comprimée entre le cadre de conception (12) et un côté supérieur du plan de travail (18).
  5. Cuisinière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la feuille supérieure (12) de la cuisinière (10) est un panneau en vitrocéramique, et/ou
    une partie supérieure (24) de l'élément de fixation (20) est collée à la feuille supérieure (10) de la cuisinière.
