Claims (7)

  1. Stöpsel mit der Bezeichnung "Sport" (1, 1A), umfassend einerseits eine Basis, gebildet aus einem gewindegeschnittenen Mantel (2, 2A), überragt von einem Ausgießer (3, 3A), und der auf den Hals (4, 4A) eines Behälters geschraubt wird, mit dem er auch an seinem unteren Teil mit Hilfe eines Garantiebandes (5, 5A) verbunden ist, mit dem er einen zerbrechlichen Verbindungsbereich (6, 6A), gebildet aus Brückenelementen (7), definiert, und andererseits eine Kappe (8, 8A), die mit dem Ausgießer (3, 3A) durch ein Gelenk (9, 9A) verbunden ist, wobei Mittel, um die Kappe (8, 8A) an der Öffnung zu halten, zwischen dieser und dem Ausgießer (3, 3A) angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Mittel aus einem Arm (11, 11A) bestehen, der von einem oberen äußeren Teil der Kappe (8, 8A) ausgeht, der sich in der Drehebene (P) dieser, um das Gelenk (9, 9A), das einen Drehpunkt bildet, befindet, und dazu in der Lage ist, mit einem Befestigungspunkt (12, 12A) zusammenzuarbeiten, angeordnet im Verbindungsbereich (6, 6A), zwischen dem Mantel (2, 2A) des Ausgießers (3, 3A) und seinem Garantieband (5), das sich auf der Drehbahn (R) des Arms (11, 11A), um das Gelenk, befindet, wobei der Arm (11, 11A) und/oder das Gelenk (9, 9A) elastisch verformbar sind, um die Variation ihrer relativen Geometrie zu ermöglichen und folglich das Einklinken des Arms (11, 11A) auf dem Ausgießer (3, 3A) und/oder dem Garantieband (5, 5A).

Stöpsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungspunkt (12, 12A) des Arms (11, 11A) der Kappe (8, 8A) durch eine Aufnahme (13, 13A) begrenzt ist, die im Mantel (2, 2A) des Ausgießers (3, 3A), auf seinem hinteren unteren Umfangsrand und oder auf dem hinteren oberen Umfangsrand des Garantiebandes (5, 5A) angebracht ist, die zusammen ihren Verbindungsbereich (6, 6A) definieren.
  3. Stöpsel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (13, 13A), die für die Befestigung des Arms (11, 11A) der Kappe (8, 8A) ausgelegt ist, durch die Entfernung von Material (M) auf dem hinteren unteren Umfangsrand des Mantels (2, 2A) des Ausgießers (3, 3A) und/oder (M') auf dem hinteren oberen Umfangsrand des Garantiebandes (5, 5A) erhalten wird.
  4. Stöpsel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Arm (11, 11A) der Kappe (8, 8A) an seinem freien Ende einen Vorsprung (14, 14A) umfasst, der einen Haken bildet, der dazu in der Lage ist, die elastische Verformung des Gelenks (9, 9A) und/oder des Arms (11, 11A) beim Durchgang eines Absatzes (15, 15A) der Aufnahme (13, 13A) auf der Ebene des unteren Umgangsrands des Mantels (2, 2A) hervorzurufen und sich dann hinter dem Absatz (15, 15A) anzuordnen.
  5. Stöpsel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Arm (11A) der Kappe (8A) gerade ist und einen Winkel (α1) mit Bezug auf die Aufnahme (13A) bei seiner Anordnung vor dieser aufweist, um nach der elastischen Verformung des Gelenks (9A) und/oder des Arms (11A) beim Durchgang eines Absatzes (15A), der den Befestigungspunkt (12, 12A) der Aufnahme (13A) bildet, auf der Ebene des unteren Umgangsrands des Mantels (2A) darin einzudringen und darin zurückgehalten zu werden.
  6. Stöpsel nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (13, 13A), die durch die Entfernung von Material (M') auf der Ebene des oberen Rands des Garantiebandes (5, 5A) erhalten wird, eine Eingangsabfasung (16, 16A) aufweist, die dazu ausgelegt ist, den Arm (11, 11A) im Lager (13, 13A) zu begleiten, um seine Einführung zu erleichtern.
  7. Stöpsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch Formung aus einem Plastikmaterial in einem einzigen Stück erhalten wird.
