Claims (10)

  4. Maschine zum Schleifen einer Gleisschweißnaht nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balken (12) einen akustischen Sensor (16) umfasst, um ein Anliegen des Schleifsteins (32) auf dem Schienenkopf zu ermitteln.
  5. Maschine zum Schleifen einer Gleisschweißnaht nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Zylinder (17) für die Längsverlagerung des Schleifsteinhalters, kombiniert mit einem absoluten Positionssensor (19), aufweist, um die Hin- und Herbewegung des Schleifsteinhalter (22) mit variablen Lauflängen zu automatisieren.
  6. Maschine zum Schleifen einer Gleisschweißnaht nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balken (12) einen Hydraulikmotor (11) zum Rotationsantrieb des Schleifsteins (32) und einen Drucksensor (65), der auf der Versorgung des Hydraulikmotors (11) montiert ist, um eine von dem Hydraulikmotor (11) bereitgestellte Kraft zu messen, umfasst.
  7. Maschine zum Schleifen einer Gleisschweißnaht nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Fall eine hohlen Schweißnaht eine Freisetzungsbewegung des Schleifsteins (32) am Ende jedes Hin- und Herlaufs automatisch durchgeführt wird, um die Schleifflächen mit dem unbearbeiteten Teil des Schienenkopfs (3) zusammenzubringen.
  8. Maschine zum Schleifen einer Gleisschweißnaht nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei gekrümmte Halter (10) aufweist und dass der Balken (12) eine oder mehrere gerade Rollen (8) an einem der Enden umfasst, um auf einem geraden Kranzsektor eines der gekrümmten Halter zu rollen und eine oder mehrere V-förmige Rollen (58) am anderen der Enden, um auf einem V-förmigen Kranzsektor des anderen der gekrümmten Halter zu rollen, um eine Führung mit vermindertem Spiel des Balkens (12) in Verlagerung auf diesen gekrümmten Haltern zu sichern.
  9. Maschine zum Schleifen einer Gleisschweißnaht nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen programmierbaren Automatikcontroller (31) aufweist, der für die Kontrolle und Steuerung jeder Verlagerung des Balkens (12) und des Schleifsteinhalter (23) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Maschine zum Schleifen einer Gleisschweißnaht nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der programmierbare Automatikcontroller (31) einen Speicher umfasst, der Daten speichert, die von einem zugeordneten tragbaren elektronischen Lineal zum Messen der Geradheit bereitgestellt werden, und eine elektronische Vorrichtung zum programmierten Verarbeiten, um Positionen und Längen der Hin- und Herbewegungen in Abhängigkeit von den zulässigen Toleranzen festzulegen, um einen vollständigen Ablauf des Schleifzyklus im Automatikmodus ohne menschliches Eingreifen zu steuern.
