- the powdered or granular compositions which are made into tablets in a tablet press must also be sufficiently fluid. Furthermore, it may be desirable for the weight percent of pharmaceutically active substance per tablet to be high. On the one hand, there are often therapeutic reasons to administer high daily doses. This is simplified if only a few or only one tablet per day must be taken orally, which then necessarily contains a high proportion of active ingredient. On the other hand, it may be desirable for the tablet to be as small as possible in order to facilitate oral administration in, for example, children or the elderly. This also requires a high proportion of active ingredient in the tablet. However, high proportions of active ingredient lead to a deteriorated hardness of the tablet, which should be avoided.

Description
- Note 1 : sehr gutes Fliessen, beste Tablettierbarkeit
- Note 2: gutes Fliessen, gute Tablettierbarkeit
