Claims (8)

  1. Bloc de soupapes (10) comprenant un premier et un deuxième raccord de consommateur (A ; B) servant à raccorder un consommateur hydraulique (11), un raccord de pompe (P) servant à raccorder une pompe (13), un raccord de réservoir (T) servant à raccorder un réservoir (12) et un raccord de détection de charge (LS) destiné à être raccordé à un régulateur de pression de refoulement (14) de la pompe (13),
    un étranglement de dosage (20) réglable en continu étant prévu, avec lequel une balance de pression (22) est montée en série côté pompe, laquelle balance de pression est reliée au raccord de pompe (P), de telle sorte qu'une première pression (41) soit obtenue entre l'étranglement de dosage (20) et la balance de pression (22), un étranglement d'amortissement (21) étant monté en série avec l'étranglement de dosage (20) côté réservoir, de telle sorte qu'une deuxième pression (42) soit obtenue entre l'étranglement de dosage (20) et l'étranglement d'amortissement (21), laquelle deuxième pression est reliée à l'un des raccords de consommateur (A ; B), une première soupape de limitation de pression (31) à pression de déclenchement réglable étant montée en série avec l'étranglement d'amortissement (21) côté réservoir, de telle sorte qu'une troisième pression (43) soit obtenue entre l'étranglement d'amortissement (21) et la première soupape de limitation de pression (31), laquelle troisième pression est reliée au moins indirectement au raccord de détection de charge (LS), la première et la troisième pression (41 ; 43) étant raccordées à la balance de pression (22) de telle sorte que la balance de pression (22) règle une différence de pression prédéfinie entre la première et la troisième pression (41 ; 43), la deuxième pression (42) étant raccordée à une deuxième soupape de limitation de pression (32) dont la pression de déclenchement est réglable,
    caractérisé en ce que la pression de déclenchement de la deuxième soupape de limitation de pression (32) peut être réglée hydrauliquement au moyen de la troisième pression (43) de telle sorte qu'elle soit supérieure à la troisième pression (43) d'une deuxième différence de pression prédéfinie.
  2. Bloc de soupapes selon la revendication 1,
    dans lequel la balance de pression (22) présente une position de maintien de charge (24) dans laquelle elle est bloquée, la position de maintien de charge (24) survenant lorsque la pression au niveau du raccord de pompe (P) chute en dessous de la deuxième pression (42).
  3. Blocs de soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel une soupape anti-retour (34) est montée en parallèle avec la deuxième soupape de limitation de pression (32), laquelle soupape anti-retour est installée de telle sorte que la deuxième pression (42) ne puisse pas chuter en dessous de la pression ambiante.
  4. Bloc de soupapes selon la revendication 3,
    dans lequel la soupape anti-retour (34) et la deuxième soupape de limitation de pression (32) sont réalisées sous la forme d'un bloc pouvant être monté comme un tout.
  5. Bloc de soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel la pression de déclenchement de la première soupape de limitation de pression (31) peut être réglée à la fois manuellement et électriquement.
  6. Bloc de soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel l'étranglement de dosage (20) fait partie d'un distributeur proportionnel (52) à l'aide duquel le sens de déplacement du consommateur (11) associé peut être réglé.
  7. Bloc de soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel le premier et le deuxième raccord de consommateur (A ; B) sont prévus sur un premier bloc de consommateur (50) pouvant être monté comme un tout, au moins un autre bloc de consommateur pouvant être monté comme un tout étant prévu, auquel un consommateur associé peut être raccordé, une conduite de pompe (P) étant reliée au raccord de pompe et une conduite de réservoir (T) étant reliée au raccord de réservoir, les conduites de pompe et de réservoir (P ; T) traversant respectivement tous les blocs de consommateur, chaque bloc de consommateur comprenant un sélecteur de circuit (51), lesquels sont interconnectés en une cascade qui se termine au niveau du raccord de détection de charge (LS), la troisième pression (43) étant raccordée au sélecteur de circuit (51) du premier bloc de consommateur (50).
  8. Bloc de soupapes selon la revendication 7,
    dans lequel la première et/ou la deuxième soupape de limitation de pression (31 ; 32) sont réalisées sous forme de blocs (70 ; 71) pouvant être montés comme un tout, lesquels sont installés depuis l'extérieur sur le premier bloc de consommateur (60) .
