Abstract
La présente invention concerne des emballages de dose individuelle pour des systèmes thérapeutiques transdermiques ou des formes de présentation en film sous forme d'un sachet à bord scellé arrachable doté d'une surface de scellement complètement périphérique, continue et non pelable. Les emballages de dose individuelle comprennent deux éléments d'emballage, qui sont disposés l'un au-dessus de l'autre et forment le côté supérieur et le côté inférieur d'un sachet, qui contient le produit. Au moins un élément d'emballage est ainsi un stratifié en feuille résistant à la déchirure présentant une structure au moins à trois couches, au moins une couche des éléments d'emballage étant une couche métallique. La couche résistante à l'arrachement du stratifié en film à au moins trois couches est à base d'une matière synthétique résistante à l'arrachement de façon anisotrope, dont la résistance minimale à l'arrachement dans la direction plus faible est de 50 N, mesurée sur les deux éléments d'emballage reliés l'un à l'autre, qui forment l'emballage. L'emballage de dose individuelle présente également un affaiblissement linéaire, qui ne touche pas le bord de l'emballage et se situe dans la zone de scellement, qui va dans le sens de la résistance plus faible à l'arrachement du côté supérieur et du côté inférieur et s'étend dans la forme de ligne de la matière synthétique résistante de façon anisotrope à l'arrachement. La présente invention concerne également des procédés pour fabriquer l'emballage de dose individuelle et son utilisation.
