Claims (14)
- Procédé permettant de déliasser une liasse de billets/chèques,
dans lequel la liasse de billets/chèques est disposée dans une position de déliassage,
dans lequel un élément de retrait (206) est entraîné de telle sorte qu'il transporte au moins un billet/chèque de la liasse de billets/chèques entrant en contact avec l'élément de retrait (206) dans une direction de déliassage (P2) en direction d'un interstice de déliassage (224) constitué entre un élément de transport (220) et un élément de marche inversée (222), dans lequel, quand le billet/chèque atteint l'interstice de déliassage (224), l'élément de transport (220) est entraîné de telle sorte qu'il transporte le billet/chèque plus loin dans la direction de déliassage (P2),
dans lequel, à l'aide d'une unité de capteurs (240) disposée en aval de l'interstice de déliassage (224) dans une position de surveillance, le nombre de billets/chèques retirés et transportés à travers l'interstice de déliassage (224) est déterminé,
dans lequel l'élément de retrait (206), l'élément de transport (220) et/ou l'élément de marche inversée (22) sont pilotés en fonction du nombre déterminé, et
dans lequel, quand il a été déterminé à l'aide de l'unité de capteurs (240) que plusieurs billets/chèques ont été retirés conjointement en tant que retrait multiple, l'élément de marche inversée (222) est entraîné de telle sorte qu'il transporte en retour en direction de la liasse de billets/chèques au moins le billet/chèque du retrait multiple qui entre en contact avec l'élément de marche inversée (222),
dans lequel l'élément de marche inversée (222) est entraîné au moins jusqu'à ce que l'unité de capteurs (240) ne détecte plus que la présence d'exactement un billet/chèque, et en ce qu'ensuite l'élément de transport (220) est de nouveau entraîné de telle sorte qu'il transporte le billet/chèque restant plus loin dans la direction de déliassage (P2), caractérisé en ce qu'il est déterminé à l'aide d'un autre capteur (212) si la liasse de billets/chèques est disposée dans une position de déliassage, et
en ce que, en fonction du signal de ce capteur (212), une unité de transport (26) est pilotée pour le transport d'une liasse de billets/chèques à partir d'une unité d'entrée et/ou de sortie vers une position de déliassage. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de marche inversée (222) n'est pas entraîné au moins jusqu'à ce que l'arête avant, dans la direction de déliassage (P2), du billet/chèque retiré ait atteint la position de surveillance.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pendant la réalisation des étapes du procédé, les billets/chèques sont transportés le long d'un chemin de transport (218), en ce que l'élément de retrait (206) et l'élément de transport (220) sont disposés sur un premier côté du chemin de transport (218) et sont tournés dans une direction de rotation de déliassage (P3) pour le transport des billets/chèques dans la direction de déliassage (P2), et en ce que l'élément de marche inversée (222) est disposé sur un deuxième côté opposé au premier côté.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retrait (206), l'élément de transport (220) et/ou l'élément de marche inversée (222) comprennent respectivement un arbre (208, 226, 230) entraînable et plusieurs rouleaux (210, 228, 232) disposés de façon solidaire en rotation sur cet arbre (208, 226, 230), les rouleaux (210, 228, 232) entrant en contact avec les billets/chèques et transportant les billets/chèques mis en contact quand l'arbre (208, 226, 230) respectif est entraîné.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est utilisé une unité de capteurs (240) qui comprend un premier capteur (242), en particulier une barrière photoélectrique, et un deuxième capteur (244), en particulier un capteur à ultrasons, disposé en aval du premier capteur (242), en ce que, à l'aide du premier capteur (242), il est déterminé si un ou plusieurs billets/chèques ont été retirés et en ce que, à l'aide du deuxième capteur (244), il est déterminé si un billet/chèque ou plus d'un billet/chèque a été retiré.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retrait (206) est arrêté quand le premier capteur (242) a déterminé la présence d'au moins un billet/chèque dans sa zone de détection.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que quand, à l'aide de l'unité de capteurs (240), il a été déterminé que précisément un billet/chèque a été retiré, l'élément de transport (220) est entraîné de telle sorte que l'élément de transport (220) transporte ce billet/chèque dans la direction de déliassage (P2) en direction d'un autre élément de transport (247), et en ce que l'élément de transport (220) est arrêté quand l'autre élément de transport (247) entre en contact avec le billet/chèque.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'autre élément de transport (247) comprend au moins deux rouleaux (250, 252) entraînés, en ce que le billet/chèque est transporté dans un interstice (254) constitué entre les deux rouleaux (250, 252) entraînés, en ce que les deux rouleaux (250, 252) entraînés entrent en contact avec le billet/chèque disposé dans l'interstice (254) et le transportent dans la direction de déliassage (P2), en ce que, à l'aide d'un autre capteur (256), en particulier d'une barrière photoélectrique, l'atteinte de l'interstice (254) par une arête avant, dans la direction de déliassage (P2), du billet/chèque est déterminée, et en ce que, quand l'arête avant a atteint l'interstice (254), l'élément de transport (220) est arrêté immédiatement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que quand, à l'aide de l'unité de capteurs (240), il a été déterminé que plusieurs billets/chèques ont été retirés conjointement en tant que retrait multiple, l'élément de transport (220) est arrêté.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de marche inversée (222) est entraîné au moins jusqu'à ce que l'unité de capteurs (240) ne détecte plus que la présence d'exactement un billet/chèque et jusqu'à ce que l'arête avant, dans la direction de déliassage (P2), du billet/chèque, transporté en sens inverse en dernier, du retrait multiple soit disposée à l'intérieur de l'interstice de déliassage (224).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (228) de l'élément de transport (220) et les rouleaux (232) de l'élément de marche inversée (222) sont disposés de façon décalée les uns par rapport aux autres dans la direction axiale des arbres (226, 230) et en ce que, quand il a été déterminé à l'aide de l'unité de capteurs (240) que plusieurs billets/chèques ont été retirés conjointement en tant que retrait multiple, la distance entre l'arbre (226) de l'élément de transport (220) et l'arbre (230) de l'élément de marche inversée (222) est réduite.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, quand il a été déterminé à l'aide de l'unité de capteurs (240) que, malgré un entraînement correspondant de l'élément de retrait (206) et/ou de l'élément de transport (220), aucun billet/chèque n'a été transporté dans la position de surveillance, l'élément de marche inversée (222), l'élément de transport (220) et l'élément de retrait (206) sont respectivement entraînés dans la direction dans laquelle ils transporteraient respectivement un billet/chèque dans la direction de déliassage (P2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de marche inversée (222) et l'élément de retrait (206) sont entraînés jusqu'à ce que l'unité de capteurs (240) détecte la présence d'au moins un billet/chèque, et en ce que l'élément de marche inversée (222) et l'élément de retrait (206) sont ensuite arrêtés.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 4 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (228) de l'élément de transport (220) et les rouleaux (232) de l'élément de marche inversée (222) sont disposés de façon décalée les uns par rapport aux autres dans la direction axiale des arbres (226, 230) et en ce que, quand il a été déterminé à l'aide de l'unité de capteurs (240) que, malgré un entraînement correspondant de l'élément de retrait (206) et/ou de l'élément de transport (220), aucun billet/chèque n'a été transporté dans la position de surveillance, la distance entre l'arbre (226) de l'élément de transport (220) et l'arbre (230) de l'élément de marche inversée (222) est augmentée.
