Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cabinet, in particular a gas cylinder cabinet, with a cabinet body, and with at least one passive-wing cabinet door with espagnolette locking and at least one wing-door cabinet door with latch locking.
  • Such a cabinet and in particular gas cylinder cabinet is known from practice. Similar embodiments are in the utility model DE 81 25 571 U1 presented.
  • Such cabinets, and in particular gas cylinder cabinets are characterized in that the passive-wing cabinet door can be locked to the cabinet body, whereas the pedestrian-cabinet door is locked to the fixed-wing cabinet door. This has the consequence that after unlocking only the pedestrian cabinet door can be opened easily and immediately, whereas the fixed-wing cabinet door is still locked to the cabinet body.
  • locking pins are used at this point, which interact with attached to the respective cabinet door mushroom heads and must be moved relative to these for unlocking. This typically requires considerable effort and is not very comfortable.
  • the prior art is concerned with the US 6,250,015 B1 with a cabinet with a cabinet body, which is also designed with a poultry cupboard door and a pedestrian cabinet door. Besides that is realized a tab lock on the one hand and a drive rod lock on the other. The two cabinet doors can be unlocked / locked simultaneously with the aid of a common rotary latch.
  • the overall prior art has not provided a convincing solution.
  • the invention aims to provide a total remedy.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of further developing such a cabinet so that the locking and in particular unlocking is simplified as a whole and the possibility of a problem-free and fast door opening is created.
  • a generic cabinet in the invention is characterized in that both the espagnolette lock on the fixed-wing cabinet door and the tab lock on the pedestrian cupboard door and thus both cabinet doors are simultaneously unlocked / lockable by means of a common rotary latch, said the rotary latch is formed at least in two parts with a subsequent tongue on the passive leaf cabinet door and an interacting carried by a guide tongue bolt on the wing-cabinet door.
  • both the espagnolette lock and the tab lock are designed so that they can spend at the same time in the unlocking / locking position using the common rotary latch. This considerably facilitates the operation of the two cabinet doors.
  • both cabinet doors can thereby simultaneously open and close and lock.
  • the actuator is an operating handle, an actuating knob, etc.
  • the subsequent tongue has a guide for the bolt engaging therein.
  • the secondary tongue is usually designed L-shaped.
  • the bolt is in contrast arranged on the already mentioned guide tongue.
  • both tongues that is, the guide tongue and the secondary tongue are placed in the middle compared to the longitudinal extent of the respective associated cabinet door.
  • the design is usually chosen so that overlap both tongues in the closed state of the cabinet doors. In this way, a first central closure point for the respective cabinet door is provided by the overlapping tongues in the central area of the respective cabinet door.
  • the described movement of the tongues causes the drive rods or actuating rods to be displaced in a linear direction.
  • two drive rods are connected to the subsequent tongue.
  • the guide tongue is in contrast connected to two actuating rods.
  • a respective tab on the pedestrian cabinet door is rotated by the actuating rod in rotation.
  • the respective tab on the pedestrian cabinet door can engage in an associated slot on the pedestal cabinet door.
  • two tabs are each provided in approximately the end of the associated actuating rod.
  • One tab is located on the head side of the pedestrian cabinet door, while the other tab is provided on the foot side.
  • the two tabs on the pedestrian-cupboard door also define closure points, so that a total of three locking points in the form of the two tabs and the pin or the guide tongue are formed on the wing-cabinet door in conjunction with the bolt or the guide pin carrying the bolt.
  • the passive-wing cabinet door has a total of three closure points.
  • the two connecting rods connected to the follower tongue are designed so that they engage in the respective hollow bores foot side and head side of the cabinet body in the closed state of the passive leaf cabinet door.
  • two closing points for the passive leaf cabinet door are defined.
  • the subsequent tongue which also represents a closure point, so that the passive-wing cabinet door is equipped with a total of three locking points, namely the subsequent tongue and the two end-side pin on the drive rods. These pins engage in the associated hollow holes on the head side and the foot side of the cabinet body in the region of a door opening plane.
  • both cabinet doors are in the closed state by the two tabs on the pedestrian cabinet door and the two tongues of the rotary latch releasably coupled together.
  • both cabinet doors are in the closed state at least three points with each other and / or bolted to the cabinet body.
  • FIG. 1 a cabinet is shown, which is designed in this case as a gas cylinder cabinet.
  • the cabinet has a cabinet body 1 and two cabinet doors 2, 3.
  • Inside the cabinet body 1 a plurality of merely indicated gas cylinders 4 are received and are here, for example, secured in a holder.
  • the two cabinet doors 2, 3 are designed as swing doors 2, 3.
  • the two cabinet doors 2, 3 on their body side door edge on pivot 5, by means of which they are rotatably mounted in the cabinet body 1.
  • the pivots 5 can also be anchored in the cabinet body 1, so that the cabinet doors 2, 3 are inserted therein.
  • mixed forms are also encompassed by the invention.
  • the one cabinet door 2 is designed as a fixed-wing cabinet door 2 and the other cabinet door 3 as a pedestrian-cupboard door 3.
  • the difference between the two cabinet doors 2, 3 in conjunction with the varying notation is due to the fact that the passive leaf cabinet door 2 by means of a drive rod lock 6, 7 firmly locked to the cabinet body 1, the pedestrian cabinet door 3 via a Laschenverriegelung 8, 9, 10 has, with the help of the pedestrian cabinet door 3 is lockingly coupled to the passive leaf cabinet door 2 and the rod lock 6, 7 with the cabinet body 1.
  • the rotary latch 7, 10, 11 is composed in the example of the subsequent tongue 7, the guide tongue 10 and connected to the guide tongue 10 bolts 11 together.
  • the follower tongue 7 has a guide 12 on which or in which the bolt 11 engages in an operation of the guide tongue 10 or slides along it.
  • an actuator 13 is provided on the outside of the pedestrian-cupboard door 3, which only in the FIG. 1 is indicated.
  • the actuating member 13 on the outside of the sliding-leaf cabinet door 3, the present case is a rotary knob, a rotary handle, etc.
  • the guide tongue 10 can pivot about its axis 15, as indicated by corresponding double arrows in the FIG. 2 is indicated and an arrow in the counterclockwise direction in the FIG. 3 clarified.
  • the guide tongue 10 and the actuator 13 are arranged coaxially in comparison to the common axis 15, wherein the actuator 13 is rigidly coupled to the guide tongue 10 in the example case.
  • the subsequent tongue 7 is designed substantially L-shaped.
  • the guide 12 on the follower tongue 7 can be found on the predominantly horizontally extended long L-leg, whereas a drive rod 6 is connected to the comparatively short L-leg.
  • Another drive rod 6 is connected to a relative to the short L-leg of the follower tongue 7 protruding nose 16.
  • the two tongues 7, 10 are placed approximately in the middle.
  • both tongues 7, 10 overlap in the closed state of the cabinet doors 2, 3. This is primarily the nose 16.
  • the long L-leg of the L-shaped follower tongue 7. As already explained, two drive rods 6 are connected to the subsequent tongue 7. In this way, the two drive rods 6 in conjunction with the follower tongue 7 define the previously discussed drive rod lock 6, 7 on the passive-wing cabinet door 2.
  • the pedestrian cabinet door 3 is equipped with the already mentioned central guide tongue 10.
  • To the guide tongue 10 are two actuating rods 8 connected.
  • the actuating rods 8 interact with tabs 9.
  • a tab 9 is arranged in the head area and a tab 9 in the foot region of the relevant question door panel door 3.
  • An action on the guide tongue 10 and an associated linear movement of the two actuating rods 8 according to the double arrow in FIG. 2 or 3 corresponds to the fact that the interacting with the respective actuating rod 8 tab 9 performs a direction indicated by a double arrow pivoting movement.
  • the two tabs 9 and their pins 18 in conjunction with the guide tongue 10 define the three closure points on the pedestrian cabinet door 3.
  • the passive cupboard door 2 has three locking points, on the one hand by the subsequent tongue 7 and on the other hand by two locking pin 20th end of the drive rods 6 are formed.
  • the guide tongue 10 must be pivoted about its axis 15 counterclockwise, as the FIG. 3 indicated by the already referenced arrow.
  • the two drive rods 6 are linear according to the double arrow in the FIG. 2 moves, in such a way that the locking pin 20 engage in the respective hollow bore 21 on the one hand head side and on the other hand, the foot of the cabinet body 1.
  • the two cabinet doors 2, 3 ensure that a door opening plane 22 in the cabinet body 1 is closed.
  • the two hollow bores 21 can be found in the region of this door opening plane 22 in the cabinet body 1, on the one hand on the head end and on the other hand on the foot side of the cabinet body 1 in question.
  • FIG. 3 provides an actuation of the actuator 13 such that the guide tongue 10 is pivoted about its axis 15 in the counterclockwise direction, that the pin 11 carried by the guide tongue 10 engages the guide 12 on the subsequent tongue 7.
  • the two go in unlocked condition FIG. 3 arranged at an angle to each other tongues 7, 10 in a more or less straight arrangement to each other.
  • the drive rods 6 are driven with their end locking pins 20 in the hollow holes 21. This indicates the dashed arrow in the locking direction in the FIG. 3 at.
  • the actuating rods 8 are in accordance with the dashed arrow in FIG. 3 emotional. In this way, the actuating rods 8 ensure that the tabs 9 counterclockwise about their respective axes 17 FIG. 2 be pivoted. For this corresponds - as I said - the movement of the actuating rods 8 in the in FIG. 3 indicated by dashed arrows locking direction. As a result, the pins 18 provided on the tabs 18 engage in the slots 19.
