Claims (11)
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique comprenant une soupape d'échange de gaz (12) sur laquelle agit de manière directe ou indirecte un ensemble de transmission à travers un contour de travail (62; 92), ledit ensemble de transmission étant supporté de manière mobile dans une tête de cylindre à l'aide de moyens de support, et ledit ensemble de transmission étant lié fonctionnellement avec un moyen de réglage de la levée de soupape et un arbre à cames (46), ledit moyen de réglage de la levée de soupape comprenant un arbre d'ajustage (35) rotatif, de sorte que différentes levées maximales peuvent être ajustées, ledit ensemble de transmission comprenant un premier et un deuxième élément de roue (40, 42), ledit premier élément de roue (40) étant lié fonctionnellement avec ledit arbre à cames (46) et ledit deuxième élément de roue (42) agissant de manière directe ou indirecte sur la soupape d'échange de gaz (12), les deux éléments de roue (40, 42) étant supportés de manière rotative sur l'arbre d'ajustage (35) et comprennent une denture, de sorte que le premier et le deuxième élément de roue (40, 42) sont en liaison d'engrènement l'un avec l'autre de sorte que l'ajustage dudit arbre d'ajustage (35) cause une décalage entre le premier et le deuxième élément de roue (40, 42), et que la fixation de la rotation cause un mouvement oscillatoire du premier et deuxième élément de roue (40, 42), caractérisé en ce que la denture est réalisée de sorte que la rotation dudit arbre d'ajustage (35) effectue la décalage.
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de roue (40) est précontraint par rapport à l'arbre à cames (46) par un élément de ressort (70).
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier et le deuxième élément de roue (40, 42) sont réalisés sous forme de roues en couronne dirigées l'une vers l'autre, et que la liaison d'engrènement est effectuée à travers au moins un satellite (54), chaque satellite (54) étant supporté sur un axe lié de manière solidaire en rotation avec ledit arbre d'ajustage (35).
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier et le deuxième élément de roue (40, 42) sont réalisés sous forme de roues à denture intérieure, ledit premier élément de roue (40) ayant un autre diamètre intérieure avec un autre nombre de dents que le deuxième élément de roue (42), et que ledit arbre d'ajustage (35) comprend un excentrique (82) sur lequel un premier et un deuxième roue dentée droite (78, 80) sont supportés de manière rotative, qui sont couplées l'une à l'autre de manière solidaire en rotation et qui s'engrènent, respectivement, avec ledit premier et deuxième élément de roue (40, 42), ainsi réalisant la liaison d'engrènement.
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier et le deuxième roue dentée droite (78, 80) sont en une seule pièce.
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de roue (42) est supporté de manière rotative sur la face circonférentielle dudit premier élément de roue (40).
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de roue (40) comprend un rouleau de contact (44) avec l'arbre à cames (46).
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de roue (42) présente le contour de travail (62).
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 - 7, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de roue est en liaison d'engrènement avec un élément de déplacement (90) comportant le contour de travail (92), ledit élément de déplacement (90) est supporté de manière rotative et concentrique sur ledit arbre à cames (46).
- Entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un culbuteur (66) est supporté de manière rotative sur l'arbre d'ajustage (35).
- Ensemble d'entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique avec plusieurs soupapes d'échange de gaz disposées en série qui sont associées à un nombre de cylindre, caractérisé en ce qu'un entrainement de soupapes à commande mécanique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 10 est associé à chaque cylindre, un contour de travail étant associé à chaque soupape d'échange de gaz respective, ledit contour agissant sur ladite soupape d'échange de gaz soit directement, soit indirectement.
