Abstract

Procédé de scellement dans lequel des ébauches de vitrage isolant (5) sont maintenues par le bas dans un poste de scellement (2) par serrage au moyen d'éléments de préhension (17) d'un système de préhension (16) et/ou au moyen d'embouts d'aspiration (15) et s'appuient en haut sur une poutre à galets (7) équipée de galets (8). Lors du scellement des ébauches de vitrage isolant (5), seule la buse (11) d'un système de scellement (10) se déplace le long du bord extérieur de l'ébauche de vitrage isolant (5), qui est à l'arrêt pendant le scellement. Lorsque le bord inférieur d'une ébauche de vitrage isolant (5) est scellé, les éléments de préhension (17) appliqués sur ce bord inférieur sont desserrés et déplacés vers le bas. Le vitrage isolant est retiré du poste de scellement (2) par un robot de transfert (24) sur le côté opposé au système de scellement (10), déplacé vers un dispositif de stockage intermédiaire et déposé dans celui-ci sur des supports en A (29) et des supports en éventail (30), trié par lot de fabrication.
