Claims (15)

  1. System zur Befestigung eines Schmuckelements (1), wie eines Schmuckbandes, auf dem Hals (6) eines Behälters, wobei das Schmuckelement (1) zumindest teilweise hohl ist, um zumindest teilweise den Hals (6) abzudecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System umfasst:
    - einen Ring (3), der dazu bestimmt ist, das Ende des Halses (6) zu umgeben,
    - mindestens zwei Führungshaken (4), die auf der Außenfläche des Halses (6), die dazu bestimmt ist, den Ring (3) aufzunehmen, angeordnet sind,
    und dass
    - die Innenfläche des Ringes (3) mindestens zwei Schienen (14) umfasst, die im Inneren des Ringes (3) Vorsprünge bilden, wobei jede der Schienen (14) dazu bestimmt ist, einen der Führungshaken (4) aufzunehmen, und mit diesem zusammenzuwirken, wenn der Ring (3) auf dem Hals (6) befestigt list und in Drehung um den Hals (6) angetrieben wird, wobei die Längsabmessungen der Schienen (14) einen Verschiebeweg für die Führungshaken (4) definieren, bis sie das Ende der Schienen (14) erreichten, das mit einem Anschlag (15) versehen ist, so dass, wenn die Führungshaken (4) an diesen Anschlägen (15) zur Anlage gelangen, der Ring (3) in Drehung festgestellt ist.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (14) mindestens einen Anschnitt (16) umfassen, der ein Gefälle aufweist, um den Ring (3) in Translation entlang des Halses (6) zu verschieben, wenn er um den Hals (6) in Drehung versetzt wird.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenntzeichnet, dass der Hals (6) auf seiner Außenweite, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Ring (3) aufzunehmen, mindestens einen Verriegelungshaken (5) umfasst, der Ring (3) mindestens eine flexible Lasche (17) umfasst, deren freies Ende aus dem Ring (3) im Inneren des Rings (3) vorspringend angeordnet ist, so dass es an dem mindestens einen Verriegelungshaken (5) zum Anschlag gelangt, wenn der Ring (3) eine Drehbewegung um den Hals (6) ausgeführt hat, wobei die Führungshaken (4) an den Anschlägen (15) zur Anlage gelangten, um den Ring (3) in seiner Position zu verriegeln.
  4. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungshaken (5) Bestandteil des Halses (6) sind.
  5. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (3) auf seiner Außenseite, die dazu bestimmt ist, zumindest teilweise das Schmuckelement (1) aufzunehmen, Steckverbindungselemente, die vorspringend sind, oder Aufnahmeverbindungselemente umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, jeweils mit einem oder mehreren komplementären Aufnahme- und/oder Steckelementen zusammenzuwirken, die auf der Innenseite des Schmuckelements (1) angeordnet sind, um die Verbindung des Schmuckelements (1) mit dem Ring (3) zu gewährleisten.
  6. System nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (3) auf seiner Außenseite mehrere vorspringende Finger (13) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, in einer oder mehreren entsprechenden Aufnahmen (12) aufgenommen zu werden, die zu diesem Zweck in dem Körper des Schmuckelements (1) vorgesehen sind, um die Verbindung des Rings (3) mit dem Schmuckelement (1) zu gewährleisten.
  7. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekenntzeichnet, dass, wobei das Schmuckelements (1) auf seiner Innenseite einen Reliefabdruck umfasst, der Ring (3) eine oder mehrere Führungsrillen mit einer Form und/oder einer Anordnung umfaßt, die einen komplementären Abdruck zum Abdruck des Schmuckelements (1) definiert, um eine besondere Ausrichtung des Schmuckelements (1) bei seiner Verbindung mit dem Ring (3) vorzugeben.
  8. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner einen Dichtungsring (2) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen dem Hals (6) und mindestens dem freien Ende des Ringes (3) angeordnet zu werden.
  9. System nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wobei der Dichtungsring (2) ein ringförmiges Ende aufweist, das durch eine Schürze verlängert ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Hals (6) zu umgeben, das ringförmige Ende mindestens eine Lippe (19) umfasst, um die Dichtigkeit zwischen dem Hals (6) und dem Dichtungsring zu gewährleisten, und/oder mindestens eine Lippe (20) umfasst, um die Dichtigkeit zwischen dem Schmuckelement (1) und dem Dichtungsring zu gewährleisten.
  10. Schmuckeinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Befestigungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 und ein Schmuckband (1) umfasst.
  11. Einheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmuckband (1) auf seiner Innenseite, die dazu bestimmt ist, gegenüber dem Befestigungsring (3) angeordnet zu werden, mindestens eine Rippe (10) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, in einer Führungsrille (11) des Ringes (3) aufgenommen zu werden und mit dieser zusammenzuwirken.
  12. Einheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wobei der Ring (3) mehrere Führungsrillen umfasst, die Führungsrillen (11) eine Form und/oder eine Anordnung haben, die einen Abdruck definieren, für den die Rippen (10) des Schmuckbandes (1) einen komplementären Abdruck definieren, der eine besondere Einführung des Schmuckbandes (1) bei seiner Verbindung mit dem Ring (3) vorgibt.
  13. Einheit nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmuckband (1) auf seiner Innenseite, die dazu bestimmt ist, gegenüber dem Verbindungsring (3) angeordnet zu werden, eine ringförmige Nut (12) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Finger (13) des Verbindungsringes (3) aufzunehmen.
  14. Behälter, umfassend einen Hals (6), der an seinem oberen Ende mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Schmuckband (1) umfasst, das mit dem Hals (6) durch ein Befestigungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 verbunden ist.
  15. Behälter nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ein Flakon, eine Fläschchen oder eine Karaffe aus Glas ist.
