  • the roller shutter 1 is -partially or completely- lowered so that, thanks to its own weight, the various pins 13 A, 13 B are more misaligned with each other and the chain links 7 , 9 take more crosswise orientations with respect to the chains 5 and to the imaginary laying surface of the roller shutter 1.

Furthermore, the absence of further cross members -for example fixed cross members of the roller shutter of the document DE1237289 - contributes to simplifying the mechanical realization of the roller shutter 1 and to reducing its manufacturing costs.

Claims (7)

  1. Als Rollo und Jalousie funktionierender Rollladen, umfassend
    - eine Mehrzahl von benachbart zueinander, zum Schutz gegen Wind, Sonne, Licht und Schlechtwetter angeordnete Leisten (3);
    - wenigstens eine Antriebskette (5), an der in Querrichtung eine Mehrzahl von Leisten (3) befestigt ist;
    und wobei:
    - die Antriebskette (5) eine Mehrzahl von Antriebskettengliedern (7) und eine Mehrzahl von Verbindungskettengliedern (9) umfasst, die aneinander angelenkt sind, um eine Folge zu bilden, so dass wenigstens einige der Antriebskettenglieder (7) einzeln zwischen zwei Verbindungskettengliedern (9, 9A, 9B) angeordnet und daran angelenkt sind und wobei eine Mehrzahl von Verbindungskettengliedern (9, 9A, 9B) zwischen zwei Antriebskettengliedern (7) angeordnet und angelenkt ist;
    - wenigstens einige der Antriebskettenglieder (7) Glied für Glied mit jeweils wenigstens einer Leiste (3) verbunden und angeordnet sind, um sie anzutreiben, um eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen (11) umkehrbar zu öffnen und zu schließen, die jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Leisten angeordnet sind;
    - sowohl die Antriebskettenglieder (7) als auch die Verbindungskettenglieder (9) sich über weniger als die Hälfte der Gesamtbreite (W1) des Rollladens (1) erstrecken;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - eine Mehrzahl von Antriebskettengliedern (7) einzeln an wenigstens einer Leiste (3) durch einen ersten (13A) und einen zweiten (13B) Scharnierstift verbunden ist, der die jeweilige Leiste (3) durch Drehung zusammen mit dem jeweiligen Antriebskettenglied (7) antreibt;
    - wenigstens einige Antriebskettenglieder (7) Glied für Glied mit einem ersten benachbarten Verbindungskettenglied (9A) durch dessen ersten Scharnierstift (13A) jeweils angelenkt sind und mit einem zweiten benachbarten Verbindungskettenglied (9B) durch seinen zweiten Scharnierstift (13B) jeweils verbunden sind;
    - jede Leiste (3) eine erste (30) und eine zweite Längskante (32) bildet;
    - wenigstens einige Leisten (3) an dem jeweiligen ersten (13A) und zweiten (13B) Scharnierstift befestigt sind;
    - jede Leiste an ihrer ersten Längskante (30) und die zweite Längskante (32) einer jeden Leiste angeordnet ist, um auf einer benachbarten Leiste (3) zu ruhen, wenn die Öffnung (11) zwischen zwei Leisten geschlossen ist.
  2. Rollladen nach Anspruch 1, wobei sowohl die Verbindungskettenglieder (9) als auch die Antriebskettenglieder (7) sich über weniger als ein Viertel der Gesamtbreite (W1) erstrecken.
  3. Rollladen nach Anspruch 1, wobei sowohl die Breite (W2) der Verbindungskettenglieder (9) als auch die Breite (W3) der Antriebskettenglieder (7) gleich oder kleiner als zehn Zentimeter ist.
  4. Rollladen nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenigstens einige Antriebskettenglieder Glied für Glied angeordnet sind, um wenigstens eine Leiste (3) durch Komprimieren oder Dekomprimieren der wenigstens einen Antriebskette (5) in Längsrichtung zu sich anzutreiben.
  5. Rollladen nach Anspruch 4, wobei wenigstens einige Antriebskettenglieder Glied für Glied angeordnet sind, um die wenigstens eine Leiste (3) senkrecht oder quer zu der Oberfläche auszurichten, auf der die Folge von Leisten (3) liegt, wenn die Kette (5) mehr in Längsrichtung zu sich komprimiert ist, und um die wenigstens eine Leiste (3) im Wesentlichen in Tangential- oder Längsrichtung zu der Oberfläche auszurichten, auf der die Reihe von Leisten (3) liegt, wenn die Kette (5) weniger in Längsrichtung zu sich komprimiert ist.
  6. Rollladen nach Anspruch 4, wobei jedes Antriebskettenglied (7) angeordnet ist, um wenigstens eine Leiste (3) anzutreiben, wenn das Gewicht des Rollladens (1) die wenigstens eine Antriebskette (5) in Längsrichtung zu sich komprimiert oder dekomprimiert.
  7. Rollladen nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenigstens einige Verbindungskettenglieder (9) einzeln eine erste (90A) und eine zweite Endkante (90B) bilden, die mindestens dann, wenn die wenigstens eine Antriebskette (5) in Längsrichtung komprimiert ist und/oder wenn wenigstens einige Leisten (3) die Öffnungen (11) schließen, auf den Endkanten (90A, 90B) der beiden benachbarten Verbindungskettenglieder (90A, 90B) ruhen, um die durch die Kette (5) eindringende Luft oder Licht zu beseitigen oder zumindest zu reduzieren.
