Abstract

Es werden ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zum Entbindern und Sintern von Teilen beschrieben. Die Teile werden in einem ersten Batch-Ofen entbindert und vorgesintert und in einem zweiten Batch-Ofen einem Sinterprozess unterzogen. Der Vorsinterprozess wird im gleichen Batch-Ofen wie der Entbinderungsprozess konvektiv unter Umwälzung eines Prozessgases und/oder Schutzgases durchgeführt. Auf diese Weise lässt sich das Entbindern und Sintern von solchen Teilen zeitsparend und energiesparend durchführen.
