Claims (10)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un panneau support doté d'un décor en tant qu'élément constitutif d'un revêtement mural et/ou de plafond et/ou d'une cloison sèche, d'après lequel
    - le panneau support est contrecollé avec un revêtement de papier au cours d'un procédé de pressage à chaud, d'après lequel
    - le revêtement de papier est en outre doté d'images et/ou d'un motif graphique, dans lequel
    - les images et/ou le motif graphique sont appliqués par un procédé d'impression numérique sur le revêtement de papier,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le panneau support est réalisé en tant que panneau de protection contre l'incendie, et
    - le revêtement de papier présente une imprégnation de protection contre l'incendie.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le procédé d'impression numérique travaille avec de l'encre durcissable aux UV.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de papier avec l'impression numérique appliquée est vitrifié.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un vernis appliqué en tant que matière fondue agit en tant que vitrification et/ou qu'un vernis durcissable aux UV est appliqué.

  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le panneau support présente un poids spécifique de 1000 kg/m3 à 1500 kg/m3.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le panneau support, y compris le revêtement de papier, est étudié de manière à isoler acoustiquement et qu'à cet effet, des trous, des fentes ou formations similaires sont ménagé(e)s d'un côté et/ou des deux côtés.
